sir i want to say that reliance is one of the most worst Telicom company in India.yah bahut hi ghatiya company hain, ye apne customer ko bahut hi pareshan krti h, yaha tak ki nak me dum kr deti hain.
main apna number port kra chuka hu lekin ek bacha h. jispar mujhe daily problem hoti h, yah company nhi daaku h.maine kitni bar inko mail kiya lekin ye problem ka solution dete hi nhi just ye customer ko igoner krte h,
sir i kindly request you to plese take hard action on reliance .
is tarh ki problem main pahle v face kr chuka hu kai bar inki tarf se.

    We have deposit 2 numbers bill amount 954 in cash to Reliance Distributor Satya Associate date 25/03/2016 and after that we have received reminders for payment updation from Reliance and they have barred my number twice time and after that i have visited at Satya Associates and requested for payment updation after 2 days they have update my payment against both number but still i have charged cheque bounce charge and others penalty on my numbers now Satya Associates not take any action regarding same i request to forum please help for settle down for this matter and compensate me for all trouble which i have faced because of Reliance Distributor Satya Associates.

      I am Vineetha Ramkumar. My complaint was registered almost two months back. As mentioned before three calls came from different executives, but no use. My Rs 1000 not yet received. My contact no is [protected] (Kerala). I expect that this will be solved soon or else i will have to take some other action. If we have not paid our bill, we will get notice soon, we have to pay fine etc etc. Why is this not applicable to you too ? Really feel sad to know that for getting Rs 1000 i have to toil so much. Expecting your response.

      There is no use of getting so many calls from so many executives. Everyone asks the same thing and will end the conversation telling, will let you know. I am fed up with their calls as nothing positive is coming out of that. If you are really trying to get the problem sorted out, please do it.

        My reliance netconnect is [protected], I disconnected few months before, I actually paid the total bill before, and then told to disconnect asap, don't know when is actually disconnected. After some months got call from customer care that your bill is pending, asked to send me details on my registered email, but they didn't send, now suddenly got message that legal notice issued. Dear reliance communications, I have not issue with paying 600 bucks to you, but I need detail.

        Message I got
        After repeated follow up you failed to pay Rs.602.66vide Caf[protected] Legal Notice Issued. Contact Reliance on [protected] for any queries


        And also number provided is not picking up phone.

          As My Friends & My Numbers Port in on Reliance before I came into The Reliance I assure many time to customer care whether CUG pack activate or not at all time Costumer care would assure Yes this service will activate but while we port-in in Reliance my number is not activating this service.Many time I called the Costumer care and applet authority but they never gave the Solution they always say try after some time even I go to every outlet of Reliance store in Bhopal but they always ask we don't know. I face this problem from 1 may. My Number is [protected].
          please help the Consumer as this is our rights. At least They should give a satisfactory Answer for the Costumer clearance.

            Sir/Mam,

            I had recharged my Reliance GSM number ([protected]) with Rs 43 from Indore, Madhya Pradesh (which is a pack providing Free Incoming Calls on Roaming & Home & National Calls at 1.8p Per 2 Sec) on 14 April 2016 for which i was provided validity period of 30 Days i.e 14 May 2016 but I've been charged Re1 for a Minute from today i.e 13 May 2016.

            When I tried speaking to your Customer Care representative on customer Care number *333, the representative was not ready to log a complaint & i was further told that I should have called 72 Hours ago.

            I have been using this number from last 10 years but now I'll port this number to some other operator as your representatives are not willing to resolve the complaints of customers.

              I am facing acute network problem in my Reliance GSM mobile since last two years at Shahpur Jat, New Delhi-110049, i have done hundreds of complain for the problem but it is not resolved, now i am trying to PORT my number since last four months, but Reliance is not providing me URN code for the porting.
              Due to this problem i have suffered huge business loss because my clients are not able to reach me on my mobile, my family & friends are also not able to contact me, i cant change my number because it is more than 15 years old.

              I am looking forward to PORT my number at the earliest & compensation i have suffered for my business loss & refunds of my monthly bills which i have paid for last two years.

                I Requested Termination On[protected]SR No.[protected]. I Got Message- 'It Has Been Processed.' Next Morning. But Not Got Any Call Back Till[protected]. I Waited Till 30th March In The Hope- They Will Call And Guide Me For The Further Process. Then I Stopped Using Internet Service After Sending Mail To RCOM Team On[protected].

                After Some Days, I Started Getting Miss Calls (NON-PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR) From Reliance Comm. Mumbai Facility And Bhopal Facility (Local Office). It Was Just Like Notifications/Reminders, Do Not Know What They Want To Notify/Remind Me ?

                After A Month Of Termination Request, I Got Actual Call (NOT MISS CALL) From Local Office On[protected]. The Female Executive Alerted Me For Bill Of Rs.2100, It Shocked Me. I Informed Her About Termination Request.

                How Can You Generate Bill For The Period, While Termination Is Requested 21days Ago ?

                She Told That She Will Call Me Next Day To Inform The Amount To Be Paid If I Want To Continue. I Asked Her "What About The Connection Issues ?" (Due To Which I Requested For Termination). She Offered Me "2mbps Unlimited Plan For Rs.649 (Tax Extra)" As Customer Retention Plan.

                On[protected], I Again Got Call From Local Office. The Same Executive Asked Me For The Payment Of Rs.800 And Remaining Amount (April Month Bill) Will Be Waived Off. She Confirmed That Rs.649 Retention Plan Will Be Affective From Next Month. I Agreed With That.

                Payment Of Rs.800 Got Updated On 22nd April (As Per Billing Portal myservices.relianceada.com). But My Connection Started After 4days On 26th April Evening (Check SR No.CNM[protected]). I Requested For 4days Waiver But Customer Care Executive Rejected It And Told That Payment Was Done On 25th April.

                Even After That I Faced Many Connection Issues. Service Request No. Are As Follows-
                [protected] On 29th April
                [protected] On 3rd May
                This Complaint Resolved On 9th May. I Requested For 6days Waiver (SR No.[protected] But Team Messaged Me- "As Per Process Waiver Cannot Be Provided." On 11th May, While My Connection Was Unused For 6days.

                [protected] On 9th May.

                On 11th May I Found, I Was Unable To Access Internet. When I Called Customer Care, The Executive Informed Me That Services Are Suspended Due To Pending Bill Of Rs.1300

                If You Can Calculate, My Outstanding Till Date[protected] Is Around Rs.60 Which Can Be Paid In Next Bill. But I Have Already Paid The Amount, After Getting Rs.2056 Bill On[protected].

                How Can You Suspend Services Without Providing Bill ?
                And What About Due Date- 29th Of Billing Month ?

                These Troubles Made Me Request For The Termination, SR No.[protected]
                MY DECISION IS FINAL EVEN IF YOU OFFER ME PLAN AT HALF PRICE!

                I Have Got Usage Details From Local Head Office, They Are 98% Accurate According To Above Complaint. Even After That, Your Customer Retention Dept. Asking Me To Pay Rs.1845 To Terminate Connection.

                I Have Already Paid More Than My Usage. WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE ?

                  Reconnect brand AC not working with in a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. To get the service I made several calls and mails, even though the took their own time to fix it. After 60 days it was fixed but again it was not working with in15 days time.
                  No immediate action from RESQ or reliance. Only sorry, already I last 2months for my machine
                  Please remove it to fix a new machine

                    The company deduct my main balance every 5 to 6 hours with 3 to 4 sms

                    Showing that last sms charge from main balance:1.00 avaliable main balance is ...

                    Timing duration is


                    Between 4 am -5 am 3-4 sms

                    Between 10 am- 11 am 3- 4 sms

                    Between 4 pm -5 pm 3-4 sms

                    Between 10 pm -11 pm 3-4 sms


                    & these sms are sent me from 55123 to [protected] till present there is no any solution provide about this problem fromyour side if any customer like me lost 12-16 rupees per 24 hours for unsubscribe messages, you can under stand what he will do.


                    And deactive all the such type of services from current.These services are use less for me & also it is noted that in future such type of diduction could not created with me from your side.Also provide me the detail 0f 55123, for wich service this number is used

                    So i request you plese solve my problem on prority basis .

                    I am facing the Balance deduction from 55123 for unsubscribe messages about deductions of my main balance I have approached so many times
                    1-Reliance Customer care on *333 & 198, [protected] &[protected]
                    2-I have also visited reliance mobile store at sec 49 Noida up, reliance mobile store at pul prahlad pur new delhi & reliance mobile store Suraj pur greater noida
                    3 - i have also approached on reliance appellate authority at Delhi & mumbai
                    4 - I have also emailed to [protected]@relianceada.com & Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com

                    but till today i don't got any solution about this from these side.
                    now these messages are sent from 55123 to [protected] in different timings from 17th of march these timings are
                    between 12 am to 1am 3-4 messages
                    between 6pm to 7.30 pm 3-4 messages
                    between 12pm to 1 pm 3-4 messages
                    between 6 am to 7am 3-4 message
                    i have got these messages from 55123 and rs 1 is deducted from my main balance, i have got 3 to 4 messages in one time & these messages sent 4 times in 24 hours per day.this means i have lost my 12 to 16 rupees from 10th of march 2016 countinue on daily basis routine per day .
                    So you can under stand better in this situtation any customer will be dissappointed from any company.


                    So I requested you that provide me a final solution . other wise in future i think about MNP.

                      This is such a disgrace to take a reliance conneciton. 3 days back i reacharged for 3g connection. 1st day it was ok.. From 2nd day its changes to 2g and still its not getting to 3g.
                      Those sitting in cusomer care didnt understand the problem also and not transfering to the higher persons.

                      Plz let me know the solution or i m bound to put a compalin

                        I was port my number to reliance postpaid connection 3monthd before I got my bill every month excessive than my plan my plan is RS.250/-p.m. but I got bill for RS.1507/- I was shocked and complaint with reliance customer service representative many time but there is no response from them. I request to Port my number from reliance to other network many times but the 1900 port acceptable port code was not sent to me I am so much stressed by reliance. Reliance is a cheating network cheating the customer without humanity.

Although i never cross of 5gb data usages, but since last two months, my bills are of more than inr1100. When i asked the local center, they informed me that several packages has been included and that the reason for the higher bill.
                          I have although paid the amount, but now i want the refund of the extra money i have paid as i never requested to include the packages.

                            My entire main account balance was Rs.156.66 on 10th May 2016, on mobile number [protected]. My data balance was credit 55.54mb and promo balance was 9.42mb inspite of that my entire main balance account was cut Leaving rupees 15.66 in the account. Balance amount of Rs. 141 was wrongly cut inspite of data balance credit .

                            A complaint was taken by your employee wrongly having complaint number SR No.[protected] whereby only Rs. 9.70 was added to my main balance instead of Rs. 141.I had clearly mentioned to your employee that amount of Rs.141 was entirely cut but he registered a complaint of only Rs. 9.7 kindly take action against such employee who registered wrong complaint and who is degrading the name of your organization and causing pain to customers who are senior citizens like me.

                            Kindly take note of my complaint and credit the amount Rs. 141 wrongly deducted to my main balance on mobile number [protected]

                                My name is nasruddin a port-in customer with reliance since last 4 years. I've faced lots of issues with reliance but i'm still with the same company but i think this is the time to move on. My only concern was about the sim replacement when i goes to the reliance mobile store located in mohali under the name & address of :
                                Gk telecom booth no. 115, phase 5, opposite kalyan jewellers, mohali
                                Punjab

                                I just want to re-issue a new cutting sim which i can use my in iphone & samsung phone as well as sometime i needs to change my handset but when i goes to relaince mobile store & ask for my my prepaid sim replacement they said they don't have new sims available & they refer me to nearby store in ph-7 mohali or advised to come another day so i did the same i tried to go another several day but still they have same issue. But today i goes to the another store in ph-7 mohali whose name & address is :
                                Royal enterprises booth no. 132, phase 7, mohali mohali punjab 160047
                                They asked my if the ph-5 had refered me then i said yes. Then they said they have same issue sim are not available for prepaid customer & they gave me a rubish reason, said due to some terrorist activities relaince company is not providing sims to us. But he tried to search a sim in his store & he got a sim but still he denied to give me the sim just because of sale. He said if a new customer comes to my store & ask for new connection then what will i give? & he advised me come at the time of closing of store, or go to chandigarh store.
                                Is it a joke or this is a govt.Organisation, where they don't have any respects regards to their customer.
                                The reason behind all this matter is just i'm a prepaid customer when i asked them to convert my sim to postpaid sim both agency do ready for issue a new sim for me. I was shocked to hear about this. I'm the only person who raiseing the voice against this injustice, but there are lots of customer like me in mohali who were facing the same issue like me. I think this is pathetic customer service by reliance. Kindly look into the matter & take some suitable action as soon as possible before you loose your customer.

                                  Respectfully submitted that i jaspal singh kohli r/o 306-a, street no.2, sri guru teg bahadur nagar, ludhiana is the customer in your company with mobile no.[protected] which is recently ported in your company from idea company, the number was running successfully in idea company but one agent from company dealing in arora palace, dana mandi, ludhiana with mobile number [protected] has called me many times to convert the number from idea to relainace in ‘jalsa’ plan “rs599”in which you will get the unlimited local, std, roaming and 2g data in just“rs599”.
                                  That i have paid two bills i. E half month feburary and one full month march in which i have received the full stated benefits.
                                  That from the very next billing cycle in the month of april, the company has decreased the benefits without the prior notice to me or any member of my family so i was unaware about the fact that now i am receiving less amount of calls then before. Due to which your company has send me the bill which amounts to rs 1217 which is totally a fraud played by you with the innocent and unaware customer as according to your plan of “rs599” the bill should not exceed rs 800 even after the taxes and all duties.
                                  Now i am writing to you to just request you in the very first stage of my complaint to kindly waive off the extra money which you have entered into my bill due to no reason as its not my fault, it’s the fault of your company and employees who even not informed me before changing the plan.
                                  Its just to inform you that my next step will be knocking the doors of consumer court if no reply has been received from your end and even may take the police action against the agent and your company.
                                  We will be waiting for your sooner reply.

                                    Reliance suspended my number and saying that address is not verified.There customer care exec. not responding.
                                    I went to reliance store but they also not responding.
                                    Its been more than week my number is not active.
                                    they are not taking complain saying that they can not register complain for suspended number.
                                    Their service is pathetic and it frustrate me.
                                    I don't know why they activated it in first place if address was not been verified.

                                    they told me that they are transferring call to senior and then i have to wait for 1 hour 40 minutes but their senior exec did not picked call and at last i disconnected my call

                                        From the last 6 month i am trying to disconnect my connection broadband number : [protected] and i have also created terminate request many times but your are not terminating my connection.

                                        I am paying bill without any usage and now i am very frustrated and harrashed by your company.


                                        Every times they are giving reason that my due is not fullfilled during termination request but when i fullfill the due next month they again send me the bill.
