I Requested Termination On[protected]SR No.[protected]. I Got Message- 'It Has Been Processed.' Next Morning. But Not Got Any Call Back Till[protected]. I Waited Till 30th March In The Hope- They Will Call And Guide Me For The Further Process. Then I Stopped Using Internet Service After Sending Mail To RCOM Team On[protected].
After Some Days, I Started Getting Miss Calls (NON-PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR) From Reliance Comm. Mumbai Facility And Bhopal Facility (Local Office). It Was Just Like Notifications/Reminders, Do Not Know What They Want To Notify/Remind Me ?
After A Month Of Termination Request, I Got Actual Call (NOT MISS CALL) From Local Office On[protected]. The Female Executive Alerted Me For Bill Of Rs.2100, It Shocked Me. I Informed Her About Termination Request.
How Can You Generate Bill For The Period, While Termination Is Requested 21days Ago ?
She Told That She Will Call Me Next Day To Inform The Amount To Be Paid If I Want To Continue. I Asked Her "What About The Connection Issues ?" (Due To Which I Requested For Termination). She Offered Me "2mbps Unlimited Plan For Rs.649 (Tax Extra)" As Customer Retention Plan.
On[protected], I Again Got Call From Local Office. The Same Executive Asked Me For The Payment Of Rs.800 And Remaining Amount (April Month Bill) Will Be Waived Off. She Confirmed That Rs.649 Retention Plan Will Be Affective From Next Month. I Agreed With That.
Payment Of Rs.800 Got Updated On 22nd April (As Per Billing Portal myservices.relianceada.com). But My Connection Started After 4days On 26th April Evening (Check SR No.CNM[protected]). I Requested For 4days Waiver But Customer Care Executive Rejected It And Told That Payment Was Done On 25th April.
Even After That I Faced Many Connection Issues. Service Request No. Are As Follows-
[protected] On 29th April
[protected] On 3rd May
This Complaint Resolved On 9th May. I Requested For 6days Waiver (SR No.[protected] But Team Messaged Me- "As Per Process Waiver Cannot Be Provided." On 11th May, While My Connection Was Unused For 6days.

On 11th May I Found, I Was Unable To Access Internet. When I Called Customer Care, The Executive Informed Me That Services Are Suspended Due To Pending Bill Of Rs.1300
If You Can Calculate, My Outstanding Till Date[protected] Is Around Rs.60 Which Can Be Paid In Next Bill. But I Have Already Paid The Amount, After Getting Rs.2056 Bill On[protected].
How Can You Suspend Services Without Providing Bill ?
And What About Due Date- 29th Of Billing Month ?
These Troubles Made Me Request For The Termination, SR No.[protected]
MY DECISION IS FINAL EVEN IF YOU OFFER ME PLAN AT HALF PRICE!
