I was using reliance cdma wipod (Wi-fi) dongle with 40 gb data benefit @999. But reliance now shifting whole cdma users to gsm.
No they have given gsm dongle ( without wi-fi ) and plan shifted to 20 gb @ 999.

They are making fool of consumers by giving 50 % of data and providing simple dongle instead of wi-fi which i was using earlier.

There is no option left for consumers to get this simple 3g dongle and agree with the data they are providing.

These are issues of various existing users .

    This complaint against reliance communications is regarding mnp
    I received a call stating port your number to reliance postpaid and pay 599, 499 and get unlimited calling, unlimited roaming, unlimited messages. When i ported my number the reliance agent told me sir the 599 jalsa plan was wrongly activated on your number and we will activate unlimited plan on your number within 2 days and when i called him after 2 days he again said there was a holiday, give me 2 more days. Again i waited for 2 days more and he continued telling me this till 7 days and at last he stopped receiving my calls. And told we don't need customer as you and we can't resolve to your problem. The agent gave me mumbai region sim and where i'm living currently comes under maharashtra so by this 599 plan there are few roaming minutes available instead of the thing which he told me unlimited roaming on your plan. I have been fooled from so many days. Reliance communications have made a fraud. Now the agent asks me to talk to her ma'am. He is even not answering to my calls. And now i'm told you have to pay 599+ tax every month. Now my bill has came and i am told to pay the full amount. Earlier they agreed to waive off 50% from my bill.
    What was the fault which i made.
    I want a solution for this as soon as possible.

        I haven't recive the bill of feb, march, april till today the payment against the bill of feb has been done but bill i not been recived till today after making regular complains again & again from 28th march till today i haven't recived the bill
        company has barred all the services of my number. company is not able to provide the hard copy of the bill of feb & march in 1month even after making the complains continuosly

          It has been 4 days i applied for portability from docomo to reliance postpaid.That was my biggest mistake!!! 4 days and still its showing NO SERVICE.I[censored] people dont know how to serve your customers close ur bloddy company because you people are not capable to hanfle customers complaints and sort it out..everyday i hav to go to reliance store and shout like hell still the result is negative..being richest person is easy but solving someones problems is tough..RELIANCE SUCKS!!!

              When i call reliance costumer care they don't give a right answer.

                    I am using reliance gsm prepaid mobile from last 3 month. My reliance number is [protected].

                    From last 2 months reliance net use not propre become very very bad services, my second time complaint .when and around in network tower. .I waited nearly 2 months as this is common issue in that and i believe they will fix it soon.
                    After 2 months i write a complaint about the network net not use issue and they promise me it will be fixed in 2 days. But still nothing happened . I just become very disappointed as...

And now the reliance web store people say that my plan is also different from what i choose. Reliance company is fooling people and just causing inconvenience to customers.                       My outgoing is barred and how do you expect me to wait. Its already been two days I spoke to your executive and there is no solution from your people. They does not even care to attend the calls. Very poor service from reliance. At the time of MNP your executive said that my plan is unlimited plan and now he is saying that it is confined only to 4000 Minutes. What solution will you provide for the same????

                        Getting very poor signal or sometimes no signal at all on my netconnect+ dongle. Facing this problem since 4 weeks. I was using the same dongle for almost more than 4 years at same location and it worked good until the issue came.

                        Customer care number is always unreachable, reliance customer care portal(Manage services website) is not working for submitting a service request. Also the live chat with customer care always gets error after submitting the complaint.

                        So i emailed to customer care email id, they acknowledged me after 1 week but asked me to try with different settings, uninstall and re-install software etc. I tried all those but still signal dint improve. I replied them and until today no response from them.

                        Hello Reliance. I dont understand when you are making call to me. I did not recieve any call or missed call alert on my phone. My phone was always ON and reachable. I also had missed call alert if i miss any call due to network unavailability.

                          Complaining about mobile put on safe custody for 3 months

                          I have sent my first request on "Feb 15, 2016" to disconnect the broadband service due to poor performance and frequent disconnection, but the service was not disconnected. After a month one person called me and offered me for alternate plan, but I said that I'm not interested to continue the service. I'm not sure why they are not doing service to the customers like me when they (Customers like me) go for termination and they( Reliance support team) take their own decision for my service.

                          The Plan I took is "14 Mbps per second", but the net connection was never reached more than 1 Mbps per second, which is nothing but false statement and literally they deceived me. You can also check the monitors of their service.

                          Everyday, they send emails, messages and legal kind off emails to disturb my normal life. Instead of that they could have replied to my email to understand my request early and check the status of my service performance and as I'm not interest with their service, they would have terminated my service and taken bill payment. But they are not ready to do that and terminate the service.

                          Finally I made the payment today (29 May 2016) due to the pressure they gave to me and I'm forced to make the payment.

                          I have also attached few emails for reference.

                          Hers is my complaint list:
                          1. Why Reliance support team did not reply to my first couple of my emails.
                          2. I requested for the service termination on Feb 15, but why did they took only on April 29th as it was mentioned in the email (Attached as screenshot)?
                          3. Why they did even try to understand the glitch in their service.
                          4. PDF generated bills are also not clear and it is ambiguous. Their service is also same like this (Attached as screenshot).

                          FYI: The email was to the following email IDs "rcom.[protected]@relianceada.com; netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com"

                          My request is, that they should not do the same kind of mistakes again to any of the customers and they should repay the bill amount for the services which I didn't avail. Finally for the pressure and vexation they gave to me through emails, message, calls, and Legal kind off notice through emails, they need to repay me for that as Pecuniary. Kindly take action for all their poor service and false advertise they give.

                            I did recharged on[protected] with rs 248 for unlimited data plan for 45 days by seen the offer in *129#.
                            But they given only 3gb data for 28 days.
                            Then i did made a complaint by calling customer care, they are registered my complaint and given a number also[protected]. But my complaint is not solved.

                            They are also given complaint registration number[protected].But not solve the problem sir.

                              In-spite of raising a complaint on the 19th, till now there has only been a phone call from a call center to find out my address. But, service is the same. 99% no data network & 95% there is no network signal.

                              Looks like no one at reliance is bothered to look at customer grievances. That's the kind of service offered by reliance. Not at all reliable at all.

                              On the other hand i keep receiving calls on my other number offering jalsa 599 which has the same features of jalsa 498 which i have now. Reliance is adding more customers to fleece their amount too, without providing service to the older customers.

                              I am incurring large bills by calling from my other number, in-spite of opting for this unlimited talk time package. So, who's gonna pay for my calls & why am i being billed even when i don't have proper network in reliance gsm.

                                  One of reliance's sim card distributor which name is k10 and is located in vadodara took 300 rupes from in wrong way.they froude me worth rupes 300/-.i want to submit strong complain about this agency.this is not all about money.i know 300 is not big amount, but main matter is that customers suffer from this type of agency and get froude.so this is very big issue. i need support from your side.and reliance also not support properly in this matter.

                                    Reliance has rolled 4g services yesterday where reliance asked to replace existing cdma dongle with 4g sim cards.
                                    We have a shop named dhanlaxmi mobile stores at paud road, kothrud, pune (Mobile #[protected] who is charging rs. 100 for new 4g sim registration.
                                    I was taken aback when i called reliance customer care when they said, the new sim is available for rs. 25 only.
                                    This shop (Dhanlaxmi mobile stores at paud road, kothrud) is doing a fraud and charging customer for rs. 100/ sim card.
                                    Reliance & consumer forum should take strong against it and should return all customers their extra charge amount of rs. 75.
                                    Very bad & cheap.

                                      My sel[censored]dayshankar dwivedi will goat a call by your association miss pooja contact no. [protected] for porting my current service to reliance communications with unlimited plan worth rs. 499/- and she ask my address for sent their staff for collecting my documents, but nobody's are came for it. Next day she is call me again and ask me documents in whatsaap and give me a no +[protected] when i am refused to give the document in whatsaap she is convened me that our verification personal came and give you new sim card and also take some verification procedure. After that i will sent him my documents because of reliance communications is a big brand and will talk with some other association with same no and they also confirmed me that the this is reliance communications office santacruz mumbai.
                                      Dear team still nobody verification personal is came at my house and i will socked when will goat a massage from reliance communications about my new sim is ready for activation and my old service is suspended from27 apr 2016.
                                      A am a corporate employee and i can't have time to came so many times your gallery shops because today u am visited at virar so i am talking with a gallery representative but he is replying that we help less about it.
                                      My question is how to activate my no without complied any verification procedure. And what is used your gallery shop if some feasted with your services.
                                      Secondly we are leaving in economic capital city mumbai how to we accepted false verification procedure.
                                      If some one used my no for illegal activity who is responsible.
                                      So pls cancel my port request and take a strict action against mis pooja who is working in your company at santacruz office. Will call a lot of time your customer care no. [protected] theirs also having some technical issues and call is connected in prepaid section and they are unable to help a postpaid customer.
