Reliance Wireline Broadband — My complain is from last 1 month and it's not getting resolved till now

My register mobile number in Jio Fiber net is [protected], actually we changed house to other location at that time we asked the avaolability of connection at that new place where we are getting shifted but they said no availability so we asked for disconnection then they disconnected the services and I need to get a refund they informed 7 days to complete total process and from that day we are mailing tweeting but there is no response from the team and they are not taking this issue very serious So THAT I DECIDED TO COMMIT SUICIDE COZ NO GOVERNMENT IS HELPING ORDINARY PEOPLE AFTER RAISING COMPLAINTS IN TWEETER ALSO NO RESPONCE THEY ARE SAYING 48 HRS BUT ITS BEAN 40 DAYS TILL NOW BUT JO RESOLVE MY BE FOR SOME 3000 RUPEES IS NOT A BIG DEAL BUT FOR ME ITS A BIG AMOUNT AND I NEED MH MONEY BACK OR BY MONDAY I LL COMMIT SUICIDE. I DONT KNOW HOW THIS RELIANCE ### AMBANI BECAME BEST BUSINESSMAN I THING HE IS GO ON CHEATING PEOPLE AND THE HE KNOW WELL THAT GOVERNMENT CANNOT DO ANYTHING COZ THE GOVERNMENT IS WEARING BANGLES.
