My sbbj saving account no. is[protected] and i am waiting in sbbj bapu nagar branch jaipur since two hours . still bank employees are misbehaving and deny to pay any amont from my own accont.kindly take appropiate action againt them and provide us information about cash.bank employees are not telling us right time to collect cash.waiting for your kind support.

    Further the above mentioned subject kindly note that i am the proprietor of m/s vision corporate management services dealing in hr consultancy and recruitment for 15 years.in the due course of my business i was offered business credit card from standard chartered bank and i have availed the same. Also i have been paying them promptly for the past 2-3 years.

    The above said card payment, i got a settlement amount of 63000/- with equated monthly installments. I have been promptly paying the amount till sometime back and due to the global recession, my business has come down drastically and i am facing a severe cash crunch due to which have not been able to pay the payment regularly.

    Pat one month, now they are calling to my wife office no which is not updated in their records and chasing her for payment when due to myy busy schedule i didn’t attend any calls. On 24th nov 2016 the entire day they had put their person ms harjeet (Fake name) to call my wife office no regularly and they assumed her the soft target for their collection of rs, 5000/-. Harjeet had bluntly told her that things will really go bad if the payment is not done by evening. She had informed that a set of people would go to her office address and would create a nasty scene. I had requested lot of times to them not to resort to anything illegal which might cause serious issues.

    Till late 6:00pm they chased her 10-15 times and resulting se had a severe chest pain in office due to this embarrassement, mental torture and vocal abuse.

    I have informed them that at this juncture to clear off the installments, i would need some time to recoup. I have also requested them to go legal so that i can plead for a restructure or for additional time. I am sure that these people would create some undesirable damage to me and my wife. I request you to please intervene which will avoid certain major disaster to my family. Situation can be more worse since they have informed that they have hired top goons & rowdies of the city to carry out nasty illegal things which are so scary to listen when they narrate. Also, we have communicated to scb head retail banking regarding these threats & harassment and waiting for a reply. Copy is enclosed. But now things are even worse and my normal life and business is affected severely.

    Their approach towards the collection is totally illegal and has put her/me in to a tremendous amount of fear and mental agony. I am sure you are aware of the fact that in situation like this scbs should approach the honorable courts to legally recover money and obtain the necessary court directions for recovery of the payment due. Instead of collecting money legally and following the guidelines for recovery laid down by the reserve bank of india, scb have resorted to illegal ways to recover money which is totally against the law. Hence i would kindly request your good self to please take appropriate action against the said collection agents of scb and save her/ me from them.

      I am a psu employee and have salary account in sbi at barauni refinery campus brach code 001502 account no [protected]. I am eligible to avail the overdraft facility which is equal to around two months salary. I have visited the sbi brach on 24.11.2016 for the same. The deputy branch manager has refuse to provde the over draft to me.
      Please do the needful to resolve the complaint.

        It is requested here that state bank of bikaner and jaipur, khanna branch change the new notes to their beloved by illegal way, but there is no one take action against them, please check the record then proof of this be fined. They give a huge amount of new note to a single person in one day. Where is we have to complaint higher authirities also give them support, what we have to do

              Dear sir,
              I have a credit of citibank no. [protected]. before 30 months they called me and ask for a personal loan of Rs. 3, 20, 000/ @ 14% p.a. Reducing. I clearly ask them is there any hidden charges or any service tax on interest part please clerify. They clearly said there is no service tax on interest part and the installment (Emi) is Rs 8693/ P.M. for (48 months). I accept their proposal and after 30 month now they are charging service tax on interest part without any intimation. I called customer care and told them to finish the loan. They are charging pre-closure charges while they are charging service tax. I dont want to pay pre- closure charges or service tax on interest part as they said to me on the time of proposal there is no service tax on interest part.

                We were standing in a bank line at early 8.30 am. Bank received cash delivery at around 9.15am and opened gates for customer at 9.30am.
                In half an hour bank announced that they ran out of cash. I had to deposit money into my friends account. He is at bhagalpur, and he had to book a train ticket through tatkal service. I had informed Ajj tak tv channel.
                Sir/madam no one looks at the pain that we suffer due to mismanagement of the system. I just wanted to lodge a complain and inform appropriate authorities. U hope RBI will take appropriate action against banks mal practice

                Sir I went to narayana hrudayalaya (NH) hospital for emergency case...they didn't accept old 500, 1000 notes in pharmacy so pls take action against NH hospital near Bommsandra Bangalore.

                  Hi, This complaint is about deposit of old currency notes in the bank when the government has demonetized the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. I went to State Bank of India (Rithala Branch, New Delhi) on 19 Nov 2016 for deposit cash in my account only a 15 persons standing before me and till 4 I not be able to deposit money on that day. Next Day on Monday again I went to a bank but same situation.
                  The system is totally corrupt the bank staff was not working they are either seating idle aur exchanging money of people who came with an approach.
                  Public outside the bank was highly frustrated .The staff came to some people and got their money exchanged as soon as these people came and we were still waiting.
                  In the end bank entry was closed saying that enough people have come now there is no more place and the people waiting outside had to go
                  I hardly request you to take a visit of all government branches of Rohini and Rithal and take serious...because people satnding in a queue also wants to deposit there secure money before the time limit. . Please tell to Bank employees very strictly so they solved our problems...

                  Now from 8Nov. This branch not change even single RS of any person .all villagers are in big problem.

                  HDFC Bank, jammu Branch, Bahu plaza refusing to exchange the old currency on the pertext that they dont have cash in the branch but on the other hand they are giving cash on cheque payments. this is causing huge inconvenience to the clients.
                  please look into the matter and take the corrective action
                  It is to inform u that in ambala-city, haryana state (pin:134003) there as no can in Allahabad& uco (grain Mandi branch) bank there was no can for 3rd consecutive day. it is really a shame that for three long days banks are dry of cash!

                    I went to SBI mini sect, Karnal Haryana Branch (BR Code-04334 ) today to exchange my 500 and 1000 rupees notes of amount of 2000/- But SBI staff and specially a lady and Br manager refused to exchange my 500/1000 notes. They said me to open a new A/c and deposit the money and withdraw it. It was very urgent and emergency for me to change the notes for the treatment of my fever suffered daughter.
                    I said them to open the A/c next time and said them to change the notes at current moment, But they did not change the notes and totally refused. that br official lady behaved totally rudely and sent me back without exchanging notes.
                    my daughter was very ill she was suffered from fever and cold .For this purpose I had to change my notes but SBI staff did not change the notes . SBI cashier advised me to meet the Branch Manager. But all in vain .
                    such a good decesion by our prime minister but is being done wasted by bank.

                      I have a account in Central bank of india amritsar sharif pura branch.Bank staff not do good behaivour with customer.Today my mother was going to cLear self cheque which us given by me of rs 6590.Manager denied to give money he says i only give rs 6000 or 8000.but bank have already rs50 - 100 bundle because when my mother cross the gate to come back home bank employee give 10 note of rs 50.its means bank have small note like rs 59-100 ...pls take strictly action.

                        Everyone is facing a lot of problems due to not acceptance of 500 and 1000 old rupees in private hospitals The people who came from villages and who don't have account are facing lot of problems as we know the deadline of hospital for not accepting old rupees is 24 Nov and today is 22 Nov.
                        So please take some action and allow old rupees in hospital atleast so that people can get proper treatment.

                        SIR SBI KUCHAMAN CITY ( 11400), staff not coprate with aam aadmi..they are give service only 100 to 120 people only. and they behaviour also not good..plz do some needful ...tranperency not following by sbi staff...thanks

                            Hi Sir/Madam, It is much appreciated that the RBI has announced relaxation from service charges for ATM withdrawal up to December 31, 2016 for all banks. Due to lack of 100's and 500's, most of the ATMs are filled only with 2000 denominations. To handle such situations, people are using their debit/credit cards for the minimum purchase/fuel/bill payment transactions at this moment as they have only minimal amount in their account. The Banks are still charging for every purchase of this minimum transactions too. This will definitely affect the common people who are having a very minimal amount. Therefore, I request the RBI to announce not to charge for the online transactions (up to certain limit) for at least up to December 31, 2016. This will help the common people to balance their financial situations. Thanks!

                              I, Chandra Bhushan Dubey having a saving account no. with Axis Bank applied for 2.5 laks withdrawal through cheque for my daughter's wedding ceremony as bank ministry guidelines.
                              Axis Bank Rejected the application by saying that they were not informed by their top level management related to such guidelines.My daughter's wedding Date is on 9th Dec 2016 & i really need cash for the ceremony purpose.i filled n completed all the procedures n declaration form as specified by Government.
                              I request to RBI to pls accept my complaint n to solve my problem related such issue.

                                Since last 5 years I pay my commercial vehicle road tax at Vashi RTO 10 day in advance before it's passing date, yesterday I paid tax through old currency as usually it was accepted but today they called me & cancelled the payment receipt & gave back old currency cash & told if you want to pay in advance pay through pay order, also noticed that they were accepting advance tax paid by their agents in old currency, which felt frustrated.

                                  From 9 Nov PMC bank are not provide ATM facilities to the customer . Still today also PMC bank ATM is not working. After Complaint to the bank manager they are still not replying me properly.                                       मेरे नगर चरखारी जिला महोबा 210421 में नोटबंदी के 11 दिन बाद भी इलाहाबाद यू पी ग्रामीण बैंक में केवल 5 लाख रुपया आया है और जिसको वितरित किया गया, जो की बहुत कम है क्योंकि यहाँ रोज हजारो की तादाद में लोग इक्कठे हो रहे हैं । इस समस्या का कारण जिला महोबा में उपस्थित भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के द्वारा धनराशि उपलव्ध नही कराइ जा रही क्योकि वो इस धनराशि को खुद वितरित कर रहे है ।

                                      Employer are give the old 500 & 1000 Notes as a salary and Advance in factories in Ludhiana Punjab Industry.
                                      This is about the central bank of India, Raj nagar extension, ghaxiabad branch. Here there is no management and they are not allowing ladies inside the bank. Even the police is not there for any help.
                                      I just saw a video on whatsapp...one person is rubbing 2000rs note with wet towel and note looses its color..Is it correct.. kindly check it.. we all are with you on demonetization👍

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am indian and at present in australia on 1 year visitor visa. My return flight to ahmedabad is on 30th january 2017.

                                        To avoide last monent difficulties, i kept indian currency of 500 notes total about 17000 rs.

                                        Here in australia, all foreign exchange refuse to exchange these notes with dollar. Even sbi in sydney also refuse.

                                        Please let me know when i arrive in january end of 2017 at ahmedabad, will i get currency exchange of 500 notes at ahmedabad international airport with new currency or with 100 notes?

                                        If it is possible then it will be better for me.

                                        Please advise.

                                        Reserve Bank of India [RBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am repeatedly trying the help line number to resolve the issue regarding Rs 1000 and 500 old currency but no one is picking the phone no[protected] even in working hour
                                        In our bank hdfc bank ltd g t road (s) branch relationship manager of preferred customer are taking the cheque of the customer in the mrng and returing the cash in the evening being a imperia customer we are going to bank stand in queue for 4 to 5 hours
                                        please look into the matter
                                        Punjab co op bank branch chhajli not received and withdraw the cash.people are suffering the problem.

                                        I am one of pubilc member in marathalli ashwath nagar banglore .past more than 5 days SBI ATM is closed .then RBI is announched that 11th november 2016 other atm is working .but special this atm center money is not provided .so please take some action against this bank .
