Indian bank branch bhivandi bank id-00679. Sir after the ban on 500 and 1000 rs note, you itself said people can deposit money in their account and banks are going to run for 10-12 hours to deal with the rash. But this open at 11:00 am and get
Closed between 4 to 4:30 pm. Now after waiting for 8 hrs in queue there is no use they say come next day. Plz solve this issue. There are many still want to deposit and exchange. If we say something on this issue they brought few police force and started latti charge.

We have been standing in the line for good 6 hours in front of canara bank patparganj branch and at the end we get nothing. The bank closes its gate at 3.30pm when the time specified by RBI is 6pm. there are no seperate line for exchange and deposit also there is extremely poor management. I request you to take immidiate action regarding the same.

Fedral bank take charge of awb 3%.
Fedral banks ATM is not working, so people withdrawal mony to any branch..the Fedral bank take charge 3% per transaction.how do this?

      Hello my dear sir with holding top most post of india in RBI, please do something regarding i and many people who facing problem that they want to change their money into new currency for their marriage expanses and they stuck into this situation and we are not have sufficient time or plan to waste our time (sorry for my words) but really we don't have sufficient time because in some rural area and sp. In rajasthan there are only 1 bank within 5 village and so-much rush so people will stand in queue in morning 3:00 a.m..
      So, plz sir I requested u to look into this matter and do something for marriage people so atleast they can exchange their money in bulk like amount of 50, 000/- to 1, 50, 000/- so that we can manage our deposited and some religious work which is done with the help of some sagun money.
      And plz do something for daily base worker and sabjiwala so that they can survive Easily.

        May ye puchna chata hu ki vijaya bank kamla nagar branch Delhi ka cash morng 10:30 se start hota hai n 3:30 pe khtk ho jata hai daly n uske baad na cash jama hota hai na nikala jata hai aur to aur cheque se to passe dete bhi nahi .

        But after 4 coustmer jane ke baad cash wapas kaha se aajata hai aur logo ko 2000 ki bandal dete hai .

        so please bata sakte hai ye passe aate kaha se hai wapas.

          Today i visited bank of india branch, sanjay vihar, meerut road, hapur, where initially br. Manager refused to accept to deposit cash in my boi, account on plea that your sb account is of other branch. However, his junior officer helped me in deposit of amount. Such attitude of branch manager is very disgusting and harassing. It is pertinent to mention that there was no rush in the branch as there was no cash for disbursement upto 12.00 pm. Moreover i am a senior citizen. Bank of india s. B. A/c no. Is [protected].
          Hoping for action against such br. Manager in the interest of national cause. As he is working against rbi directions.

            My ac is in diffrent city of mp but now m living in gwalior i want to deposite some cash to my ac but the manager nd the staff of the state bank of india branch jayendraganj gwalior did not deposite my cash on my account just because of the reason of i have an ac from different branch of sbi... I had spent my 2 or3 hrs in diffrent branches. But none of the branch can deposite my money to my ac.

              Yesterday i and my father went to Bombay Mercantile Bank in Aurangabad 431001 (M.S) main branch. the cashier refused to issue token for the deposits above 49000/- though my fathers KYC was updated. and they were forcing all customers to deposit only 49000/- and as per my knowledge theirs no such guidance by RBI on depositing old currencies to our AC

                Intercity charges by sbi for depositing cash at non home branch.

                I deposited rs 6500 500 old notes at non home brach of sbi in Rajkot.as per rbi faq you can deposit any amount in your account in any branch of your bank.here rbi did not clarify about the charges.sbi debited my account as inter city charges for rs 57.5.at present theyhave waveived atm transaction charges and other charges also.as rbi did not made proper announcement so I have to suffer loss.kindly ask sbi to waive it and refund the money....

                in my area there's a syndicate Bank (Lingampllay Branch)Since three days there are providing cash to any person except bank account holder in there branch other than that this bank faculty is not serving people well Every time I go there's ununavailablity of cash what I get answer from them as I'm holding cheque payment to draw cash from my account.
                I appeal RBI official look over Thu matter a issue a notice to bank officials working here in Syndicate Bank (Lingampally Branch) Thank you.

                  Sir I am VIBHAV SHUKLA from shantipuram, phaphamau, ALLAHABAD(211013).IN this area there are 4-5 ATM but all the machine is closed from last 7 days that causes very inconvenience to the public in withdrawal of money now a days. We have to go different areas for debit our money and suffer from long lines of public.before this some machine don't have money all the time in this area only 2-3 ATM machines are in working condition only.kindly open all ATM in this area so that we can withdraw convenient ly

                    Bank officials are denying, that old currency exchange is till 15 Nov, so we will not be able to deposit old currency.
                    We get to know through news channels that we can exchange till Dec 31, but what we face are contradicting answers from bank officials

                      Having read in times of india today 16.11.2016 your message that for exchange of defunct currency notes (Upto 4500) one need not submit photocopy of the id proof but only need to display the valid id and for customer of the bank even display of id was also not needed. I went to allahabad bank to exchange my rs. 4500 and carried my driving license even though i am customer of that bank and branch for six years. However, bank insisted on the photocopy of the id and when i asked them to take a photocopy if they wish which i could endorse they denied having that facility. The result was that i have to return back home as there was no photocopy facility nearby also, get photocopy done and visit the bank again. I am appalled by the utter lie told by some senior officers of bank in my country that they had never been insisting on photocopy of id for their customers while they insist it even after it had been unambiguously clarified by reserve bank of india.

                          I have 4 account in central bank in vallabh vidhyanagar branch and my sister"s account in central bank anand. Yester day i vent to change my sister"s rs.4000/ at my branch at v. V. Nager branch with her aadhar card, because my sister over 75 year old but branch v. V. Nager as per p m"s announcement on t. V.. All other bank change this way but b m and staff demand my syster" latter.
                          As per p. M"s announcement latter i need if i credit in my syster"s a/c but for change i not need latter but branch not change my rs. They giving vreason if we change then our cash will finish.
                          Now you take action against your staff or we close our all a/c.

                            Respected sir i visted to state bank of india bareta branch code 11904 at 3.30 pm to deposit the money today dated 15/11/2016. The main gate of the bank is get closed by the orders of branch manager. As gunman said i stood for long time. I asked the gunman to call the manager then manager denied to come. The i went to manager by requesting the gunman and asked about the gate. Instead of hearing my request he misbehaved with me and told i can close gate any time. He forcefully expelled me from the bank and said get out otherwise i will get register case against you. Respected sir its not fair i can stand in queue for a long time but i can not tolerate misbehaviour. He told me that i will not follow rbi rules, i am the employee of state bank of india not rbi. Manager does not follow rbi instructions. Please look into matter as soon as possible and punish the manager. Jai hind

                              I have giving a application to issue department regarding my Burn currency currency Exchange on 3rd of Nov.2016.and the officer says that i will call you with in 5-7 days but i have not received any call from bank side and the officer says that i will forward your case in special department but i think he will not take any action till time.
                              I have lost every thing because a very big fire in my house for the previous month on 28th of Oct. 2016.please share the way to convert this currency i have no money till time so how can manage that stay in delhi with my wife and two year baby boy.
                              i have also share the photograph please respond as soon as possible if you not take any action i will do su - side with my Family with in one week

                                My name is r. sivakumar aged about 68 son of t. ramalingam running a auto mobile service industry in the name of balans auto garage at no.20, asirwatham nagar, mogappair, chennai 600037 and in the field for more than 50 years having a government approval from tamil nadu government to attend major repairs for state and central along with we are also doing multi brand service centre.
                                A representative from jd pay cashless and careless, secure connected with just dial enquiry in india, there chennai telephone[protected] and we are also member of the above said service and we are getting enquiry regularly calint for repair and service.
                                We have made a transaction with a jd pay for rs. 13240/- threw the mobile as per norms of the jd pay. it is not credit to our account we ask for the rbi approval to carry out such type of a money transfer system approved by rbi
                                They refused give the details whether it is approved by the rbi or not.

                                    I want to address the problem that I faced while standing in a queue along with my grandfather at Bank of Maharashtra, Madhav Mahavidyalaya, Gwalior. After standing in the queue for hours, when our turn came we got only Rs. 2000 cash and the bank official rudely denied saying we do not have much new currency, you will be getting only this much. But what we saw was people who were using the back doors, getting ahead o[censored]s and the same bank official giving him Rs. 10000 cash with the same procedure. I am trying to contact the helpline number also but everytime the line is busy. I do not know who will register complaints against such ill mannered bank officials #noteban
                                    I urge people to share this as much as possible so that common man get through this with ease and end this favoritism. Also the bank official gets the necessary punishment.

                                      I have been provided with a car policy, which is seems to be a fake policy as neither regarding this policy their is any detail with customer care of icici lombard nor any one from icici lombard replying me on my queries send to [protected]@icicilombard.com.
                                      Morover i also received a call regarding it that it is a fake policy

                                      There is a nexus in between icici lombard & sunrise autoworld pvt ltd (insurance agent)
