My amount deducted Rs. 10000 from Union Bank of India ATM dt 30.07.2016 time approx. 07:14 Pm but amount not received by me & I complaint to customer care dt 31.07.2016 & I contact to pnb branch Dhampur on dt 09.08.2016 and give an application same day but not solved my matter then I contact to ATM Cell & Chief costumer service officer of PNB but not solved my problem. & give me a bank rejected attached proof (EJ) but Amount not collected by me Please help me.

only giving 6000,
instead of 24000/
Is there any order from rbi to indian bank that they should give only rs two thousand as withdrawal

    It is to inform you that the captioned hospital is not taking sbn even after govt has advised them to accept. When i asked management regarding the same, they told that only govt hospital are advised to do so. Kindly stop this and take necessary action.
    Every sbn deposited from this bank would be there black money as they are not accepting it from us.

      On dated 08. Aug.2015 i made a transaction through net banking account in your boi startoken system. The detail's of my a/c and other party a/c (Bank of maharashtra statement) attach with this note. But some problem of networking 3 times transactions not done (Host not found). After the 3 transactions 4th transaction will be done successfully. But all 4 transactions amount was deducted from my a/c. One time amount deposit to other party a/c on dated 10. Aug.2015. My 4 time's transaction no's given bellow

      Pls. Check and refund my deducted amount.

      I waited for few day's to refund
      My other 3 times deducted amount. But it is not done. Then, complaint in your sawarda branch. They told me it is system problem. I

        Sir.. Today i went to icici bank branch karanjipul.. Tal-baramati. Dist-pune. Maharashtra. Pin 412306. Officers very rudely behaviour to public.. They refused to exchange amount even 1000/-rs.. They replied that we firstly disburse amount i. E. Cash.. To our account holder.. Than if remains will desburse by exchange.. However form of exchange ild denomination was given one of civilian outside bank.. An d officer asked public to collect by him. By paying.. Zerox amount to that person.. Then come in branch if amount remain after disbursement our account holder then can receive amount of 1000/ rs..

            Yesterday i went to nalpur (Nlpr) railway station's ticket booking counter of southeastern railway to book a local ticket, but there was a female rail staff at booking counter who refused to take ten rupee coin which i gave her as ticket fare,
            Not only that but also so peoples are refusing to take ten rupee coin in bus also. So please please take some action.

            I had loged my complaint on 14th of November and today is 18th of November it's around a week spend but still I haven't got any support from your side, so please take some action as soon as possible..

              Hear some co op banks are not exchanging 500 and 1000 notes ..the complent is regarding prime co op bank ltd(main branch) .surat...they are ruadlly saying we havent go so go to rbi...and arguing for not having cash...they have cash bust they want giving to people because they want to exchange it for there bord of deractors member...i argued for that they said me for go to rbi...please take some action

                Hi Team,

                YOU people are doing a great. I just need to let know that..a possible attempt by big corporates and telecom company in regards to black money. I have attached a document that I received in whatsapp which explains the possible way to convert black money into white.

                I am not sure it's true or not . but still if it's happenning then through RBI this can be brought into Government and a appropriate action can be taken.

                  Sir, just received a call from mobile number [protected], who introduced himself as an RBI official and asked me regarding my ATM card blocking. Further asked me to provide my Aadhar card number followed by my Account number and card number. Also asked me about my account balance. I understood it as a fake call and cut the call. However realizing his smartness, I am afraid he may make someone else a victim of such fraud. I request you to take action against such persons to stop any monetary hamper to any innocent citizen. True caller app traced the mobile number to Bihar.

                        Today, 13/11/2016, State Bank Of India, Rifle club Road branch, Kolkata-70, declined from dispensing cash against cheque today ( spoke to Branch Manager). I was also prepared to deposit old currency to my account in the same branch. He informed that there was a circular from RBI regarding this matter that I could either exchange Rs 2000/-, deposit unlimited amount to my account or withdraw cash from my account i.e either of the three. Later I inquired with other banks regarding the same, but found it to be false. I stood in the queue for 5 hours to reach the counter and finally could not get the badly required cash. The staff also informed that we could withdraw from the ATM, but on reaching the ATM just below the branch office found that there was no cash there. How can a branch manager cheat his customers like this? Is there anyone to take any step against such officials who may be keeping the small currency aside for his own acquaintances and not letting the general public have their rightful money?

                        Sir i live in Varanasi i exchange my rs.4000 from uco bank and he give me 1000 coine of 10 ruppes and other are 100 note but recently i see news on india tv fake coin same as real coin so i really distrub how i know that coin is fake or real that i got from bank. very difficult to run 10 rs coin in market.you can search on youtube news about it.

                        As i tell about the current issues for the currency notes. this type of announcement to be affect poor people. we are supporting for the amenment of law. But this type announcement before 3 months information to be sharing with bank through the all customers.

                              जौनपुर जिले के मडियाहु तहसील के जमालापुर बाजार मे स्थित यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के मेनेजर ने एक व्यक्ति के 60 लाख रुपये (ब्लेक मनी ) बदले
                              there are no cash in ATM in sector 16 Noida there are 7-8 ATM but no cash anymore. I think its 30 days now money crises must resolve but really this is not happening I am sure this is really something wrong with Banks only to failed the Government Decision.
                              માનનીય ગર્વનર સાહેબશ્રી,
                              અમારે ત્યાં N.R.I. મહેમાન પધારેલ છે. તેમની પાસે જૂની 500 તથા 1000 ની બાર હજારની નોટો છે. જો તેઓ અમદાવાદની RBI Branch ખાતે 9/1/2017 નાં દિવસે બદલાવવા ગયેલા પરંતુ ત્યાંથી એવો ઉત્તર મળ્યો કે તમારે મુંબઇ ખાતે ની RBI માં બદલાવવા માટે જવું પડશે. અંહિથી મુબઇ જવાનો ખર્ચ તથા ત્યા રહેવાનો ખર્ચની ગણતરી કરતાં તે ખર્ચ 10, 000 થાય છે. ઉપરાંત તે અંહિ ફક્ત બે અઠવાડિયા માટે પ્રસંગ પૂરતું જ આવેલ છે તો તેઓ પાસે સમયનો પણ અભાવ છે. અને આ પૈસા તેમની ખરી મહેનતનાં છે. કાળું નાણું નથી. તેઓ જ્યારે પૈસા બદલાવવા ગયેલા ત્યારે એક વ્યક્તિ જે NRI છે તેમણે ત્યાનાં કર્મચારીની મુંબઇ જઇ નોટ બદલાવવાની વાત સાભળીને જૂની નોટો કર્મચારીની સામે જ ફાડીને ફેંકીને ચાલ્યા ગયા. મુંબઇ જઇ નોટ બદલાવવાની આ નિર્ણયથી NRI લોકો ઘણાંજ આકૅોશમાં છે. કારણકે તેઓની પાસે 31 માર્ચ સુધી નોટો બદવલાનો સમય છે તેવી માહિતી હતી તેથી તેઓ સીધા અમદાવાદ આવ્યા. તેઓ એ અમદાવાદની કસ્ટમમાં બધી કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરેલ છે. છતાં નોટ અમદાવાદ ખાતેની RBI Branch માં નોટ બદલી આપવામાં આવી નહિં. અને બાર હજારની રકમ માટે દસ હજારનો ખર્ય તથા સમયની બરબાદી પોષાય તેમ નથી અને અંહિનાં RBI નાં કર્મચારીએ જણાવેલ કે અંહિતો આવા રોજનાં 200 થી 250 જણ આવે છે. તમે બધા ગર્વમેન્ટમાં કમ્પલેઇન કરો અને ત્યાંથી અમને જણાવવામાં આવશે તો અમે બદલી આપીશું. ત્યાં નોટ બદલાવવા આવેલ લોકોમાં થી એક જણે તો કંટાળીને કહ્યું કે હવે તો ભારતમાં આવવાનો પણ કે રોકાણ કરવું પણ મુશ્કેલ છે. અને ત્યાં રહેલ બધા ખુબ જ પરેશાન હોય તેવું પણ જણાતું હતું. બધાના પૈસા તેમની ખરી મહેનતની કમાણી છે. પરંતુ કોઇ નાની રકમ માટે અને થોડાજ સમય માટે આવેલા હોવાથી સમયની બરબાદી અને ખર્ચ કરવા કોઇ તૈયાર નહોતું. તો આ બધાને પડતી મુશ્કેલીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખી આ અંગે તાત્કાલિક નિર્ણ લેવા વિનંતી.

                                The government has ordered government bank to open until 8pm to changing 500 and 1000 rupees. but at Chennai, all the government banks are open till 8pm but they are not accepting the cash deposit and changing of 500 and 1000 rs note.

                                please set a regulatory authority for seeing the Bank functions till this new currency is correctly given to the citizens

                                    My name is Anusuya and staying at guindy, chennai-32. I am trying to exhange my old currency notes in hdfc olympia tech park branch. But the person who is working in hdfc is giving priortiy to the customers who is owning account in hdfc and they are giving priority who is depositing money in hdfc bank. I dont have an account in hdfc as my salary account is in citi. They are asking me to get the new currency from citi. We can exchange the money from any branch upto the limit 4k. Can you please look into this Asap? I am under medical emergency. They are only looking for gain in their poont of view.They dont as a human. Distribution of new currency is important than depositing the money. We cant use our debit or credit cards with small vendors or streetside sellers. Can you please take my complaint in prioirity? Thanks in advance.

                                      I am Sapan kumar mishra ( Manager in Ashok Leyalnd, Alwar) and having salired account ( account no -[protected]) in SBI BANK last six years .
                                      With due respect I will like to bring to your attention that today I went in SBI bank to submit our amount in our account and i was stand in proper que but they are calling to acquaintance people and was depositing his cash while i was opposed the same than Mr. Mukesh kumar, Branch manager MIA, Alwar (R.J) along with his cashier Mr. NK JAIN abusing me and misbehave also pushed by police man and guard from out side the bank .His attitude toward the customer is totally non-professional. He has been treating me in the way totally unacceptable.

                                      It is due to all this we find it very harassment with him. His reports and memos for promotion are also biased.

                                      It’s our humble request that kindly look into the matter and take some serious steps in this regard to improve his conduct and behavior.

                                        I want to relodge complaint against Allahabad Bank Chillint Road Agra Branch.I would like bring your kind Notice that Many People So much suffer Outside the Branch they are not able to deposit and wothdrawal and exchange Money from the Bank and Bank Staff told that Bank will be closed at 4pm & the did not Open afterward so just tell outside people need what to do ? Even though they are very polite with Bank Branch but Bank Branch Officer putting their benifite.

                                        So I humble request to RBI please take necessary action against this type of people and Bank Manager.

                                        I am que from today first morning at 7.30 am but now I am still in que you don't know how much many people suffure from ealry Morning and I am from Agra Chillint Road Ghatia Azam Khan and I want lodge a complaint against Allahabad bank Chillint RoadAgra Branch And I would like to inform you that bank did not Open sepreate window for cash deposit and withdrawal and exchange for money and staff so rude with customer bank abusing people who deposit withdrawal and exchange money and who is in que. I think it is very sameful for RBI and other Government bodies.
