We are facing problem of cash money withdrawal from bombay mercantile co-op. bank ltd, jodhpur (rajasthan) on 18.11.16 and 19.11.16. no cash available on 18.11.16 and very very low cash available on 19.11.16. please resolve this type of problem as soon as possible.

Come to my notice that hdfc bank of Balasore odisha exchange 500/1000 by xerox of other citizen's id. One of the hdfc employee told us the branch manager is involved. Last 3 days bank was shutdown after 3 pm becouse out of cash. Plz take care of it otherwise normal citizens will suffer.

Here i am standing in Union bank of india for more than two hours when my turn comes then the light goes out and there is noone to start generator.There is noone in the bank also . Whereas the ATM is not showning anything .please solve this.Here manager also donot talk anyone.
My complain is Saurastra Garmin Bank Wadhvan branch District Surendranagar Gujarat, Nobody has been cooperate all staff and Branch manager, rudely answering, bank open and close not time to time as resent position, please please do something for enosant, and poor people.

HDFC Bank Kharadi Branch is turning away customers for exchange of old Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes for non-HDFC customers. Some of the customers were very very poor. I am myself a HDFC customer and was shocked to see this. Also they are disbursing only Rs 4000 even if you submit a cheque.

    Today I stood for 6 hrs in the lane to deposit cash at PNB bank kotla branch.
    The bank was closed before time.
    The system is totally corrupt .the bank staff was exchanging money of people who came with an approach.
    Public outside the bank was highly frustrated so was I
    The staff came to some people and got their money exchanged as soon as these people came and we were still waiting.
    In the end bank entry was closed saying that enough people have come now there is no more place and the people waiting outside had to go
    I re quest you to take serious actions against this.

    Can the old notes be deposited by the representative. Please reply with the procedure to be followed.
    In STPS SBBJ suratgarh branch, bank officer takes form of Rs.4000 and valid Id proof but he gives only Rs.1000 without any correction on slip. if some body wants to correct his slip, he not allow him and sent last in queue

      At the outset, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. To facilitate customers to be able to exchange, deposit and withdraw cash, the bank has taken all measures to ensure customers requirements are met as per extant guidelines provided by the regulator.

      Specifically on the point of cash deposit of Specified Bank Notes in your account, we would like to clarify that a copy of the proof of identity is required to be retained for evidencing adherence to regulatory guidelines, which clearly state that customer needs to produce valid proof of identity for depositing the Old notes of denomination Rs 500 and Rs1000.

      As part of this due diligence, customers are required to submit a self attested copy of the proof of identity which the bank staff is required to attest to have verified with originals.

      We would like to clarify / confirm that the bank staff was only adhering to the guidelines from the regulator in requesting for a self attested copy of your proof of identity for the deposit of the Specified Bank Notes in your account.

      Hope this clarifies the matter adequately.

        My indian bank s/b a/c no.[protected]. debit card no. 50443 [protected] 271. i purchased clothing for a sum of rs.1125/- at sri veeras creatons, chennai -21, on 18.11.2016 around 18.24 hrs whereas the amount debited for a sum of rs.2250/- by means of two pod. as instructed by indian bank customer care service i am raising this dispute for recovery of rs.1125/- and further necessary action.

          In my surrounding areas like aduthurai, kuttalam illegal transactions happening in petrol bunks. I have heard from peoples talking on the road. They are exchanging money from black money holders with percentage basis commision. I dont have any proof. Though its my duty to inform this to respective peoples.

          Please make surprise ride to all petrol bunks.

              Hi, This complaint is about exchange of old currency notes to new when the government has demonetized the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. I went to Bank of India on 11 Nov 2016 for exchange of old Rs 500 to the new ones by using my Driving License standing 2 hours in queue but surprised when they said that my identity is already used before this time for exchange or could be the website is not accepting my identity. I want to know if there is a way to find out if my ID card is used by some one already in any bank. The banks should send messages after exchange of currency and also take finger prints of the person who cane for exchange of money.

                  Sir, i am salaried employee and having my saving account with hdfc bank, lajpat nagar branch (Ifsc-hdfc0001557). I m trying since last 7 days to withdraw the cash but everyday at around 10-10.30am they pasted a sticker that no cash. The cash van came in front to us but within 5 minutes without paying to anyone which seems that there is something going on which i don't want to mention here for the sake of nation goodwill. On our insist banker put date on sticker but denied to mention time. Pls help and avoid such situations which damages the credibility of banking system, rbi and our pm. We are fully supporting the system and arrangements by banker but need to avoid such mischief. Jai hind

Exchanging old notes with new notes in bulk quantity with the convenience of bank branch manager & staff members.

                        Bank owner sudhir kumar plot no. 277, pocket - a2, sector-17 m/o [protected] and take commission for exchange.

                        Please use the photage of cameras installed in the premises to verify the truth. Please check full day coverage on cctv camera.

                        Old currency to new currency for commission based to building owner & bank manager/staff members.

                        But in bank are getting a very big amount exchange without any interpretation

                        Please look into this matter & action immediately.

                        Building tender will be cancel immediately.

                            Today, I went for the first time since demonetization declared for exchange of old notes in Axis Bank in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. As a proof of ID, I had enclosed my Driver's License. To my surprise, the bank executive informed that exchange had already been taken on this ID. This my ID was recently issued by RTO GZD and since its issue I had not used it anywhere for any work.
                            The people are discussing various corrupt practices being followed in connivance of Banks for disposing their black money but we were not taking it serious and thought the same as rumors. But with the above real time experience has shattered our believes.
                            As observed, the bank executive are not even insisting the person to sign in person in their presence and at times not check anything if bearer is their acquaintance.

                              Canara bank khidderpore branch... bank of baroda khidderpore branch... state bank of india khidderpore branch... all this banks are not operating till 8 pm ... they are being closed at 4 pm ... there shortage of cash .. local goons are being benefited .. commen men are suffering. Banks are helping super rich people to convert their black money. Super rich people not standing in queue banks staff carrying their cash .banks adjusting their black money in fake accounts...

                                Dear sir,

                                Today i am travelling in up roadways from dehradun to delhi in bus no. Up11 at -0113,. And came to know that the conductor is not accepting old 500 notes.. And he was busy in arguments with one of the passenger (Senior citizen) and said i will not take old 500 note due to it is not valid anymore.. When other passengers told him that as per rbi instructions it is valid in transportation and government bus service's till 24 november 2016. He said i will not take old notes and shown us notice given by chutmalpur depot in charge, in which all conductor was instructed that old 500 and 1000 rupees are not valid.. By this act o[censored]p transportation department, public are suffering. Kindly look into the matter and punish the responsible person for this...

                                  And we give the confirmation to our party the chq clear within 2 or 3 hrs but my bad luck party give the call on next day evening your chq are not clear and i ask to the branch manager (Shambu) and he use very loudly and roughly language and also abusing me.                                       This branch does not give payment to account holders except they have a close relationship with and take commission for wathdraw more than the withdrawal limit by the rbi i;e 10000/day from account.
                                      And bank employees are using abusive language.

                                        I live at nagpur and i m facing a very big problem today in my voilate no any mony nd not work any atm and bank also not give a widrol mony so what can i do plz hellp imeditily

                                        At gandhidham i.o.b. bank all branches including kandla new note of 500 and 1000 rupees not available still on 11/11/2016 13:00 hrs. customer can not withdrawn from bank . only 100 rupees note available and which is not in suffiecent amount.
