Hello Team,

I have taken loan from cashbean si many times and paid back always before the time line..now i haven't repaid as my friend update he repaid in view that he can take back.but now they are not providing loans.But they are harassing people to pay back loans.Niw in these panadamic days they neither allowing to hold the due days nor allowing us to repay and take back the loan.This is really harassing to people. For 3 days of overdue they charged me 700+ penality...for dusbursed amount of 10800 for 15 days to pay back 12419. So now i have to pay 13163 for 10800 in 19 days.

Respected sir/madam, we are facing problem 10 Rs coin related ..when I gone shop some grocery items take, there grocery Owner told me, I cannot accept 10rs coin.i told him 10Rs coin not banned .his refused my 10Rs coin..please take action on shop, bakery, I hope u take action...thank you

    As per your rule for 3 month no emi debited from our account because of lockdown... But sir today all loan emi debited from my account... Bajaj finserv company and idfc capital first company debited emi from my account.. Now i will suffer with difficult stages. And tommorow also one more bajaj finserv emi will debit that's bike emi.. Please sir now iam facing money problem for lock down... Also on date 5 i have a emi from kreditbee and on date 7 april also i have to pay one more emi from early sallery.. Please so do concern for me...

      The rbi

      I am writing this email in regards to the harassment of an nbfc (Cash bean). I have so many loans from them and paid before due date but this due to this lockdown i am unable to pay. These people are calling me back to back, my family and others too and charging high penalty everyday. I sent them email stating the same and called ss well, requested to allow me this month and atleast not to call and i am okay with penalties. They are not ready to listen or understand and just need money which i don't have right.

      It's my humble request of rbi can do something about it.

          I took loan from cashbean from march 16. Because of lockdown i couldn't repay the amount march 30. I explain the situation but they can't hear. Today the put penalty charge 137rs per day. I correctly paid 4times the loan amount with out any due. Now this happen because of lockdown. I asked 15days time. They won't give. Please help.. Please do any action...

            We wish to inform that the following payments have been debited by our bank on 31/3/2020
            1) term loan instalments and interest rs 2 lakhs
            2) interest on cash credit for the period jan 2020 to march 2020 rs 3 lakhs
            This is against rbi directive dated 27/3/2020
            Quote
            The reserve bank of india has decided to allow all lending institutions to permit a three - month moratorium on installments of all loans, where installments are outstanding on 31/3/2020. It has also allowed deferment of payment of interest on working capital.
            Such delay in payment will not be considered as a default

            You are requested to inform us the procedure to be followed for reversal of the same

              During the present carona virus lock down, i am not in possition to withdraw and deposit or make neft to my loan amount.

              I have not paid 2 installment due to closure of my working place. If i doesnot pay my installment my account will became npa.

              Since you have given soft corner for non payment of emi, bankers are not cleared on it.

              Kindly clear on said notification and also give soft corner to all person.

                I akanksha jain having saving account in union bank of india darya ganj, delhi. My a/v no. Is [protected] and mob no is [protected]. On 29 feb 2020 5000 +5000 dedicted from my account n i didnt get a msg from my bank. That daz i was booking a bus ticket from rajasthan travels n got a number from just dial n he sent me link for payment. After 3 daz i got to know about it. So i complaint on customer care n in the bank. I did fir also n i went to cyber crime also. But no action has been place from their side. I request you to refund my amount and take serious action against the person.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  I am nri in uk and have been unable to travel to india due to coronavirus and lockdown. I am senior citizen and in isolation in london. I have two post dated cheques from vipul ltd dated 20th december 2019. Can you please extend the validity deposit date so that i can deposit them after lockdown is over. I do not trust vipul to issue replacement cheques. I look forward to hearing from you.

                    I have indusind credit card and loan on the the credit card, but they are not giving moratoriums for the payments of emi or dues.
                    Need clarification on the same. The customer care executive of bank was quoting cnbc news and abp, but cnbc article said that credit cards are under moratorium but indusind is not accepting. I have also send the snapshot as suggested to the email premium. [protected]@indusindbank.com

                        Dear sir,

                        I have an nre account with bank of baroda. Usually, their otp and tracker id (Required for adding beneficiary) does not work. Whenever we send remittance and transfer funds to our family we can not add beneficiary because of this. I have sent funds for family support 10 days ago but i am unable to transfer because their tracker id is not going to the registered mobile number.
                        I have been following it up with them for the last 7 days but no solution has been provided. I'm getting sms and notification for other transactions example when i sent remittance i got the sms notification. But this tracker id problem is there for many months.
                        Similarly, they have several issues in their net-banking which we can be talked about a later time.

                            Yesterday i had been to a bank and noticed a customer counting currency notes by licking his finger.
                            At this point of time there will be chance of spreading covid-19 by doing such activity.
                            The bank is the place where huge currency transactions take place.
                            There will be chances of getting infected.
                            Why can't they shutdown for the time..
                            Otherwise the banks contribution to spread covid-19 will be more.

                                  Respected sir, i'ce received a message about selection for prize. And the prize amount has been sent to RBI.
                                  Next the EMAIL was received which says, Its FROM RBI about winning amount .
                                  BEFAORE TRANSFERING THE WINNNING AMOUNT WE HAVE TO PAY TAX OF 14, 800/-, only then the amount is transfrred.
                                  Is it real or fake !
                                  It has mentioned some womns account details for payment of tax.

                                      I prashant gupta raised this firm complaint to rbi and received letter and call from chandigarh but no heed paid to refund my 16800/-.
                                      Issue pending for last 8 months begging to karvy infotech karvy selenium, tower - b, plot no. 31 & 32., financial district, nanakramguda, serilingampally mandal, hyderabad, 500032, india. Karvy selenium, tower - b, plot no. 31 & 32., financial district, nanakramguda, serilingampally mandal, hyderabad, 500032, india, 1, mr anand pillai and vikas menon advocate chandigarh for golden forest complaint. I forwarded all required detail's to karvy fintech.
                                      Company only send same automated reply no resolution i complaint again to golden forest chandigarh after speaking to anand pillay from karvy infotech related to gfil no help matter pending for last six months even sending all legal proofs of mine.

                                        Bajaj housing finance ltd is badly behave with their customer and treating like the #,

                                        I have taken home loan from bajaj housing and after the 1 year my emi got bounced and they charge me rs. 9000 for that, because they hit my account 3 times. This was horrible to me to see this amount. I'm following with many people from bajaj housing but no one is responding on this nor giving any clarification on this.

                                        As per rbi guideline any banks or nbfc can't charge more than rs. 500 as bounce charges.

                                        I will request all the customer to please don't take any loan from the bajaj group of companies in future.
