As per lockdown guidelines there must not be any chuck bounce charges.
But they charged 4 chuck bounce charges i, e on 13th, 14th &18th of may.
The charge bebited from karnataka bank ltd account.
Please respont this...

I got a call from this number -[protected] stating my issue regarding loan. But after some he asked me to do some trouble shoot and during that trouble shoot balance got deducted from my Credit card of rs. 7599. Please help me out in this.

I got a mail from European union...the indicate that I have been qualified for free donation...from there company...they said me to send details...I also sent...then they said me to pay amount of 16800 rupees for processing charges...they Cal me many times...to pay amount in ther account...they said ..they doing everything wit rbi bank..

I want my refunds just right now as i have cancelled the order from Amazon so i want my money as soon as possible. Please initiate the refunds from.amazon fast please it's emergency that's why I cancelled.

I have some ongoing loans from cashe, bajaj, and dhani and i have requested for a moratorium but due to some issues moratorium not processed on time so that these loan companies hit auto-debit payment in my bank account, i have informed hdfc bank for same but they charged me 5800 and 3000 auto-debit charges in my bank account. Kindly do needful and refund these charges.

I am talking about fees collections which is been done along with card issued before 31st march 2019, which i received on 7th april 2019. My concern is why should i pay the charges of annual fees for one month which is been not received and used.
I never thought brand name like sbi cheats costomers like this.
I am objecting on fees collected from me in previous financial year, which was not received by me and requested earlier with same concerns through mails on 1/04/19 & 7/04/19.
I have been told that it will be reversed but not happened till date instead i received renewal fees again for this year.

We have below loans with hero fincorp ltd.

Due to nationwide lockdown and spread of covid-19 it has become difficult to continue regular and routine business activities hence we applied & informed well in advance to hero fincorp corporate care department through email 1st email on 30th march2020 & 2nd email on 3rd april2020 but unfortunately they have debited our saved amount on 9th april & 20th april however our emi ecs date is 8th of every month. We saved some amount in our account for employees salary as well as for our import shipment custom duties which is lying at nhava sheva port.
Now, after many email reminders to hero fincorp for our refund they are not reacting or replying us till today and another messages & email is coming from hero fincorp for 8th may emi payment.
Please help us to get moratorium scheme from hero fincorp and support us to get back our emi amount which they debited on 20th april which is not emi ecs date as per agreement with hero fincorp.
