We are the agrieved depositors of pmc bank who have been locked out of their own hard earned money without being at any fault. When rbi had alerted the registrar of co-op bank that waryam singh was fraudently giving loans then why didn't it bother to follow up whether any action was taken on their complaint or not? This is a matter of life and death for us. Our whole life has been shattered. Families have gone into depression, anxiety. Future and lives of people are at stake. Please liquidate the assets recovered from the hdil owners and recover our money and revive the c bank asap as there is no time to lose. Act before it's too late. Act before people kill themselves for losing their life savings just coz of your incompetence.

    Already am register complaint 20 times but there is no repons from your bank detais is as follows.

    24/08/2019 at 12:30am using mobile net banking service for money transfer but my transaction is fail & also money debited from my bank account so please revert amt Rs.10, 000/- in my account already am make complaint on BOI bank website but there is no any respose given byBOI bank so please give me my money back as sson as possible & take some action on my complainte.

      I received an unknown call... And he requested me of my atm repay card's expiry date and "cvv" and i gave him every thing. Since he told me that he is speaking from rbi, mumbai. The after a few min. I received an sms saying "accounting has been debited with 1200rs.
      But he says that he has not done any thing.
      When i verified his call location it's was showing as"klokata" whereas when i asked him he reported that he is speaking from mumbai

      So plz... Plz verify it soon

        I have purchased sofa in amazon, due to quality problems i have returned. Though item was delivered and returned, no details were updated in the site about the same. Hence i asked to refund the amount to amazon pay and from there to my bank account.in spite of repeated complaints, they were giving copy pasted messages.

        In turn amazon has not refunded fully and kept pending saying that gift card is not eligible. Even aftern escalation to md, there is no use. They are habituated to give copy paste messages. From past 3 months i am following it up, still i didn't get r's. 10k.

          This is with reference to aforementioned subject.

          I have a saving account bearing no. [protected], branch batala road, amritsar in the name of honey sabharwal with your bank.

          I have initiated two transactions to withdraw the amount of rs. 10, 000 ech from the aforesaid account on april 6, 2019 at. 7:19 p. M in atm of your bank situated at majitha road, amritsar. But i had received rs. 10, 000 only for my first transaction. The atm had accepted my second transaction but failed to provide me cash and the bank wrongly debited the same amount from my account.

          I filed the complaint with the customer care on the same day, who initially gave me complaint reference no. M[protected], which later on cancelled by them onky and again gave me a new reference no. M[protected]. I approched respective branch manager of your branch situated at batala road, i filed my written complaint also with him. But did not get any solution or transfer of my debited amount yet.

          I approached customer care also on various occassions but even they did not help me.

              As per my knowlage rbi remove all rtgs/neft charges for transafer on line. You know very well every bank recover charges. Now where to complain. And at bank of baroda, i. E. Branch vatva branch, my salary account is there. There is always connectivity problem and mostly server not working. Half of month internet not working. So please look in to this letter.

                I have ordered a product of rs 899 from amazon india. For some reason i have to cancel my order. After cancellation request they have initiated my refund to my original payment method wich is upi. But after 4 days the amount still not credited to my account. For i have contacted to amazon helpline they told me that they have initiated my refund so their work is now i have to contact my bank. So i have contacted to my bank. Bank saying that there is no payment request from amazon to my account account. So now i have no idea what should i do.

                      I have saving a/c. With maratha sahakari bank and have fix deposits which matured before two years and above but not getting fund credited due to rbi recovery. There for requesting status of recovery as well as when bank will function normal, please help for the same to get back our hard earn money. Because bankers unable to giving right information to a/c.                         I got an email from reserve bank of india that my whatsapp no has been globally selected for huge amount @ 2 crores & 75 lakh as my claiming amount which is supposed to be transferred to my already given bank a/c no with idfc code also but they are rapidly forcing to pay their bank processing charges @23, 800 first to their already given bank details but my mind was not responding to proceed further.

                        Please help me that sdcc should i send this 23, 800 & is this mail or mr. Harry nelson & rahul sinha are genuinely helpful to transfer my claiming amount?

                          1 aug 2019 rs - 3250/- amt debited from my yes bank account its is a fraud transaction. I complaint same day to yes bank. Yes bank take my complaint also yes bank investigation also that was fraud transaction but bank still not give me credit of that amt... Yes bank was my salary account given by my company because of this matter i cant take my salary in that account last two month. Ere was a again a fraud attempt on 07.08.2019 at 16.12 hrs from the same name i. E google wm group pub as my debit card was blocked the transaction was declined. (Screenshot attached)

                          Kindly suggest what should be done if the same fraud is repeated request you to kindly arrange refund of 3, 250 asap so that i can proceed with unfreezing of my account and can apply for a new debit card.

                            Me and my family are in huge trouble and total mess. We have virtually gone into bankruptcy after the pmc bank scam fiasco. My father who worked as a bank officer in a small local bank for over 35 years had put his entire life savings in pmc bank, my mother who is a school teacher and due to retire soon has her all fixed deposits and total savings of over 32 years into pmc bank, myself a physiotherapist with modest earnings and hard crunch savings for last 9 years have all my fds and savings in pmc, my sister who is a baker has her 5 years of savings in pmc, my wife’s story is also the same.
                            Please help me and my family to come out from this situation. We have done nothing wrong, we trusted the banking system of our country and deposited out entire life savings with pmc. We have no plan - b to survive. Please guide me on this matter and help me in getting my and my family’s life savings back.
                            We have been having sleepless nights since last few days. Please help sir. 🙏

                              We purchased a tv unit on credit card and convert the amount into emi. Hdfc bank charged us 15% interest for that. My emi generated around ₹1070/ month. But bank charged me gst extra on that. Now my emi is near about ₹1150. If bank fixed my emi then how can they charged me gst extra. If rbi approved that any bank charge gst extra on emi amount then please tell me about it. Because i already paid gst and 15 % intrest then why extra gst??? Please solve the issue.

                                More than 7.5 crores of central govt funds received by goa dairy for benefit of farmers of goa are blocked in pmc bank. Time frame for utilisation is given by central govt
                                Farmers are suffering. Pls give some concrete solution.
                                Further also sale proceeds of milk of around 25 lacs are also blocked the money which is yo b paid to poor farmers.

                                  It is with great shock to us that a country where the pm invites people to come and invest in india, the finances in india are so mismanaged — the rbi, such a big body punishes the common people and the bank cheat innocent people for no reason of theirs.
                                  We have chosen a leader who we would respect and honor for his judgement and desicions. So calmly the rbi has overnight, without giving any warning, declared that depositors cannot withdraw or function pmc bank till further notice. Isn't this a bit unreasonable that u arent running my house. Every seperate individuals have their set of challenges, financial crunch at home. We are since tax payers and sincere citizens of india, being tortured, frustated and put into deep problem. I have to pay my daughters college fees and have payments and emi's to be paid.

                                  I come from a middle class family and have load of responsibilities towards my parents, towards my home, towards my kids. I have loans that i am not defaulting with unlike you big cheats. You should ideally catch them and put them behind bars for not paying their loans which they have taken in crores. I am paying my home loan and education loan and looking after my everything gracefully till 23/9/2019 by paying them time to time

                                  We have deadlines to meet, payments to make - how are we supposed to manage that? 10k in 6 months? Wow
                                  Please do justice sir, it has taken me and my family years to collect this hard earned money, its not for free or for corrupt people to use. I am already serving their greed through taxes. This is my right and you have no right to steal that from me. I am raising kids and looking after old parents, how do u think i should manage that. Ensure getting up from your seat and taking charge or you will see these innocent, good citizens turning against you all by losing faith and trust in you. It will be a shame for the entire country. Its a holy month, please do justice and allow us to remove our money from the bank and stop this scam and politics unnecessarily

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I have an Account in your bank at karahal road branch Mainpuri Account no. - [protected] from this Account on Date 19/09/2019 Rs 10000 deduct and another transaction occur on Date 20/09/2019 Rs 6500 deducted by Unauthorized way or fraud transaction from IMPS. There is no transaction OTP occur or neither HDFC Account is not added in my beneficiary list, when this fraud take place.
                                      So please kindly take quick action regarding this matter as soon as……

                                        Please provide such details about whats app Global award winner 2019 getting fake mail and also i transferred Rs18900INR but i am not getting any amount from whats app global.

                                        I received one fake RBI mail in that link i try to transfer the money but its asking cost transfer code. I don't have again its asking Rs50300 for CTO number.
