    I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. I am using credit cards of following banks:- hdfc, axis, rbl, sbi and indusind bank.

    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

    I can able to give 20% to each bank of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

    I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

    Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent.
    Sir please help me. I mailed many time to banks but they are not responding me. I called them but in vain. Sir i never missed my credit cards payments but these days me and my family financially very weak. Bank persons are harassing me via calls and msj.. Recovery agents also threatening me and my family also. Sir i need ur help

      Respected sir,

      I need justice.

      May i introduce myself as jayesh ukkath who is working abroad at middle east as health & safety supervisor.

      I need valuable help and justice.

      I had availed a home loan from nri branch, koramangala for about 18.2 lakhs at around 9.5% interest rate about 5 yrs ago. I could not be very regular in my repayments due to other commitments. Finally i had to decide to sell of the apartment that i purchased in bengaluru. I had not registered the apartment in my name. I managed to find buyer, took noc from sbi, entered into an mou with my buyer that he will close my home loan (Sbi informed me it was 18.76 lakhs as of november end) and pay the rest to my account. After we both submitted mou to the builder, the builder assigned the apartment on his name and this assignment agreement and mou was submitted for his home loan with axis bank. The whole process started on nov 2018. Loan processing was bit delayed for my buyer by about 2 months. My buyer's bank prepared a dd dated 6/2/2019 for 19.04 lakhs as informed by sbi.

      On 8th of february when i informed sbi that axis bank wish to pay the dd to sbi, they informed me that the closure amount is 19.34 lakhs. They said that in addition to this i have to pay the legal fees as well. I was baffled at the way sbi interest rate was soaring and i expressed my concern in an email to the bank manager and to racpc, nri branch, koramangala. I also requested for a full loan account statement from sbi till date, which they have not provided me on time.

      I have applied short leave and am in bangalore to close the loan. Since i was not convinced on the loan closure amount, i logged into net banking and checked my home loan balance. It is attached, herewith. That tells me that my home loan balance as on 18th january is 15.71 lakhs. I am not very familiar with banking area and hence not sure if this is correct or not. But if it is correct i am paying sbi a huge repayment amount of 19.34 lakhs and legal fees as i am told, especially when i am a person who was forced to sell this apartment due to various debts that i am in.

      I am sending this email to the prime minister seeking urgent help in the matter. If 19.34 lakhs that sbi is telling me is genuine i assume it is the huge interest part that is making this difference from 15.74 lakhs. It will be very helpful if this interest part can be reduced from my loan closure amount.

      Even closing time also sbi nri koramangala manager mr. Sunil yadav make me lot of troubles (His continuous harassment only i sold my flat. Even i call he never answer also. When i sent the sell agreement copy from my buyer after he make case against me and charge lot of fines) as a ordinary person like me were i can get justice?

          On 5/08/19 i have withdrawn 2000 rupees from punjab national bank g. T road etah and returned back with my atm card. From 09/08/19 to 11/08/19 someone has withdrawn 90000 rupees though the atm card and checque book is with me. I got to know about this fraud on 11/08/19 when i checked the message on my phone. I instantly filed an f. I. R and submitted the copy to the canara bank as my account is associated with it. I lodged a complaint in natkional consumer helpline and they have given me a grievance number which is 1511535 but today i received a message that the status of that complaint is closed. I dont know whether any actions are being taken or will be taken because i want my money back any how. Please do the needful and try to refund my money asap.

                What RBI Customer support is doing? I have send so many Complain to you, you are only giving status notified . What action you have been taken, so many days past? I have given Complain to RBI Governor also with all the proof of documents. Still no reply has given to me. Please seriously see the matter.

                    Respected hon. Prime minister, hon. Finance minister, hon. Governor of rbi, chairman sbi, mr. A j parikh general manager rbi, mr. R k mahana general manager rbi, all all senior authorizes of sbi from new delhi & mumbai.

                    I have received email from sbi - dgm aurangabad. As i already mentioned in my earlier mail it was expected that no senior authority of sbi is going t take care of the email. Hence i was very clearly written that if no proper answer is received from sbi, i don, t have option to send the email copy to hon. High court, aurangabad, mumbai branch & consumer forum aurangabad & if i won the case i will request the court to recover all my legal expenses from the salary of the employees who refused to understand the facts of person's life on humanity. It is very common principle that rules are made for person & not person is made for relue. What ever dgm-sbi has written & the answers to his mail were already given in my earlier email itself & i have already written that i was not able to pay the regularly but as & when possible i have paid the amounts. Dgm - sbi has not mentioning anything new, being all senior & expertise, you have already knows that it has happened. So what new dgm-sbi has written. The dgm - sbi taken almost a week to check an email & reply.

                    The mail which i have received from dgm-sbi that too from aurangabad regional office & not from any senior office from head office. Dgm-sbi is silent on the following facts which are as below point wise.

                    1. My financial position was very poor from 2009 to 2019 june there was lots o[censored]ps & downs financially & personally in my life and due to that i was not able to pay the installments monthly, but if you check the entries for the entire period i paid as and when i receives the intimation from bank by bank orally or the recovery person comes to home immediately.
                    2. I wrote in my earlier email that everything can not be measured on rules there has to be a humanity ground which i would appreciates banks with which i am connected like deogiri nagari sahakari bank ttd, idbi. They & their senior team understood the customers situation & if found reality they really on facts & helps. As much as possible personally.
                    3. I already wrote in my earlier email that lots of times (Means 3 or 4 times) in last 10 years came to my home for money & has done lots of tamasha & given threats also in front my spouse who is a house wife & my small daughter who were scared various times. Even as and when bank officers came they never suggested me to do the applications or pay the charges & change the rate of interest. Here i would like rbi official to interfere & request to send the circular regarding the same.
                    4. I have not received any written communication from sbi that they have any such process which has been mentioned by dgm - sbi in his/her email that i need to do the formalities to make the change in rates on which dgm-sbi is silent. I would like to ask senior officer of rbi is it true? Since when you make any changes in rate of interest it should get automatically applicable to each & every loan account. Rbi is requested to confirm the same with circular as i am not believing on sbi officials of aurangabad.
                    5.in my earlier email i have mentioned that even the one month was not completed of death of my mother as she was hospitalized for two months in private hospital (You can understand the daily expenses for private hospital) they have published advertisement for auction of my flat along with me & my spouse name in local. Hon rbi governor, kindly suggest to me line of action since i do not trust on sbi also i request you to guide& help me to change the loan account from sbi to any other government undertaking bank. As from jan 2008 to aug 2019 i. E. 11 years 8 months sbi has taken from me only interest of more then 10 lacs where as loan taken in jan 2008 was 8.49 lacs. Is this a justice to a person who has faced lots of troubles in all respect and aspects in past 10 years which is very easy me to prove & sbi has nothing to do it, whatever dgm - sbi replied only on monitory & tried to show that they only follow rules. What about the rate change affect which was not intimated to me even the requirements to do from 2008 dgm - sbi is silent.
                    5. As i mentioned above i request to hon. Governor rbi, to personally help me to change the loan account with another government undertaking any bank, as now financial is stable & also i will try to improve my cibil score.

Governor rbi, as now i am in different field in i am in need of top up loan on current housing loan of rs. 2 lacs fo which you all are humbly requesting you to personally help me as my current market cost of the flat is more then 50 lacs. Also guide me 10 lacs as a interest paid against the loan amount of rs.8.49 lacs at todays balance is 7.96 lacs.- this also i have written to chairman sbi but the dgm-sbi is silent.

                    Looking to all of this you will also feel amazing that how much time the dgm - sbi has taken to give reply which shows efficiency of sbi officials. And how they care & treated common people. (Since we are honest & from middle class & not a businessman's who are taken crs. Of loans from sbi and absconded from india). They have not even shown affection to speak to me personally by head regional office aurangabadon mobile as my mobile number is with them.

                    Whatever reply has given by dgm - sbi of only of monitory lacuna's from my side & not on the facts which i suffered, it shows the attitude of the officials of sbi & culture & humanity towards a common man.

                    Now i humbly request hon. Prime minister, hon. Finance minister, hon. Governor rb, chairman sbi to look in to it personally which i am sure the current government is very different of the last 70 years of governments.

                    Respected Hon. Prime minister, Hon. Finance Minister, Hon. Governor of RBI, Chairman SBI, Mr. A J Parikh General Manager RBI, Mr. R K Mahana General Manager RBI, All all senior authorizes of SBI from New Delhi & Mumbai.

                    I have received email from SBI- DGM Aurangabad. As I already mentioned in my earlier mail it was expected that NO senior authority of SBI is going t take care of the email. Hence I was very clearly written that if NO proper answer is received from SBI, I don, t have option to send the Email copy to Hon. High Court, Aurangabad, Mumbai Branch & Consumer Forum Aurangabad & if i won the case I will request the Court to recover all my legal expenses from the salary of the employees who refused to understand the facts of person's life on humanity. It is very common principle that rules are made for person & not person is made for relue.What ever DGM-SBI has written & the answers to his mail were already given in my earlier email itself & I have already written that I was not able to pay the regularly but as & when possible I have paid the amounts. DGM- SBI has not mentioning anything new, being all senior & expertise, you have already knows that it has happened. So What new DGM-SBI has written. The DGM- SBI taken almost a week to check an email & reply.

                    The mail which I have received from DGM-SBI that too from Aurangabad regional Office & not from any senior Office from Head Office. DGM-SBI is silent on the following facts which are as below point wise.

                    1. My financial position was very poor from 2009 to 2019 June There was lots o[censored]ps & downs financially & personally in my life and due to that I was not able to pay the installments monthly, but if you check the entries for the entire period I paid as and when I receives the intimation from Bank by Bank orally or the recovery person comes to home immediately.
                    2. I wrote in my earlier email that everything can not be measured on rules there has to be a humanity ground which I would appreciates banks with which I am connected like Deogiri Nagari sahakari Bank ttd, IDBI. They & their senior team understood the customers situation & if found reality they really on facts & helps.as much as possible personally.
                    3. I already wrote in My earlier email that lots of times (means 3 or 4 times) in last 10 years came to my home for money & has done lots of TAMASHA & given threats also in front my spouse who is a house wife & my small daughter who were scared various times.Even as and when Bank Officers came they never suggested me to do the applications or pay the charges & change the rate of interest.Here I would like RBI Official to interfere & request to send the circular regarding the same.
                    4. I have not received any written communication from SBI that they have any such process which has been mentioned by DGM- SBI in his/her email that I need to do the formalities to make the change in rates on which DGM-SBI is silent. I would like to ask senior officer of RBI is it true? Since when you make any changes in rate of interest it should get automatically applicable to each & every loan account. RBI is requested to confirm the same with circular as I am not believing on SBI Officials of Aurangabad.
                    5. In my earlier email I have mentioned that even the one month was not completed of death of my mother as she was hospitalized for two months in private hospital ( you can understand the daily expenses for Private hospital) they have published advertisement for auction of my Flat along with Me & My Spouse name in local .                     Looking to all of this you will also feel amazing that how much time the DGM- SBI has taken to give reply which shows efficiency of SBI Officials.                         Hello sir, my self sarla devi and i am so, glade that i am talking to you. Actually sir one day i went to the (Idbi) bank for checking the money balance of my husband salary. Which he had transfer in 31 june/2019 in my account and my husband is a army man and still he is in layh ladakh.
                        So, that after entered in the idbi, atm then i set my atm card inside the card place in atm machine, then normally i hade choosed saving option after according to the atm machine instruction i hade entered my atm code number. Then the total balaned slipe were come out.
                        So, what picked that with my atm card after pressing the clear button.
                        Just after few minutes later when i was just gonn toward my house route suddenly one messge was came on my phone number that yours transaction of 10, 000 rupes is successfully complete.
                        But i did not feed money balance for transaction they automatically removed and i hade tried many times costumer care service but they told me that ma’am we have already send your complainet documents in your city branch of sbi and on the other hand bankers told me that please ma’am contact to sbi help center.
                        Please sir, help us because you are the my last expectation and i have complete trust on you that you will help me

                            I kavaskar applied a personal loan of rs 200000. A person from reliance finance limited side send me a loan approval letter on 26.7.19. After that he told me that i have to send rs.5500 for loan process fee than only they can proceed the loan processing next step. I have send the amount through paytm. After that he call me and ask to send rs.9999 for rbi security fee. I told that person that i can't send the amount. Please stop the process and refund the amount back to me. He switched off his mobile number [protected].

                            Please do the needful to refund my loan processing amount as soon as possible.

                            Hereby i attached the loan approval letter for your reference.

                              मैंने रिलायंस फायनांस मे लोंन के लिए एप्लाय किया था मैंने सब कागज जमा किये थे लेकिन उन्होंने मुझसे पहले 5500 रुपये प्रोसेस फि लि और बाद मे मुझे पैसे भेजे है ऐसे कहा गया परंतु मैंने जब मेरा बैंक अकॉउंट चेक किया तो कुछ भी पैसा नही आया था बाद मे मैंने फोन किया तो उन्होंने कहा की लोन सिक्युरिटी फि जमा करनेको कहा मैंने 9999 रुपये भर दिये और कपनि के तरफ से ए कहा गया की आपका लोण अमाउंट आपके खाते पर जमा कर दिया है लेकिन फिर भी पैसे नही मिले बाद मे मैंने फोन किया तो उन्होंने मुजे कहा की लोंन स्टाम्प फि रु 14000 जमा करनी पड़ेगी, सर ए लोग 100 रु के स्टाम्प का फि इतना मांग रहे है मैंने उनसे कहा की मुझे मेरा पैसे वापस करदो तो उन्होंने फोन बंद करदिया मेरी ए शिकायत है की मुझे इस कंपनी की तरफ से फसाया गया है

                                      I have send a mail to mr. Sameer singh head customer consumer forum rbi new through rbi. [protected]@clerk.com on 5th aug 2019 and talk to with him through contact no - [protected] regarding refund of my money but he has given reply that i have to maintain rules and regulations of rbi, i have to send money rs. 1, 24, 300 or 18, 200 other wise they will digest my money. I have send so many complain from your side but no action has been taken still to day. Please enquire and take action immediately. I am an retired pensioner sr. Citizen. Thank you.                                         Yesterday i logged a complaint regarding my fund and today in the morning a phone call came frm a person named rahul sharma saying tht he is a officer regarding this issue and he told me to deposit 14400 in my account regarding 149000 and gave assurity abt my transcation and asked my debit card detail and thenafter he debited 5000 frm my account and said me tht the amt is on hold for remaining transcation and thenafter all the numbers frm which they contacted r going switched off so pls i want to knw wht is going on and why people r fooling genuine person my friend send the money to me for my problem but it is till now not reached me and for tht payment i have already deposited 80000 so please help me regarding this phone numbers are [protected], [protected]

                                        My complaint is urgent nobody has responded till yet and all the fake person are calling and there are group of people who r working in such scams pls go through with my complaint bcoz i have already lost so much of money and i want my money back which is deposited in my account
