And now they say that they have refunded my money (As i cancelled the product) with ref. No. —[protected] on 13/04/2019. But sorry to say that till date i have not received that refund.       My savings a/c no [protected] is in sbi parel tt branch, mumbai-400012. I use net banking facility. Since past 1 year an unknown loan account bearing no:[protected] on the name of sruti tours and travels is linked to my net banking account. Despite repeated complaints to sbi; bank has still not delinked the account from my net banking portal. Highly irresponsible act by india's largest bank
      Kindly look into the matter at the earliest & take necessary action.

        This is to bring to your notice that we did receive your whatsapp global powerball funds from canada amount ₹ 2 crore 75 lakh (Two crore, seventy five lakhs india rupees) and the same we were supposed to transferred in to your nominated account which was sent by you to transfer department. We had completed all the formalities for the transfer in front of the canada high commission diplomat dr. Harry nelson, he was present at the reserve bank of india, however the transaction has being cancelled due to non payment of bank processing charges of rupees 23, 800 (Inr) only to be paid by you.

        Moving forward we have cancelled this transaction and kept your funds in suspense account and it shall be like this till the further intimation from whatsapp global powerball committee. As soon as we receive the intimation from whatsapp global company, canada to either transfer the funds back to them or to transfer the funds to any other winner of the funds we would proceed accordingly as per their instruction. Hence you have very limited time to re-open the transaction file and claim these funds. Now, how much time is there cannot be said but you have to be very fast to claim these funds. However as of now the funds transfer has been cancelled as you refused to pay the bank processing charges.

            Hi,
            Some fraud foreign transactions (9 transactions) happend with my citi bank savings account (Acc no : [protected], branch : m. G road, bengaluru) on 21st apr 2019. And the amount 1, 13, 691 rs deducted from account with out any otp and authentication. Regarding this immediately have contacted citi bank customer care and requested to block my debit card and account. Upon their suggestion i have filed a police complaint in kr pura police station and the crime branch also. Please find the below fir numbers respectively on the same.
            Kr pura policestation case no : 330/2019 and cyber crime branch fir no : 2843/2019.
            And also forwarded the above documents (Cyber crime fir, kr pura police station fir, customer declaration form and dispute transactions list with references thru email to citi bank.

            After that i haven't get any updates from the bank/branch even i have visited personally to m. G road.

            I here requesting you to refund /recover the same amount to my account asap.

            Please find the attached related documents on the above case.

                सविनय निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी ने सुन्दरम फाइनेंस से बर्ष 2013 मे लोन नम्बर[protected] के द्वारा रुपए 1458000/- का होम लोन के लिये आवेदन दिया था और अनुबंद किया था जिसमे p-1 मे memorandum confirming deposit of title deeds के द्वारा तय हुआ था कि लोन राशि विल्डर को कार्य को देखते हुये और अलोटमेट लेटर को देखते हुए दी संख्या 2 मे दिये हुये सेल और एन्सोल्ट मेंट के आधार पर दिया जाये लेकिन सुन्दरम फाइनेंस और विल्डर की मिली भगत से 1350000/- विल्डर को दिया गया ना कार्य की प्रगती देखी गई ना कार्य और प्रार्थी पर लोन की राशि वडा दी गई जवकि आज दिनांक तक भी कार्य देखा जाये तो छ्ठा मंजिल का छत नही डला गया है तो केबल राशि आज दिनांक तक 57.5% ही विल्डर को देनी थी 57.5% का 838350 रुपए आज दिनांक को बनता है और बर्ष 2013 को देखा जाये तो 42.5% ही राशि देना थी जबकि सुन्दरम फाइनेंस ने विल्डर से मिलकर 92.5% राशि दे दी जो बैंक की गलती है
                श्री मान जी से निबेदन है की सुन्दरम फाइनेंस बिल्डर और प्रार्थी के बिच अनुबंद हुआ था की अगर किसी करण अनुबंद ख़त्म किया जाता है तो विल्डर बैंक की राशि भरेगा
                श्री मान जी से निबेदन है की सुन्दरम होम फाइनेंस की गलती के करण 92.5% राशि दी गई है जबकि अभी बिल्डिंग तैयार होने मे लग भाग 2 साल का समय और लग जाएगा जिस देखते हुए सुन्दरम होम फाइनेंस से बर्ष 2013 से जब तक आज दिनांक तक का ब्याज और पेनाल्टी को माफ़ कराया जाये और आज दिनांक से रुपए 1350000/- के लोन को चालू कराया जाये जिससे प्रार्थी लोन अदा कर सके और

                  There are 11 incorrect accounts that are reflecting in my credit reports that does not belong to me. And that's not a joke! How can our financial system not validate the personal details of the customers before updating anything in the open forum like cibil and crif high...

                  Ebrc is not uploaded by dena bank, dadar obc branch, mumbai in spite of repeated calls, complaint over email, personal visit. But no feed back is received. Pending brc is for year 2017 and 2018.

                  1. Shipping bill no. 7664235 [inv no 078, dated[protected]] - enquired at branch brc is not yet uploaded online.

                  2. We/exp/[protected]/0093, dated[protected] [original document is submitted in bank] - still it is not being uploaded.

                  3. Request for efirc form dena bank.

                  Staff is not co-operative, not responsive, not proactive.

Rbi/xustge837/f12/2019 that i have won the facebook anniversary charity award and a sum of rupees three crore forty lakh only has been deposited by above mr. Thomas carrick in my favor with you.                                   This Mayank burathoki and I have a complaint regarding one of your agent who is constantly calling me and harrassing me over the call for the debt of Sajan Ajay Kumar Handa I provided the contact number for Sajan Handa still your recovery agent is harrassing me by stating he will contact my family members and my two sister and will ask them to pay and he has the number of both my sister Komal Thapa and Apurva Bohra even I did a call to Sajan Handa and your recovery agent was on line we had a threeway call as well but I don't know why he is dragging me in this and talking in very impolite way

                                  I have raise this concern to you so that you can look into this and revert me because that recovery agent don't have manners to speak on call please see to this before I reach to police regarding a harresment complaint and that recovery agent is calling from non recorded line and not following the RBI guidelines for debt recovery

                                  It's my humble request to please to this matter and revert me as soon as possible also providing you the number of debt collector who call me through WhatsApp call and he even did not told me his name

                                    And I have a lot of 10 rupees coin which is not acceptable by shopkeeper, bus conductor or any vendor ...I also went to bank they also refuesed me by saying that go to market and try to make acceptable this coin we can't help you

                                    So pls give me a better solution and tell me how I exchange my currency

                                      I am the american express card holder, they have sold me a policy with my consent few months back. And again on 29th march one more policy issued and debited the amount to my american express card, without my consent. This is total misuse of the data. I have been waiting for last 10 days with multiple complaints through call centre, american express is referring to icici lombord and icici lombord is referring on amex. Both of them are not showing when and how i have approved this transaction. I assume due to financial year end they might be issuing random policys with misuing of existing crendentials / authorisations. I request rbi to look into this misuse of data by american express.
