    As my issue is their was delay of minimum due against my HDFC Credit card about of 1800 and in advance i send an email to HDFC Bank about i can not make the payment of minimum due due to medical emergency so I will pay in next month . After couple of days I had recive a call from HDFC Bank collection department regarding the same one girl spoke with me and said Sir your payment of minimum due is delay and you have to pay this immediately
    I told her I have already intmited to bank regarding the same That I cannot make the payment via email she called me 3to4 time for the same and every time I replied to her that I can't make the payment in this month and this time she abuse me she said " Sir app kay pocket mai 1800 Rs nahi hai or app ki hasiath nahi hai" and then I called to Customer Service of hdfc bank complaint the same but they replied me this standard procedure of bank I was not happy with answer and send email to nodeal officer of HDFC Bank they replied me we will investigate the issue but you have to pay the minimum
    I told them first you resolved my issue then I will make the payment
    As I am not a defaulter I was regular payer it was only 1 payment was miss so they behav like this I really heart...expecting response from RBI

                      I K. Kanchana devi account holder in SBI thirumangalam branch, Anna nagar, chennai. My account number [protected]. From this account Rs. 49, 500 (forty nine thousand and five hundred has been debited through unauthorized online transaction on 20th May 2019. I raised complaint on the same day to SBI branch and to customer care. They also processing it. Now I would like to request RBI also to take necessary action to refund my money to my account number.
                      That unauthorized online transaction ID is[protected]. Kindly take necessary action against this Herewith attaching the FIR i filed for the same.

                        I do transaction from my axis bank account to icici. But, due to one digit mismatch the amount of 13000 gone in another account on dated 23.05.2019.

                        I registered complaint in axis bank within 5 minutes. He/she tell me resolution will done within 7 working days.

                        I also visited my icici & axis bank for query. He/she also give same as above.

                        Now on toll free number he/she tell me now wait 35 days.

                        Please look into the matter and solve the problem asap.

                            I have mentioned my bank account from where 02 transactions were debited but not reimbursed even after the mail and a call to both parties.

                            I had done three transactions on 30 jan 19 at bharat qr to recharge my tata sky id out of which two transactions failed.
                            The amount was 735 twice total, 1470/- only.

                            Neither has the amount been credited back to my account nor has it been remitted to that tat sky id.

                              I am holding savings bank account in kodak bank in the name of n. S. Shrinivasan in avinashi road branch. Staff from cross cut road gandhipuram branch had asked to apply credit card. I told her my cibil score will be around 500 and already 1 year back got rejected. But she conformed me that it based on your account transaction will provide. Then she collected all the kyc from me and logged, same reply came. But she told in verification they rejected.
                              Again by this month she told due to our branch issue it got stopped by last month and told will process now and you will get the credit card with in 20 days. When she logged in the same mail from bank replied that the application was rejected. Then i called her she is not attending the call, if i call the mobile number she is not answering now she blocked the number. If i go the branch and asked the colleagues are supporting her that she is not available, but she inside the branch hiding. This is worst thing happened. What is the step i want to take against her.

                                  My friend from uk send me 5000 pounds to bank, my bank name -Bank of Baroda, a/c no-[protected], Hara branch, 24pgs(n). ifse code-BARB0HABRAX, MY Mob no- [protected], i get a mail today, i reply & it shows 40% release & 60%pending due to C.O.T CODE, Some body call me & said to send 30000/- for c.o.t code, please send my C.O.T CODE, MY EMAIL NO- [protected]@gmai.com, no money is reflected in my bank a/c

                                    I am an savings account holder of vijaya bank, itanagar, arunachal pradesh. Inspite of my repeated complaints both in the city branch vijaya bank, itanagar and also in its customer grievances website (Complaint grievances i'd pgrs[protected], pgrs[protected], pgrs[protected] etc) but still no action has been taken. On the morning of 24/12/2018, i received a message that an amount of rs14, 784 was deducted from my savings account [protected] with the details shown as cwrv/602290/270218/papumpar/ru. This transaction was not done by me. So i made a complaint at the city branch and online too. But it's more than five months now but the said amount of rs 14, 784 has still not been credited to my savings account inspite of the online status of my complain showing the status as resolved.
                                    Please verify and help me get the amount credited back to my savings account which was not initiated by me.

                                      On 17.5.2019 few online fraud transaction was done in my sbi saving a/c costing me around 24-25 thousand rupees. A complaint was made in sbi and the police depptt was made on the next day of incident. Please refer rbi notification rbi/2017-18/5 dbr no. Leg. B. C.78/09.07.[protected] dated 6.7.2017 wherein instruction to banks are given for reversal timeline for zero liability is showing 10 days. This was not complied by sbi. So please state what is next conclusion to my problem. I am a senior citizen with many online bills pending to my name awaiting for amount to be return from sbi.

                                        I am from ap, my account no (Protect).

                                        I received a mail from rbi they are said to pay 1, 17, 850inr for transfer the fund to my account to different account numbers. After that also money transaction not done again it was asking to tax code. Till now rbi asked money 1, 80, 000 inr through mail i transferred to different account numbers
                                        Is rbi asked money for international amount.

                                        I received a mail on 24 may 2019 where i have been told to get more than 4 crores 50 lakhs . How much truthfulness is there with this mail let me know and if this is fake then kindly take an action as necessary
