I have been cheated by Roozgaar.com. pl help me deatils are as below: In April 2013, I received a call from your company executive, informing me about your company and services offered by your company. He told me that they will show me job openings for Mumbai location and asked me to subscribe for Roozgaar Resume Xplode services, Roozgaar Resume verification services and Roozgaar Power Resume Services and told me to come online and do registration. When I visited your website, your company executive told me that I have to pay a sum of Rs 34322.60/- on which I agreed. But then after waiting for about two months and no any service was offered by M/S Roozgaar. When I contacted its representative and asked for refund, Employee asked me to come online for making transaction with a promise that money will get deposited on card/amount by cancelling the order. I did so for Rs 49734.47, but to my surprise, instead of getting refund, amount of Rs 49734.47on various dates from 01/07/2013 to 15/7/2013. Similar episode repeated in between 15/07/2013 to 20/7/2013 for Rs 93189.10 and for Rs 22693.30 on 25/07/2013 were charged on my debit cards and SBI credit cards. Attached is the copy of payment details of Rs 199939.42/- as per Annexure I. Subsequently I went on calling Roozgaar, and then one I was told on phone that by mistake, transaction could not happen for refund and this time they will refund entire amount if orders are cancelled immediately and was asked to come on line. I did so on various dates in between 21/8/2013 to 31/8/2013 for the amount of Rs 146992.88/- with a promise from Roozgaar that double amount will be credited to concerned accounts. However all these transactions got charged to my card. In addition to this I was also asked to make transaction on Resume 2 site for effecting refund for Rs 49796/-. Details are attached as Annexure II for Rs 146992.88/- to Roozgaar which excludes payment made to Resume 2. I was now convinced that I got duped for huge sum and I kept on following up with many representatives on M/S Roozgaar through phones and also e-mails. Representative expressed sorry for the same and promised to entire refund. For this I asked to pay Rs 51000/- to Resume 2 as service tax charges on 11/11/2013, If have to get refund after which my file will be processed for payment. I kept on waiting but no result. I was again called by M/S Roozgaar official and asked pay 70716/- for getting case solved through consumer court. Payment was on 20/11/2013 for Rs 70716/-. Again I was asked to pay Rs 30000/- for final payment on 22/11/2013 for moving my file appropriately with Roozgaar and after this no payment will be asked from me. This was paid through net banking payable to Mr Yashwant Singh on HDFC bank account at NOIDA Branch. Payment details are attached as Annexure III for Rs 100716.00/ excluding payment made to Resume 2. Total payment made to Roozgaar as per Annexure I, II and III is amount to Rs 447648.35/- minus Rs13660/- got refund. Net paid to Roozgaar is Rs 433988.35/- On 14/01/2014, I filed a complaint with your company executive through e-mail and discussed my problem with them. Your customer care executives start giving me false assurances and my complaint overlooked. For many days, I waited to get some response from your company but they never responded in writing. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and I am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your Brand name I had availed the services but to my utter disappointment, I have faced the worst. I would like to notify you that your actions are liable under Section 2(1)(g) of the Consumer Protection Act for deficiency of service that means any fault, imperfection or shortcoming or inadequacy in the: Quality, Nature, and Manner of Performance that is mandated to be maintained under law or under a contract. Also, as per Section 2(1)(r) for Unfair Trade Practice which refers to trade practice that involves adopting unfair means or deceptive practices to promote the sale, use or supply of any goods/service.

Dear, I received a call from Roozgaar, assuring me jobs in premium company. They asked me for registration with a nominal amount of Rs. 1685.00. Once I did the registration, they forced me to buy different services one after the other. Every time they assured the service to be the last service and would again call back with a new service. In case of denying to take the service, they would blackmail for loss of all earlier services. They have cheated Rs. 50, 000.00 and have provided not a single service, inspite of regular followuo. Instead they are arguing to make more transaction, to get back the refund. Kindly help to get back my money. Thank You.

I have registered in Roozgaar and paid 22150 rupees as registration and services charges but I have not got a single job offer n when I contacted them to get my money back as it had been clearly communicated to their executives of refunding the total money, they told me that they will refund me my money but they haven't paid me a single penny. I was trying how to get my money back as they have deducted 22150 from my account.Kindly please help me out to get my money back

On 28th of June, 2013 I received a phone call from a job consulting portal namely roozgaar.com and after talking with the staffs of the said portal they advised i to deposit an amount of Rs. 2000/-(1800+222.48) only as primary registration and from which they will be able to get various job opportunities. I after talking with them paid the same amount of Rs. 1800/- by way of online through the State Bank of india . I after depositing the said Rs. 2000/- checked his bank account on 4th of July, 2013.After some day his Adminstartive head call me and said me Refund your 2000 as soon as but one year ago my 2000 not refund me,

Dear Sir/Madam On 28/09/13 Mr. Rajeev called and he said that first to pay only 1685.40 then u will get the job like that he said so that i agreed that and paid also afterwards then again he said me to pay 6179.80 then also i paid then again it was showing to 7861.95 & 6178.68 so i asked him u said only to pay such 16845.40 thn again y i should pay all those amount i asked him so that he said ur amount vl get refunded don't worry am the responsible for u trust me so that i paid u vl get a nice job after getting job u vl get refunded after 15days like that he gave information to me... I called rajeev so many days more than 100 times he never pick my call what the bloody guy he is i don't knw 2nd of january i called to customer care no and we spoken to Mr. Mukeesh i said all those things mentioned on above so that he promised me with in monday i vl help u to get refund mam don't wry.. then next day sum1 called me and he said i vl refund and gave the instructions then it was showing to pay not to get refund then simply i went to paid its was showing declined bcz in my account i had insufficient balance so that it show like that then he suddenly disconnected and called me after half an hour and he gave same instructions and again told to try another card i had only debit so i tried from that it was showing same problem then i scolded him y ru cheating like this and all so that he said am not cheating am trying to refund the amount plz co-operate with me u vl get refund today itself within 3hours next he asked my card CVV number i trusted him and i gave him after that he was trying on swiping my amount below mentiond amounts he tried to make the transactions... See am warning to ur company plz refund my money back ok.. am giving a time for 4days within in 4days if i didnot get my amount back means i don't knw wt am going to do on roozgar its my promise...

I after talking with them paid the same amount of Rs. 1500/- by way of online through the Indian Overseas Bank Debit Card. I after depositing the said Rs. 1500/- checked his bank account on 7th of November, 2013 and after checking the same I was astonished to see that an amount of Rs. 45, 555/- has been deducted from the bank account by the said roozgaar.com as also mentioned as M/s Aapka Roozgaar Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the said company and / or portal). I at that very moment checked my e-mail account wherein got several e-mails from the said portal regarding three invoices which has been generated against three orders placed me. I told them that excess amount has been deducted from my account but they told me only registration amount ie Rs 1, 685.40 will be charged. I have informed Mr Vivek very same day about the same matter over phone no [protected] about 12.44 minute of conversation. He has given me assurance about the refund of Rs 45, 556.30 (Rupees Forty-five Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-six & paise thirty only) with in 20 days. Expenditure on Resume of Rs 45, 556.30 is not a matter of joke. So, your are requested you to kindly refund of Rs 45, 556.30 at the earliest. I also on the very same day talked with the other staffs of the said portal and on enquiry they informed that only an amount of Rs. 1, 685.40/- has been deducted as registration fees from the Indian Overseas Bank account and no extra amount was deducted from me. I on further enquiry on 9th of November, 2013 and after talking with the staff namely Mr. Vikash of the said portal over telephone being telephone no.[protected], the said staff of the said portal admitted the facts that an amount of Rs. 45, 556.30/- has been deducted from the bank account and the same will be refunded within twenty one working days from that date to the account.. I till 18th of November, 2013 did not taken any further steps and wait for the response of the said portal but till that date has not received any positive assurance from their end and ultimately i send a letter to the said portal namely M/s. Aapka Roozgaar Services Private Limited on 18th of November, 2013 and forwarded the copy to the directors of the said portal for the amount which the said portal deducted from the account by way of fraud and also informed the said portal on the same letter that if the portal did not returned the money which they deducted by way of fraud from the account will be taken appropriate legal action against the said portal as well as the staffs of the said portal but till date the said portal did not returned the amount.

I got a call from roozgar.com that I have got more than17 lakh package from indian company, and I just need to enroll by paying some amount to them. So I did pay totally more than 17000 rupees to them through online. They were calling me daily to pay the amount as they said thay have on hand my appointment order.If i pay another 6000 rupees thay will mail the appoint order.I get angry said up to noe I paid more than 17000 rupees.For every payment you are saaying like this.YOU ARE FRAUD AND CHEETING. After that there was no call or no mails from roozgaar team. I have paid my amount during September 2013, but till now they never show up. Please do some thing sir.

I got a call from roozgar.com that I have got 16 lakh package from saudi company, and I just need to enroll by paying some amount to them. So I did pay two times for availing their services and paid twice, first 4494 RS. & than 2920 Rs. They were calling me daily to pay the amount as they said the company is waiting eagerly for my profile. So I paid the amount & after that there was no call or no mails about the company from roozgaar team. I have sent mail to them but they seldom reply. I have paid my amount during September 2013, but till now they never show up. I send them mail to refund my money but they never answer, I have attached the invoice copy of both my deposits. Please help to get my money back.

Myself Rekha Kumari, I have already communicated all the order number which roozgaar executive have told to me do by saying it is the part of refund process and they have made to pay around 172000 rs. I have also communicated this to your executive Aman Kumar (email-id - aman.[protected]@roozgaar.com) with all the order numbers. He said that he will follow with the senior people to process my refund amount ASAP. Regarding this i have emailed him so many times but he is not responding. I have emailed to [protected]@roozgaar.com but got auto reply saying executive with get back within 24hrs, but still nobady contacted me. I have trusted so much but you have done fraud to me and now when it is your duty to refund the amount you people are keeping the phone switched off. Till date not appointed any Relationaship Manager (RM) for me. I took all services on 30/2/2013. Now, It’s more than 20 days, but do not get this services till date.

i already pay RS 90, 000, to roozgaar.com for job purpose on date[protected] every time they were neglecting my call and not responding properlly . im belonging to very pure family my father's income is not good . for job purpose i paid money . but it seems completely fake . i dont now who were going to read this message, its my final request to you people, im going to take a strict action against this . i want my complete my money back whatever i paid . I got a regular call from roozgaar.com and they told me to register with them.I did and they deducted 1685.4+ 6179.8 from my account, and I tried to contact them everytime I got only one answer that it will be refunded and now the numbers that are present with me are switched off.Please help me retrieve my money.
