Hi,
I have apply for driving license renew and duplicate dl. All the process completed successfully but still not get my dl through speed post.

My DL expire on 04/05/2020 and i was renewal it, but by mistake old validity date reprint on new Dl card.So i am requesting you kindly reprint my new card with correct validity date. Detail given below-

1. That the applicant had executed vehicle number mp09hg8125 contract number dewaso[protected] contract amount of rs 1100000 dated 07/11/2017 by the finance company, that the said loan was to be repaid in 48 installments by the applicant under the said loan contract! Anavedaak shriram transport finance company ltd. The branch has offered hypothecation from dewas and along with shriram transport finance company ltd. Our company has cheated our company by taking loan on the same from other bank by presenting false fake documents without obtaining noc from branch dewas.
2. Until the loan is negotiated, the vehicle is owned by the finance company and after obtaining the noc, the vehicle is owned by the debtor while the debtor forged documents from other company along with taking loan from shri ram transport finance company. Have committed a serious fraud by getting a loan

3, that while taking finance or loan from our company, the agreement was signed by the applicant for depositing the loan amount as per the conditions mentioned in the agreement, in which the applicant is the first owner of the said vehicle and the transfer of the said vehicle is for sale, purchase etc. Even the debtor does not have the right, whereas the non-payment of the loan taken on the said vehicle from our company is noc. Only after getting the original owner, but the other bank has violated the terms of the agreement by the non-applicant and has cheated another bank on the vehicle and has done fraudulent fraud and fraud with the company, and the loan amount in the company. Due to this, the applicant has not deposited the financial and property of the company.

(4) that this act of the applicant has been informed in the past by mr. Superintendent of police, mr. Dewas mp and mr. Mr. Kotwali dewas, police station incharge, and the regional transport officer has also been informed in the above subject.

I have already given my permanent driving license exam but its still shown as pending.
Please help me i have done all the things from my side.

Why did evertime while payment it appears your payment through selected gateway is failed and every transaction takes min 2 to 3 hours

I have applied for inter state transfer of my car tata tiago ga 06e4536 of aug 2016 at varansi rto. I have attached the original invoice of rs 407696 of the car which i have obtain at the time of purchase. But here at varanasi rto they are calculating the road tax on ex showroom price of rs 533000 at present day value which is costing more than the original invoice of the car. I am attaching original invoice copy for the same.

My driving license for mcwg and lmv has been stuck at stage "approval of dl" from many months.

I have passed my dl test for mcwg and lmv on[protected] after that i have not gotten any update from rto, nagpur_rural.

I'm mosharraf raza from saharsa bihar and i go to rto office for. Making my new driving license but officers directly say you have to pay almost 8000 charge for making driving license

I have applied for address change in dl on 2nd september 2019.. So many times went there (Dto, chapra, bihar) but still i didn't get it. Now a days they are saying "we don't have smart card". I don't know what to do.. I am in deep trouble.. Pls help me

I am applied renewel of driving licence application online at parivahan.gov.in and the necessary document submitted at rto ranip, ahmadabad.

when i submitted documents at rto officer said "driving licence will receive at my home via courier."

but still 1month later, the application status is say "Application is under processing at RTO Level."

what is the reason for this problem ?

Bribe has become a common corruption here in d. T. O jamshedpur, jharlhand.

I went to apply for the transfer of 2 wheeler to purchaser.
The vendors surrounded everywhere there took bribe from us.
We filled the form 29 and 30 and also for noc of loan form.
I went to counter number 7 to mr amit for verification and signed there infront of him.
I was openly asked for bribe 500 rs.
On neglecting, mr amit said my form will be kept as it is.
Then we somehow paid to him.
And went to counter number 10 to entry the form 29, 30 and noc.
He asked rs 100 again i paid him by sad heart.
After 2 days we came paid the online fees and took that form and went to counter no 7 to mr amit to submit, he said to deposit to counter no 6 to mr mohanty and he again asked for rs 500 to receive the form for final process. We with sad heart paid the amount.

Everyone there is taking bribe and doing the job unlawfully. Everyone from top to bottom is taking bribe boldly without fear and connected with each of the vendors, agents and advocates there who are having there seat in the government offices compound.

These are the names i found out..=

Rto head - mr amit, assistant - mr mohanty, contract workers - umesh, nadeem, wasim, pandey, bhola and 1 worst behaviour person who sits in counter no 9 (Having 1 eye little shut) and others.

It's our humble request to please make our india free from this corruption.

When i was passing through ahmedabad, an rto official stopped my car as hsrp number plate was not there. I agrred and paid fine of rs. 3000 on the spot. On the receipt the rto officer did not mention correct amount and also not readable. More ever he did not mention correct motor vehicle act section on it. Though i insisted to mention correct amount and mva section, he didn't cooperate.

For record point of view i have written amount on that receipt.

Request you to do the needful in this matter.

Yesterday, I went to take my permanent driving test for both 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler. I passed my 4 wheeler but failed my 2 wheeler test. The track for 4 wheeler driving is well thought of and tests almost every important feature of driving from S turn, reverse parking, parallel parking to over taking.
But my experience in the 2 wheeler track was so bad. The track doesn't even have a stretch of 1 metre os straight path. It's just a double 8 track in which if you out your leg on the ground even once, you have failed the test! Are they testing me for some formula 1 level races?! Or putting my leg on ground while taking a turn makes me a bad driver? I am so disappointed with the test. They could have made a longer track. Tested us for turns, slopes, parking, also 8 shaped paths. This is not a elimination round that you need just leg testing on the ground to eliminate some one from the competition. It is a qualifying test!

Team, i am applying for dl slot booking at jalandhar rto but the timing is 9. Am to 11.30 am bt all the seats got ful in few seconds. I am not able to book the slot. Then the error shows no slots for next 30 days. This is really frustrating for me. And if i drive without carrying a dl you will charge penalty and fine for that. If you can't provide good service thru online then why the all things are on the portal it should be thru office staff from where i can resolve my problem. I had applied at all the nearby rto offices which was showing in the portal but all the slots are already booked in few seconds can you believe that.

I have applied for learners licence and made payment for 2 applications before 14 days of my exam they confirmed my slot payment was made and has not refunded to my account after 15 days and they denied to take my exam my casual leave wasted no refund or any status or any update given about my 1800 rupees and still showing pending and payment is not made to me or not given chance to appear for exam

Respected sir, i have passed lmv ntr dl test on 27 aug 2020 at mh41 dy, rto malegaon (Maharashtra) but still date i didn't get my dl. My application number is [protected] and birthdate is 18 10 1993 please take necessary actions for further concerns.

Before going abroad to study, i filed for an international driving permit so i could drive a car there but it has been more than a year since i filed for the permit and to my surprise it still shows that the application is under process. What type of things are they doing which takes more than a year to process a driving permit.

Kindly get it resolved as i've submitted my documents.
