With regards to Application No. [protected], I am one of the person who suffered from Gujrat RTO Licensing process. I have visited 4th time before i came here to raise the complaint.
I am from Madhya Pradesh and currently live in Vadodara, Gujrat.
My learning licensing process starts since last year.
1. Very first time i was not carrying proper documents, I admire that was my mistake. 2. Second time I carry Xerox of rent agreement and they send me back, obviously I was not told to carry original one. The Official sitting there is behaving very rudely. He told me if you are unable to present all document as I said then go to your home town to to apply.
3. Third time I carried all the document along with still he refused with a reason that you don't have have original Police Verification document. I insist and said: sir please consider Xerox copy only, because Official at police station also denied to provide original one to me (At the time of Police verification I requested to give me the original copy because they (RTO Official) might be asking for it while document verification).
One GOVT official denied to give it and another in insisting to have it. That is my dilemma right now, although is was not mention anywhere in online application that you must have the copy of Police Verification document.

I had attended the learning license test online on October 1st. After 25 questions, it showed website error. I could not complete the test. When I contacted the driving school authorities, I was told that nothing can be done and I will have to attempt the test again on the next available date. The next test is on November 26th. What can be done if the test shows the same error then. The procedure is getting delayed. When I enquired, I was told that many others have faced this problem and failed the test. Is there a solution for this?

Hereby to inform you that I have bought a car from Maruti Suzuki nexa on 31st March 2019 but till date I have not received my RTO book. I have complaint several times in NEXA from where I bought the car and even visited RTO office twice. I was informed from the RTO office that my RTO book is dispatched but I I have not received it yet. Kindly do the needful for the same. Hoping for your positivity.

Recently, I had transferred my vehicle from ITANAGAR, ARUNACHAL PRADESH RTO to MAJULI, ASSAM RTO. My RC is also generated.

But during POLLUTION RENEWAL the system shows registered to multiple rtos, and later due to this problem I am also unable to renew my VEHICLE FITNESS. And now the pollution and fitness of my vehicle is expired.

I resquest you kindly to look into this matter AS SOON AS POSSIBLE....

Today i.e. on 04/10/20, I visited Coimbatore central RTO for my learner license, but document scrutiny office orally told that your application has been rejected due to the permanent address which shows different state, and she informed that present and permanent address should be one and from Tamil Nadu state only, but still when I check my application status in online portal it's still showing under scrutiny process, please look into the matter. My application no was [protected].

My driving licence renewal application is Appl No. [protected]. The date of this application was 03 August 2019.

All my details were in order and I was told that the licence would be processed and sent by post to my home address in few weeks.

Now it is more than one year now and due to some error in the Tardeo RTO processing I have still not received my licence.

I am a senior citizen above 75 years of age and I have made few trips to the Tardeo RTO and am told each time that it would be done in few days which has never happened till date.

I am an automobile engineer and having my driving licence is a matter of pride for me.

Kindly coordinate with the Tardeo RTO and please send my licence to me.

Today one incidant was happened in thane highway. There was i was gave 200 rs to traffic police and then he was take photo of my bike. Then this fine already paid to him then again why fine on my bike. And i am not able to pay.

Submitted Learners License application 2months ago. Haven't been able to book the slots since then. Have not receives any notification! How much time is it going to take. Most of the lockdown is now over. Why haven't the count of appointments restored to normal!

I purchased a Motor Byke (TVS APACHE RTR160 4V ABS BS-VI-DISC; FRM-MD637DE53L2C00878; ENG-DE6BL2304607; CLR-RED) from MAHAL AND CO, ROAD NO-98, G.T ROAD, KHAIRASOL, P.O-DURGAPUR-713212, DIST-PASCHIM BARDHAMAN, WEST-BENGAL (Tax Invoice Uploaded) on 27th June;2020 but the original papers (REGISTRATION BOOK, TAX TOKEN INSURANCE CERTIFICATE) have yet to be received by me despite repeated request both over phone and physically which has become a thorn in the flesh. Such unprecedented degree of callousness of a seller is sufficient ground to compel a bona fide member to take a legal step for establishing his fundamental right. Excepting the original documents o[censored]ndersigned’s aforesaid Motor Byke as early as possible unless law will take it’s own course without any further intimation.

Today I have visited Janakpuri District center RTO for Learning license test but the person who scrutinizes the documents told me that my house number was missing in online application form, now I have to apply a fresh application and again I have to pay the fee.
I told him, at this stage I cannot edit my application however he could edit and fill the house number but he straight away denied.
Again I have to pay INR 500 for online application.
Please do the needful.

Hello sir. My self sandip chauhan. I am from dang district. I applied for a LMV driving license with application no [protected]. After applying for driving license, i cleared both LL and DL test successfully.

After booking of driving test slot, i added two wheeler option to my application using "Add class of vehicle, and Add transaction" option. This advice was orally given by ITI staff.

But when i cleared LMV...

After waiting for several months I got learning license slot date on[protected]. I had submitted all the required forms and formalities.
After waiting for few days I got to know that my application form was lost/misplaced by RTO office and they are asking book another slot.
This is very disappointing as after waiting for so much time I got slot date, but now I have to book another available date which is in December.

This will take unnecessary lot of time, energy and money.
Please help me to resolve this ASAP.

I have given request for renewal of driving licence and Address change request ihave been visited Mumbai Central Tardeo Rto 2 times first on date:10/08/2020 and 2 time on date:22/09/2020.i have submitted all my documents but till now I have received my driving license. In application status it is showing approval on endorsement of dl.I want to know that when I will receive my driving license.I request you to please solve my problem.

After the first answer, it is redirected to the above URL and shown 404 page and not able to move forward. What to do in this case. When I can write the exam again.

The above application no is only showing as address change, however I have applied for renewal as well.

I lost my driving Licence, I have applied for getting duplicate driving Licence before 20 days. I submitted required documents in rto office. I called rto office lot of times. No reply from rto office. My application number is [protected], Tamilnadu.

I had purchased activa 5g in february 2020. My registration no. Is mh 01 dq 3242. I haven't received the hsrp number plate and rc book yet.

There are no slots available for the ones who apply online for liscence and the one sitting there in the RTO office take almost[protected] extra money to do all the work. Please put a serious concern in this area aswell.
