I have purchased honda activa 5g two wheeler in december 2019, registration was done in january 2020 rto ahmedabad (Gj 01), i should have received the rc card by march 2020, but due to lockdown in march 2020 i didnt receive the rc card. I didnt receive the rc card till now. Please help. Regn no gj 01 va 2561

    We don't received RC yet.

    I tried many times Tata motors and RTO jaipur.

      On 5th september 2020 I did payment for drivers liscense of 1066rs. The money was withdrawn from my account but it still shows payment pending. Kindly help me with my payment.

        I have applied for a learner license on 2 july 2020 in saltlake rto in wb. Rto code is wb07. Receipt no is wb07s/16115919 and application no is [protected], cashier name is sajal poddar. Since from the day i am trying to book for learner slot booking, it is showing slot not available. Now also showing not available for 30 days. The rto department is for no use. They just sit back and doing the agent work. This is why i went to the office and paid the amount of 240 inr. Kindly give me an alternative solution for that.

          I have done a payment to rto india through sarathi pariwahan website for my friend's driving licence on 03/sept/2020. The money has been deducted from my bank account but on the website it is showing that the payment is still pending.
          Today is 06/sept/2020, means complete 3 working days are over but still nothing has changed. It is still showing that the payment is still pending. I have filed a complaint to sbi but sbi has said to me that you have to wait for 45 days. Then only your problem will resolve.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have purchased new car and got temporary registration on 10/08/2020 which is valid up to 30 days from registration date. I visited RTO, Orai, Uttar Pradesh on 21/08/2020 and filed a request for permanent registration certificate with all required documents to concerned officer in RTO Office, Orai. I have received the information verbally about receiving text message of new vehicle number after 10-15 days to my registered mobile number from concerned officer. Its being already late, still did not receive new vehicle number yet and my validity of temporary registration is going to expire. Further procedures are getting delayed and getting hamper due to delay in receiving new vehicle number. Who will be responsible if temporary registration get expire prior to the receiving of vehicle number? What I found there, agents are involving to loot the customers and concerned officers are also involved to take indirect bribe from agents to move the files in the administration system.

              I had finished my dl test
              And passed.7 months back and had paid the rto koramangala bangalore (Ka01) and my status is still in rto level and i visited the the rto office the staffs in that rto office are telling me to apply for a duplicate dl where as i didn't receive the original one and i had paid for that.
              And we have to pay for the duplicate one also

                  Respected sir/ madam,

                  I have applied for my driving licence, which is processed on[protected] under rto name - rla jind (Nt). The driving test was on[protected] in which i have passed all the three vehicles (Mcwg, lmv, trctor) but when i checked my driving licence status, which shows that i have passed just one vehicle (Trctor) in my driving test. The remaining two vehicles (Mcwg, lmv) are not mentioned in it. I hope you will take concerned action on my problem.

                    *need urgent help*
                    I've paid 300 rupees on parivahan website for 2 wheeler driving retest.. Money got deducted from my bank account but it's still showing this error while verifying.."payment made through the selected gateway is failed due to
                    Token number mismatch, plaese wait for 15 minutes and proceed with verify pay status".

                    It's been 3-4 days since i've done the payment and it's showing this everytime i try. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            My dl is approved but not delivered on my address, then i went to rto agra office but they said my work is done i am not do any thing about your dl.
                            After this i again change my address but this will not update any status regarding change in address on dl.
                            So please suggest me its very important to get my dl.
                            At agra rto office no one talk in good manner and not cooperate common people just humiliate always either authority officer also.
                            I want my dl or any option to take my dl please

                              With reference to my application for renewal of Driving License at RTO, Gurgaon ( Application No. [protected] dated 8-8-2020 submitted at RTO, Gurgaon, ( Refer snapshots of Status of Application below Page-1 and Page-2), it says it is Stuck at RTO level. I am hopping around this office, the person at dispatch says it is dispatched two weeks ago. The postman at nearest Post office says there is no such post received from this office. I haven't received the renewed license, it is over two months now. The status at website says it is Stuck at RTO level. On Digilocker website (Refer another attachment ), it says it has been issued on 21/7/2020... Request you to kindly intervene and resolve and oblige to help me get the same.

                                In the online renewal of driving license site i see the proceed button is disabled so inspite of entering my license no., date of birth, state and rto, I am not able to proceed further for other details

                                  I have applied for 2 wheeler MCWG DL vide application number [protected] at RTO - L.A Hooghly, West Bengal
                                  I have passed the Driving test of MCWG on[protected]
                                  But till the date, status is showing status for
                                  1 Approval of dl
                                  2 Printing of dl in form 7 &
                                  3)Dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

                                  Please do the needful to speed up the process as its been about 7 month and still its pending.

                                    I filled up the form on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in
                                    I paid 466 rs .and it never went on to the next page also showed error. Eversince then I tried to open the application but it is still showing error. What is the resolution to this fraud?
                                    I tried contacting the customer care number. Several numbers I found online but no luck. It just gets disconnected. I emailed on the [protected]@gov.in nobody has replied to my mail too. I'm confused whom to contact and how to take my money back.

                                        During renewal of my driving license, I got following error "" No DL details found against the searched DL number""
                                        So I went to the issuing RTO, KA25(Navanagar, Hubballi), where they re-directed me to a newly formed KA63 (Gabbur Hubballi). I submitted the application (Form-7) on 6-Aug-2020 and visited after 2 weeks on 24-Aug to get the new DL number. However, I was told that there was some mismatch of dates in my license and was told that they need to obtain details from the original issuing RTO. However, the delay is more than a week and further, they are asking me to carry a letter from their office to the office of issuing RTO. I don't understand why the customer is given this inconvenience when the RTO's are not properly functioning.
