I have applied for conversion of dl to smart card dl
So i paid fees for
1: dl replace rs-200
2: form 7 rs-200
So after paying all the fees i went to get my smart card dl but they again ask from me rs 100.
So what is this 100 rs for?
I even asked for receipt but they are saying the printer is not working.

I had submitted my documents for renewal and address change of driving license on 29th July and since then the status is showing SCRUTINY- (Document Verification)

Dear Sir,
I got my bike in November 2019 and the RC was expected to come in 3 months.
Then Corona came so I did not panic when RC was not received till May 2020.
Now it was been too long. I have visited Bopal post office many times but they have not received any RC in my name from Ahmedabad RTO.

I have applied for learners license of car way back ago, I am unable to book slot since then, I wake uo every night at 1:00 am to book slot on Uttar Pradesh’s RTO website but as soon as I click on confirm it states that slots are not available, I am about to turn 19 and still I have not been able to book a slot for learner’s license, why should I be liable to pay a fine of 5000₹ when I am unable to book slot.

I have applied for duplicate dl in march 2020 and submitted all the documents and rto has approved my application. But it is under printing since march 2020. There was no update from rto.

On parivahan website, the status shown is attached.

I visited panvel rto but they said they have not received the rc book. I also visited my local po, they are also saying the same thing.

If you can help me with some tracking number, it will be really helpful or help in getting my rc book as soon as possible.

My DL test date was 08-july-2020 and on the same day the test result says - pass.

its been 40 days until now and still I haven't received my DL.

I never thought RTO would take such long time.

DIspatch of my DL is pending and Bangalore Koramangala RTO. The status shows as 'DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE' for last 6 months.

Sir, i have to book test slot for Driving license skill test but as soon as i write my application number or learner license number, an error is generated which says "As the Specified Application number is not for issuing Driving License no need to go for DL Test Slot Booking"

Sir I'm trying to book a slot for my learner license form last 7 days in prayagraj RTO. But every time at 0100 hrs all slots are bookes and it shows no slots are available for booking. From 1200 hrs to 0100 hrs it shows that slots are available and booking will start from 0100 hrs.
But at sharp 0100 hrs all slots are automatically booked.
Please help me what can I do.

Myself Puneet Murari lal Gupta, residing at Ostwal empire, Boisar, Palghar district.
My scooty no MH48BE5478 -MH2491715, Chassis no. ME4JF50AFJT222418 Engine no. JF50ET7222465 is registered with Palghar RTO on date[protected]. Sir I am shocked due to received an online challan on date 23rd July 2020, on my registered phone number with fine amount of 200/- reason not having side mirrors on the scooty.
The challan details are as follows:
Maharashtra Traffic Police
Echallan No. PGHCM[protected].
It was found that the challan has been wrongly sent on my registered mobile no.
The evidence in the challan also shows that the person using my scooty no. MH48BE5478 illegally at Nallasopara.
I have earlier lodged a complaint against the same challan at Nallasopara police station on date 23rd July 2020, the complaint no. Is 1796 but till date not recd. any response from police dept.
The scooty no. MH48BE5478 belongs to me & I have all the necessary papers, RC book in my name. In future it may lead to difficulty if he commits some mishappening with that scooty.
I further request you to look in this matter and kindly do the needfull as early.

My online appointment time 12:00 to 12:30 but no any body present in this office to my license renew and give a satisfy the response in vstral RTO office what's meaning of online application and appointment.

Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and psv badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side.
