At sanatrilochanpur and purchase date of vechile on 18/09/2017 but till date i can't receve my registration number and i have faced 3 times on pcr cheaking but the rto reg. No msg my mobile and the despached msg of rto i can't get but it is not postal delay

Hello,
I have given two wheeler and four wheeler test. I passed the teo wheeler test and failed four wheeler. I applied through a driving school dhanush marathalli. They aid i can re-apply for four wheeler driving test only after my two wheeler dl comes, but now it's been five months i have not received my license for two wheeler and cannot give four wheeler test. My leaner's license is expiring on 11th nov 17.

Apart from this my license status is as below in sarthi website :

Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I'm from surat. I visited to rto surat 5 days ago. I have to renew my license. So i applied 1 month ago. When i was reached at rto i saw that there was only bribe raaj. You must have to pay bribe or through agent otherwise officers didn't listen you or they told that you have to came here through agents. If you want to renew license or new license then it was only available outside the office only through agents. So please take some actions against guilty person so that local or middle-class persons will benefit from the steps taken by you.

I'm mr. Satyanarayana who have applied for 2 wheeler driving license and my application no.[protected] submitted at kr puram rto.

I have passed for mcwg driving test, but till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

Please could you sort it out. As per my understanding dl should be delivered to home in a week period.

I have completed my driving licence test on 19th aug, 2017 which was recorded in system on 22th aug after that there is no update on same.

Today is 02-nov-2017 and i am waiting for my licence, it is difficult to drive without licence, few people saying you can drive with your receipts but it is very problematic.

Our hyundai training centre is located at pawne midc area turbhe navi mumbai this is regarding huge machinery which is parked in front of our gate from sunday early morning at four... This shipment belongs to deccan transport mumbai and we called for clearing of shipment they refused and i would like to share contact of deccan transport [protected] i had spoken to asad.. No response request help for the same

I took test for permanent driving licence at janakpuri (Dl 04 zone) against application number:[protected] (Receipt number:[protected].

However, i am yet to receive the licence despite regular inquiries with postman at gopinath bazar post office (Delhi cantt).

I had submitted and payed extra charges for address to be changed on my renewed driving license and it has not been done by the rto pune. I have received the new license on the old address that was published on my old license.

Please get this amended. It has taken over 2 months to receive tht license and still no change.

I had brought tata indica car in 2015
Mh 04 cz 1639 from thane, mumbai.
Rto thane gave me noc of rto pune.
But i am staying in rto pimpri chinchwad area.
Still the ownership of car not been transferred. Rto pimpri not giving me any and. On that.
I had ever been in follow up with rto agents. But they are unsuccessful to transfer of rc.
I had ever been in follow up with agents.
Now all are saying me to that you have to cancel noc. But it's not possible for the owner of car is staying in another state and he is not in contact.
Please give me suggestion.

And please revert me on my number.

I booked online appointment with rto akola on 21-10-17 for driving licence
But the office was off due to late declared holiday
I wasted my money to visit them
Then i visit them on 23-10-17
But they were said book appointment again.
I wasted my money again.
& they said you must have your two wheeler & lmv with you for dl
Wtf wrong with our govt.
Everything our govt do just irritation...

When i reached to rto officeat virar in palghar district, the rto office was locked. Tried calling many numbers available on net - none were picked up for the explanation many people like me had to return home with big disappointment as no notice was given by message or by any means that it can be closed, and everyone has came from long distances for the test. Now after returning home i tried to cancel todays slot which i am not able to do as it says time out for cancellation and tried to have new slot booking online also could not be completed as it says slot is already booked for this application,

So in this regard i need explanation what to do ahead

Rash driving, horning too much, overtaking on 2 wheelers, close encounter with other vehicles. Driving over 60kmph where the limit was 40kmph

I was riding on second lane of the road, out of sudden a speeding car came near me and it came closed honking louder and it was going to hit me, i hit breaks on my vehicle and slowed down to avoid contact with the car. I used horn to make him see and drive but the guy was careless and continued rushing on other cars and 2 wheelers. He go blocked by other cars and to overtake he forced his car to move towards other 2 wheeler a lady was riding, she was about to fell down and luckily escaped by using breaks. Still continued on other vehicles too. This rash driving happened until he reached banjara hills 4 way signal. He still continued i had to make a u-turn and noted his car number for complaint.

On 18 october 2017, the driver of autorikshaw with rto registration number mh 12 ch 6212 was waiting in his autorikshaw at/ around 01.25 pm in front of the gate of mai mangeshkar hospital, warje, pune. I asked him if he was available to carry me. The rikshaw driver asked me what was my drop point. When i told him that my drop location would be 'ambar hall, near desai bandhu ambewale on karve road', the driver told me that "i would have to pay rs. 250- (Rs. Two hundred fifty) as fare. When i insisted that i would pay by meter, he started misbehaving and arrogantly shouting that he would not charge as per meter and that i would have to pay rs. 250- on my refusal to accept his demand, he angrily started autorikshaw and left speedily. After this i hired another autorikshaw from the same place for 'ambar hall' drop and paid rs. 53- fare as per meter.
While it is common for autorikshaw drivers in pune to ask for rs. 10- to 20- over and above the fare payable by meter, this type of arrogance of asking for an excess fare of about rs. 200- for a short distance and that too during daytime in the afternoon is unusual. I as a senior citizen request the rto authorities, pune to initiate proper action against the autorikshaw driver as per rules.

At virar west near railway station there is auto rickshaw stand, then also 15 to 20 auto rickshaw standing at non stand area on main road next to s. T. Depot, opposite s. K. Dairy and near mallika saree shop where the turn is there at virar west which make huge traffic and getting difficulty to travel even general public also.

No traffic police is seen ever, and if traffic police is available then also he is not looking over that auto rickshawala who standing there auto rickshaw which is making trouble for traffic.

This more difficult to travel at evening time from 6.30 to 9.00 pm while public returning from work to their home.
Near about 20 to 30 minutes traffic remain stuck.

I requesting to department to look this matter urgently and help the general public.
You earliest attention will highly appreciated.

Sir i shubham sahu i went to rto complete my permanent reg. Then i give my documents to be verify then verifier says that adhar card of e-mitra will not be accept and it is frzi adhar card now tell them how can it possible that a adhar card from e-mitra have illegal... And my last date of learner license is[protected]
Now do needfull process and tell me soon as possible...
