Hello sir,
My new car grand i10 gj03jl2051 was registered 3.5 months back in january 2017. I have fitted hsrp registration plate at rto rajkot by having an appointment. They took photographs also. But still i haven't received my rc book. When i inquired rto office rajkot they told that you haven't fitted your hsrp plate and photographs are not uploaded that's why rc book is not generated. But i have number plate fitted by online appointment....

Hi, recently I tried to change address in my DL, first of all there is no option to update address, we have to go for reissuance, when I saw the charges Rs672 for that I got shocked, this is too much.

To change address in aadhar card it's only Rs 25, so why this much for DL, this is not at all relevant, what should I have to do, this is really unaffordable for a common people....

Since last 4 days i m going for issuing my learning licence but the officer at rto office saying to me that network is not available there and the height of joking is that they were asking me to use my mobile internet and give them hotspot which they can connect to their computer and stay till 3 pm untill their work will be completed. I, a. S. Taken the appointment for ll test four month before and completed all the online procedures needed at that time.
When reached office for the same officials says that procedure is changed now, need to fill the application through parivahan.gov.in and need to merge it with old application.
Ok fine, i have tried for that the same...

If one officer is on leave, there is no other person to do his work. Applicants have to visit again and again if any officer is on leave. Work stops in absence of one person. I visited from delhi especially for this work but because of one person was not there and no other can handle / not willing to do his work, it remains pending....

I have been wrongly charged for signal jumping by rto officer while signal was not red and while asking for details it was told very rudely that will take you...

‪fed up with maharashtra rto service. I had to visit the rto office 4 times just to get the learning license for 4 wheeler. Two times the server was down. The rto employees don't inform you well about the procedure, they are not even punctual. ‬the office started at 11:30am instead of 10:30am! On top of that they tell you its not big deal to visit office 2-3 times!!...

I applied for new driving license for LMV While applying for the same I gave my address as 770/5 Hanumannagar Kolhapur, however I received my license with address as 780/4, Hanumannagar, Kolhapur.

Please Check the RTO Parivahan Online Systems my daughter had applied for LL Online on 9/10/2016 she received an appointment on 13/02/2017 She had an exam on that date she request for another date she has told him to apply online and she had apply on 17/02/2017 on same date she had apply for passport also she had received her passport before the RTO appointment date i.e.13/04/2017 now on appointment date the RTO online System has been changed....

My name is daniel mendonca. I am in mira bhayander rto and standing in line for photograph from 10am. The rto photography has not yet come it's already 11 am. There r no of people standing in the hot sun and the photographer is not year. This situation is every week and no one pays attention to it. Why can't the official be on time. The date i am writing this report is 17/04/17....

I had applied for renewal of license and have received the receipt for the same.
Receipt number is #13A20685172 dated 05/03/2016. Inspite of continues followup I have not received my renewed license.
Everytime I enquire for the status of the license the agent (Mr.Mahesh Zende) tells me that only signature on the lincese is pending. Its been more than a year now.

This is to inform that i have been wrongly charged Rs. 200 which i was forced to pay at the RTO counter in Santacruz Chowky.

Dear Sir,
I made online transaction for booking slot of driving license test. Fist transaction was declined with session expired so I made another transaction which was successful. To my surprise account is debited twice.
When I mailed to RTO office there is not reply. Till now I mailed 3 times on [protected]@aptransport.org but no reply, no is contactable on the contact numbers.
