Dear Sir,

The RC of my vehicle had been issued from RTO Pune to my address, 8, Sindh Housing Society, Aundh, Pune-411007 on 5th Oct'16 through speed post vide C.N. EA[protected]IN, but I have not yet received this packet.

When I went to the Post Office, they told packet is delivered, but not given the POD. As per my record at the above address, no one has received this packet.

My vehicle hero Honda passion cg 07 j 2756 bring to Bangalore and paid road tax also and I give tc book to rajajinagar rto to change the number to Karnataka from Chattisgarh.and I sold my bike to someone and did all documentation like sign form 29.but it's been more than one year, neither the person got the rc book nor the bike is transfer to his name....

I have purchased a 2nd hand vehicle from a person in Chennai . the vehicle no is TN07 BU0735. I am basically not from tamilnadu so i dont have any govt ID card to provide as a address proof but i have my address proof on my company letter head where i am working as an Engineer.

I have bought bike on Feb 6, 2017 from sherlay yamaha, pune, maharastra, but yet not got the number plat. After asking from the showroom, they are saying its RTO fault, they always say RTO website is not working. We can't help. Tarffic police is not allowing to ride the bike. I have submitted all required documents on 31 Dec 2016 for 2 wheeler transfer between TN and KA
The inward copy is valid for 1 month but today when I visited to check the status got to know file didn't even move 1 step cz internally they haven't exchanged Tax related forms
To pay tax they made me run for 2 months n now 2 months lost
Is there a audit or public officer who can deal this ?...
