I have recently bought a second hand bike and done all the formalities with panaji ro
I had been told to visit rto office after one week to collect my rc book
It's been 10 days now and i'm told to come next week.
The lady at the counter was completely ignorant.
No que system is being followed and the rto staff are carrying out processes slowly
I'm a college student and can't afford to miss my college. Yet i'm being delayed for no reason
When i inquired why the delay has taken place i didn't get any answer and was ignored

However i have not yet received the driving license.

When i check the application status on parivahan site it says
Application is under processing at rto level.
Record test results of driving test :-pending
Approval of endorsements on dl :- pending
Printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card) :- pending
Dispatch of the dl and psv badge :- pending

I request you to please do the needful.

I mr. Amay sharma i have applied for 2wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at regional transport
Office, ajmer & i have passed for mcwg driving test on dt.[protected], but till the date its shows status pending for
1) printing of dl in form 7 &
2) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending
As per our parivahan mantri mr. Nitin gadkari saheb statement last time that on news that all the license will be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case its more than 1 month. I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. Its difficult for me to drop & pickup my child from school. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible.

Today rto officer stopped me on a signal asked for my driver's license i told that its with rto already a challan is there, he said ok go then i got a mess that you have been challaned from mumbai rto for without license driver i want to now how can you give a challan like this he has not even given me any challan receipt or anything he just told me to go in the mess challan no is mtpchm[protected] my bike no. Is mh47 r 9340

This complaint against mrs r. Vanjari who was forcing me to pay the fine when there is no mistake from my side. She asked for lincence and i shown her the lincence. Still she filed allegation of not carrying licence. Kindly take action against such officers otherwise it will be difficult to survive. I have stopped bike at one place where there was no board and till i get down they asked me for bribe

I have applied for Motor Vehicle driving licence on[protected], have submitted relevant documents and paid fee in sarathi.com online site. Now when I check the status of application, it shows payment as "Pending" whereas, I have received debit in my canara bank account. Requesting you to pls check and confirm the payment and issuance of licence.

Enthused & inspired by digital India and online submission of applications, I have submitted my application for learner's driving license in Parivahan.gov.in. All the necessary documents have been uploaded. The application number is [protected]. I have received an acknowledgement on 14.02.17.
But since then, the application is under scrutiny at DTOCOUNT2. Application is under processing at RTO Level, Ranchi.
Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

I have not received my driving license after i gave for address change (Inward number: 4096217) on 6.6.2017. I have some questions kindly answer those

1) why it is taking so much of time (75 days)? If it takes this much time why there is a wrong information to the customer that it will be received in 30 days.
2) are there any rules and regulation for the government servents? If there are some rules and regulation then if they do these kind of mistakes how they are caught with this.
3) can i get the confirmation that when can i receive my license.
4) and i also need clear information is there a penalty paid by the government if you delay it? Because you take penalty from the citizens if they delay in paying itr or some thing else.

My name is Karishma Balekhan Tamboli. I have done my driving class from "Shree Sai Datta Motor Driving school", Sangwi, Pune.
While doing course, I have passed learning license exam in Dec 2016 in second attempt from RTO office at KSB Chowk, Pimpri chinchwad, Pune. Afterwards, I have passed permanent license exam on 16th May 2017 from same RTO office. After submission of form also received slip for permanent license.

Today till 10th Aug 2017, its been more than a 8 months and I am still waiting for my permanent license. I contacted to my driving class, they are saying that my form is not having police signature on it.
Is this my responsibility to get signature from RTO police? They should know what work they have to perform. Why we should tell them ?
Without verifying how they can processed my form? How they can provide me the slip for permanent license?
However, me and my driving class owner continuously chasing them to get my form signed so that I can get my driving license. But still we are at same level. Police directly delegates their work to other person.

This is totally pathetic process I have ever seen in my life. Though they get salary for this work still they are not ethical to get their work in proper manner.

My only request to you, please get highlight this issue against RTO office so that I can get license. And they should know what activities they should follow while passing form for driving license.

I am hoping for best and quick result as my patience level has already passed. Is this a process? where I have to wait for more than 8 months to get my simple driving license?

This complaint is regarding against rto agent nilesh mahajan. He charged me rs. 4350 for registration of my new bike tvs xl100. Before 4 months ago i gave him his fees but till now he unable to do registration. Whenever i call him he said i will do in 2-3 days. Now days he is not receiving my call

I am a resident of dombivli west and have been facing nuisance of rickshaw since many months but nor the police is doing anything nor politicians.
On mahatma phule road in west rickshaw stand is so long that it causes a lot of traffic. Even they behave like goons and don't follow traffic rules. Infact rickshaws are parked besides no parking boards as well.
At the station exit in west rickshaw walas just block that exit and don't let any passengers leave station. We have to walk via a narrow footpath besides a stinking toilet as they don't keep even so much gap that a single person can leave properly. Even because of this illegal rickshaw stand there is alot of traffic as it is not a wide road and also has a divider in between.
Many of the shops were demolished for widening of station road. But after that rickshaw walas have started double line stand starting from dwarka hotel end in west.
Also there are 2 stands in front of each other on opposite roads near the dwarka hotel square which creates alot of traffic issue in the evening hours.
I think rto authorities should take some necessary action and help to make dombivli a smart city.

Hi this is chandan from bengaluru, my concern is regarding document verification. I applied for learning license for lmv directly since i had mcwg licence on 17-june 2017 & uploaded all related document on 23-june 2017. Even after these many days my document is still verified by bank as shown by parivahan because of it my fee payment has been still delayed. I even tried calling customer case number every day but its always busy. Please review my concern & escalate it to proper officer.

I have given my driving test for four wheeler at vadala rto on 8-march-2017 & passed the test. And it was informed by rto agent that license will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 6 months now but i am not able to track my license, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.
Earlier rto agents use to ensure proper delivery of license since it was hand delivered to them. But now neither agents are taking responsibility nor our rto authority have any information centre regarding the same. People are suffering & struggling.

I have been following up with RTO Thane for the trasnfer of my vehicle MH 04 GD 1579 from the month of May 2017.

Every step of the way i have been facing endless queues and run arounds to get my work done.

This is a T permit vehicle which permit cancellatuon happens in TC office Bandra...

So ling story short for past 3 months have been doing rounds of Thane, bandra and now Vashi.

Apparently Vashi rto has started a new scheme wherein all requests are submitted at a single window..This unfortunately has created chaos and chalan no i have got for this is 149...

Now everyday i am doing rounds to see what has happened and alas no change in status.

I have faced extreme losses in business due to this procedure not being complete...

Cant even account for the time and money spent in doing rounds of the rto...

I have applied for driving license for "motor cycyle with gear" on[protected] at regional transport office,
B-2, 3rd floor, wadala truck terminal, wadala, mumbai (East), mumbai 37.

I have cleared the driving test for motor cycle with gear on the same day.
However, i am yet to receive my driving licernse till[protected].

Status checked online shows "application is under processing at rto level" pending at "approval of dl"

I contacted the rto staff on phone and was told in new dl section that they have not recieved my papers from the driving test personnel.

Automen charges heavy fairs for short distance in shrivardhan taluka, dist. Raigad. They are charging this fairs without meeter. Suppose passenger sit in auto & travel 50 meeters to 500 meeters the first minimum cgarges is rs. 30/-. From st stand to mulgaon koliwada 1.5 to 1.75 km. They charge rs. 70/-. When rto comes for checking all automen know the date of action, that day all the autoes shut down purposly, how they knos god knows.

My son was holding mcwg license and applied for addition of cov lmv at pune rto. He attended 4 wheeler driving test on 17 june 2017 and successfully completed the driving test. He received new license with cov lmv & mcwog even though he held mcwg license.

He was holding a license with covs mcwog received on 22 may 2013 & mcwg received on 13 april 2017. Then he attended driving test for a license with cov lmv on 17 june 2017 and received a license with cov lmv & mcwog only even though he was holding a license with cov mcwg. Hence i am requesting pune rto to make a correction in license & should get a license with the following covs.

Dear sir, this mail regarding vehicle registration process, i had purchased scooty on 12 june from baguihati hero showroom. Showroom had already paid registration amount via application number - wb[protected], but still registered due to online registration process in under development. Due to unavailability of registration process, i am unable drive my bike. Now my work is hampering, so many issues i am facing in kolkata due to bike not...

Sri ranugambal travels is very worest travellers in tamil nadu.. Minimum answering also is not following with traveller's.. Merging the travellers in different locations travellers for tirupathi to coimbatore and thirupathi to madurai location peoples are merging in one bus and dividing again travellers in vellore, but charging amount for thirupathi to coimbatore.
Today aug 6th 2017, one small baby and three ladys are come in standing in bus from chittore to vellore.. Because owner is keept tirupathi to madurai and trupathi to coimbatore is one bus up to vellore...in vellore bustand as dividing travellers in different bus... All travellers are feeling very ireetation in bus... Bus owners is taking very irregular response to travellers,
Please take imediate charge in sri ranugambal travels...

I want to complaint against the rto shajapur (Madhya pradesh). They told me that i can download the ll (Learning licence) from the website but it is still woludn't updated, so i cannot get my application number so that i can download the ll from the website i made complaint to the department but everyone reply that we will not fire any complaint against online service provided by government
This means the services provided are worth
Please take a strict action against it
