1)There are no sign boards displaying " No Parking", but still RTO tows the vehicles near Happy valley shopping complex tikujini wadi road manpada

2)While lifting the vehicles, proper care is not taken. The vehicle gets damaged and even if anybody complains then the RTO staff behaves rudely. Many a times the vehicle owner has to suffer for the same.

2)While lifting the vehicles, proper care is not taken. They don’t even give warning (which is the rule) before picking up the vehicle. The vehicle gets damaged and even if anybody complains then the RTO staff behaves rudely. Many a times the vehicle owner has to suffer for the same.

3)There are lot of vehicles parked on this road during evening. These vehicles block almost half of the road. It becomes difficult to the pedistrians to walk however no action is taken on such vehicles. The towing van takes a round of the road when there is no requirement.

4)When the demand is made to take a round during pick hours to regulate traffic, they ask for written complaint as a proof.

I'm living in kalyan. My vehicle was caught at non parking area near bail bazar near Dmart kalyan west. When I reached Dmart I parked my vehicle in a non-parking zone, so they towed my vahicle. When I reached RTO office to free my vehicle, a non police guy asked me to pay 2500 for non PUC, insurance and parking the vehicle a non-parking zone, and he gave us an option to bribe him and take away the vehicle for 1600 then he told us to go to the Xerox shop (which was located at the opposite side of the road), and then he told me that I have go to the Xerox shop and Google pay him 1600 and he will take 100 ruppees extra, then I requested him to do it in 1000. Then I told him that I don't have that much money, and I warned him that I will complain this to the police, then he requested me to give him 400 ruppees and and I only had 330 ruppees, he emptied my entire purse and then finally gave my vehicle. I don't understand why did he charged me for insurance and PUC while my vehicle is parked. And he did not even give me a receipt, and in front of my eyes he distributed 20 and 50 ruppees among other non police officers. Please do something about this, only because of these people I and many other citizens are afraid and bribe police or non police officers. If you don't resolve this problem then I will complain to higher authority.

Then went to rabodi rto I ask for my vehicle they talk to me very rudely and told me wait then I told them there is no any board like no parking they replied you saw any board like parking I said no
They told we authority pull the vehicles
What is going on they hv increase the fine and all fine are going to there pocket illegally
They are settling on the spot and they charge full amount without receipts if you ask for receipt they tell you wait for 1 hr or go to court
Normal public doesn’t hv time today me to fight in court they already struggle for there brand and butter no budy listening every knows the corruption is going very high y don’t you put some tracker in vehicles how much vehicles Coe is picked then only corruption will be reduced and I lace the board for no parking other vies they cannt pick the vehicle please solve this problem

I agree with Mr Sandip as I had to face situation today, even I had parked my vehicle opposite fire brigade stn at BKC and my vehicle for towed however the rest of more than 200 vehicles weren't towed at all nor their wheels had jammer ...when I walked down to RTO center at the junction nearby I was told by an arrogant rude abusive Officer Mr RANE that they are in process of towing many vehicles that lane...I also questioned him why was my car towed coz there wasn't any NO PARKING BOARD ..on hearing this he abused me and replied rudely to complain and avoid arguing with him or other officers, and ordered me to pay 300 rs failing which I shall not be allowed to drive my vehicle back..this is simply absurd and corrupt way to demand money when I am not at all at fault ...when there isn't any no parking board why the hell should I pay a fine...Mr RANE and other officers started threatening me and I had no other option but to pay 300 rs for no fault of mine ...can someone from senior authorities look into this concern and revert to me on [protected]@Hotmail.com. ..

Kr puram rto bangalore fake agent manju
date 3rd june 2016. I am moving out of country so i need to transfer my two wheeler vehicle no ka053eh8805.As i had time constraint so when went to rto krpuram office . I found 1 agent name "manju".We asked the people around in the shop they said he is genuine agent. So gave him all the papers ."original rc" and 2000 rs. He said it would take 2 weeks and you will get it. When asked for acknowledge slip he said it will take some time and he will send me the police report via whatsapp. I believed him a pig and that is the great mistake did.After 1 and half week when called him and asked to send the police report he said his phone got problem he will send after 2 days. After 2days he stopped picking up my call and then switched off. It is being 3 and half weeks i am behind just to get my original rc as it would be very difficult to make a new in so less time.When he switched on his phone again he stopped answering. After calling innumerous time his one friend picked up and not giving back my "original rc".
