Dear sir/madam,

My name is Ajay kumar bharti from basti up .I was apply for learning licence for 4 wheeler in month of 8 july 2016 which is going to expire on 7 january 2017.But when i am going to make permanent licence they told to me that u can not permitted for permanent licence unless update information of previous licence of 2 wheeler which is hold by me in 2011 .

But i was submitted all tha information regarding my previous licence of 2 wheeler and submitted my photocopy of 2 wheeler lecence .After that when i was gone to make learning licence for 4 wheeler they issue fresh lerning licence for 4 wheeler only instead of endorsement of 4+2 learning licence which is not permitted according to rule that no seperate licence is issue for single parson. That is only fault of employee of RTO basti(u.p) not by me so due to that they should have liability of RTO BASTI that solve .But they avoid me day to day since 15 dec 2016 and now .


After that they are not generate my permanent licence and ignore me .
This is only happen because i want making myself not by any dalal and employee are better know it due to that they make mistake and puzzled me .

People can easily get licence who is making it through dalal and pay more money for that nearly 25 time of original fee .

I am facing too much problem for that my home is 48 km far from rto basti .AND i am daily journey 100 km for that.
Plz notice my problem

Why don't we mandate the installation of accident sensing devices(airbags etc.)in every vehicle? As soon as the device detects a collision it will notify local ambulance, police station and hospital system giving its current condition, location or accident(using GPS) to seek the assistance.

Pros: It will decrease the chances of loss because of reaching late to the destination

Cons: It will cost[protected] sensing device that will be connected to the server in Internet of Things manner.

PS. The benefits will be the benefits of everyone.

After filling online form for conversion of my driving license to smart card driving license, I went to rto office DURG, but there's no one to tell what to do where to do, only agents are working there,

That's why again I have to hire a agent to do my work and giving them 400 Rs extra.

That's so poor facility that government provide for common people who are using online facility.

The driver of the bus i was riding was driving quite well. Even after giving indicator and honking while overtaking a Scorpio driver got of angry. He stopped the Bus and used very harsh language. The Scorpio driver also beat the bus driver. Despite being not wrong, bus driver and riders apologized, but he didn't stop. The Scorpio registration number is MH12 DY 9839. The owner of this vehicle is Babasaheb Shinde. The both the riders of Scorpio were drunk.

Pls take any action about andheri RTO office.
Having subbmited proper document to RTO officer refuesed me to exam i have reached at morning 10:00am RTO office carried 1)pan card-copy as well as orignal. 2)Ration card- copy as well as orignal. 3) Addhaar card - (Before few week i had lost my addhaar card) i have subbmited him E-addhaar. RTO office who is checking document he says it will not valid.
Every where it is working ex;-Bank, loan department and credit card it is woking no one told me it will not accepable.
kindly request you sir pls look in this there would be some fraud going on pls take action and give me justice.

I had taken the ride test twice the officee will be rejecting the license for unnecessary reasons like hand signals are not used i have a doubt we are in 21 st century all vehicles are equipped with signal lights.so what is the purpose of hand signal I think he is issuing license on lottery basis for the rest people he rejected the license with same reson.Second time when i went he is rejecting the license that helmet is not weared properly. How the hell a person doesnt approaching driver can judge about person helmet isnt weared properly.

2.This school using private vehicle for driving school (for commercial purpose) vehicle no MH.05.AB.1027
3.it charges rs 4000 for driving and making licence for four whwhear...
2000 for driving and 2000 for 4 wheeler licence including all charges
4.after that at the time of testing he demand 340 rs extra says rto charges...why we can gives extra money if I pay rs 4000 for driving and licence ...
Plz submit my complain and take action fir this type o[censored]n legal school...

Hi,

I have applied for registration for two wheeler in january and received the registration number mh14fr 6658 in june but not yet received the rc book.
I went to rto and they always says it is not yet printed.
They always says it will be available by next month but it is not.
They also not answer whenever we call and just say that we will check it and let you know.
Also the status for the registration number is also not visible on checking the status recommended websites.
Kindly provide the status for the registration as its almost a year for this registration process.

Actually I was purchased a new tvs Jupiter on finance on 10 October 2016 from muchhal auto sale Mhow naka (kala ghoda) indore, but till date original or coloured registration card copy not given by him, according to him complaint is not a way of solution but I think without my action he is not working and also not replying for the same. Plz do the needful action.

I want to know that according to center motor vehicle rule 1989 is it right that new purchased 1st registration vehicle did not require PUC in 1st year?

i fined challan by traffic police because i don't have PUC then i told them about this act but they refuse it and generate challan against me[protected] and My bike registration date[protected]

If My two wheeler in wrong parking, its in the lane of BMC Bandra office, still there are twenty of Motor cycles standing, why only me,
iWas in the office at the time of tow my cousin paid 500 penalty charges without chalan, how could possible still

Sir it's really kind of you that their a portal complain about my district rto office. I don't have complain against the whole office but in particular one ma'm and a senior sir they are really rude at their behaviour and ignorant towards the people.
One i visited rto office for my driving licence and the ma'm rejected me unnecessarily and many others and when we asked about she doesn't reply to any and when i went to complain about her to senior officer he said you can't question the examiner, you don't have any rights.
Hoping that you will definitely take some action against them.

Dear Sir/Mam,

According to the Government process, I would have gone for new driving license along with my husband at pen RTO
we already taken online appointment but, one officer was there, he told, "go back & come with any agent"
we confused we don't know any agent the he send his personal agent

we went near by agent. We give him 100 rs as per his rule for the appointment

next day my husband was go for written online exam but, they failed my husband becouse, of there is no any agent with us

so after the second round of the agents that come along with us with Rs200 bribe And my husband found pass in exam but third day he decided to give us learning license after Rs 600 bribe.
as per common thinking my husband gave him 600rs & we got learning license

but now he demanded Rs1700 for original driving license
This means that all the lies face to face & cheat front o[censored]s.
this is our government process

any one is there please we request you kindly stop this bribery !

Dear sir;
I have submitted the application to rto durg on 21.10.2016 to renew the existing driving licence number (Oth/5203/durg) in my name (R. P. Namdeo) after completing all the formalities i. E. Fees payment, doctor’s certificate, original driving licence, aadhar copy, photo session along with address written envelop of rs. 25.00. The documents were submitted after verifying at different windows in the office of rto durg. Accordingly the receipt has been given by the rto durg dated 21.10.2016.
But even after passing one month period no driving licence has been issued by the rto durg (Chhattisgarh) till date.
I have also submitted the complaint at your end in this regard but even no action has been initiated from your end also.
Therefore i request to take an immediate action. The rto durg may be given the suitable instruction in this issue.
As already so much time has been lapsed. Therefore driving licence may be issued immediately from rto durg.
Most important each rto must issue the driving licence within the prescribed time limit which they are not following. Monitoring of such is required at higher end.

I have not received Registration Smart Card (RC) in below two Cases :

1) For my two wheeler Honda Livo having Registration Number : MH12-MY- 3855 : Purchased in April – 2016 but RC Not Received till now.
2) For my four Wheeler Tata Nano having Registration Number: MH12- JM -1451 : After completion of Car Loan & Change of Residential Address I have applied before 6 Month but updated...

From last one month l faced three cases of cheating by jugnoo drivers. I always do my jugnoo auto fare payment from mobiwik wallet but three jugnoo drivers refused that they didn't received wallet payment so please pay by cash. Money was deducted from mobiwik wallet but they told that it will be refunded but we accept only cash payment. On 15 october l rided with sanjay ahuja and fare of rupees 140 was deducted but he told that jugnoo is not giving wallet payment in time so please give me cash so l paid rupees 140 cash also. When l contacted jugnoo customer care they refunded 68 rupees but they have to refund 140 rupees. Jugnoo representative informed that driver has not taken any cash payment. Jugnoo representative are not available at their customer care number. Again two more incidences happened when jugnoo driver took cash payment and money was deducted from mobiwik wallet also. There are many cases of cheating in indore by jugnoo drivers and jugnoo is not taking any action against it. Please help me to get my money back which was deducted from my mobiwik account as jugnoo drivers forced me to pay by cash. L am mailing you images of ride details and l request you to take action against jugnoo and the three drivers.

I have cleared 4 wheeler driving test on 19th Nov 2015.

RTO agent has officially charged extra payment from me. when I started follow up with them in march 2016, i recently got to that my all documents, papers are missing from their end.
Mr. Raj is giving me useless answers for his non competencies for giving me license.

Pls look into it as i have crossed the limits of my patience. I will be waiting for the response from you for 7 working days else i will be raising this with Consumer Court.

This to inform you that taxi driver of a private wagonar taxi mh01-cj-2392 hit our manza car mh02-cb-7530 from behind, near the entrance of vashi creek bridge towards mumbai. he did not pay much attention to what we are saying and just fled away from the site. the passangers sitting in his taxi are witness of this accident.

You are requested to note this down and take action against the taxi driver and the taxi owner.
