I have opened a RD accounts for 72 months for the Rs1000 per month from january 2015 and my account mature in january 2021 but after 10 months still i have not received the maturity amount

It is regretted to inform you that even after passing of more than 10 year I am not received my invested money from Sahara.

Firstly I was deposited 2000 monthly than my Total amount 27650 converted to sahara Q plan for 6 year and after its maturity again they converted to 2 year plan .

2 year plan is also matured in last year but till date I am not received the money.They are just saying your money is now 83933 which details are enclosed. They are not taken any concrete action to pay my money and only delaying the payment.

My policy is mature 21/07/2020 policyholder is my sisters & my mother.we have 9 policy .

I fixed deposited Rs. 22400/- in your "Saharayn Universal Multipurpose Society Ltd" on 28/02/2018 which got matured on 28/02/2021 and disbursal of matured amount of Rs. 82053/- is still pending since 9 months.
Due to sudden I require my hard earned money on priority. Please disbursed my FD amount on top priority.

I have fd in sahara f2 a select scheme in credit co operative society. After her maturity period the payment has not recieved here the branch manager and my membership number is [protected] I go there several times but they annoying for the customer.
So kindly i request for full payment of my fd.

Respected Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I would like to put forward the following few facts.
That Sir, I had invested total Rs.25000/- in 2 no's of Sahara India E-shine bond on 31/03/2012. That Sir the said bonds got maturity on 31/03/2020 ( Copies of Bonds enclosed as PDF).
That Sir, after maturity period is over in the month of February 2021 I had consulted with the concerned authority in the office of Sahara India, Udalguri F.C. under Nalbari Sector of Guwahati R.O. and performed all the formalities to withdraw the maturity amount as per the norms fixed earlier which amounting to Rs. 65300/-.
That Sir, till date I have not received any response from the concerned department regarding the same. Further when ever I consult with the authority o[censored]dalguri F.C., he says it would take few months for processing of the same. As such I have been waiting since 8 months from February 2021, but didn't get any response from the concerned department/authority.
That Sir, I think the concerned department is not willing to refund the maturity amount and hence delaying the time which is leading to physical and mental harassment to me as I was in need of money due to poor financial condition as an impact of COVID-19 pandemic.
Therefore finding no other option I request you Sir to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action so that I can get the money back from the Sahara India Organization. For your kindness I shall remain ever grateful to you.

Agent of sahara india pariwar Mr Rajesh Jain (from kapren) seduced to My widow mother for take the plan of Sahara India pariwar and assured for safe money and returns.Than my mother take Quick shop plans of Sahara India from Bajriya station road branch kota.And in the time of 2018 that plans were matured but my mother dead in 2017. After I contact to agent he is not responded than I contact to branch than they said Mr hada and sher singh that on the plan of above mentioned court case is in under progressed and your money not able to pay, than after they deluded me to transfer the above plan to my name in different scheme and they assured me your money you will get in 3 years with maturity and that plan is matured in June 2021 and now when I contact they didn't give appropriate answer and not refunded my money.sir I am orphan now I have only younger brother and grandmother in my family.My grandmother is also I'll in bad condition so we need our money urgently if they don't payed than I am not able to alive.If anything happens with me in future.Than the all responsibility is of Mr hada Branch manager Bajriya station road Kota and Subrata Roy (Sahara India pariwar).

I already expense a huge amount for curing my body but in sometimes my diseases get worse not bear the current situation. So I need my maturity amount for my treatment. I already submitted all my medical documents with photocopy. My doctor advised me to neuro surgery operation in back side of my brain which is expense about 3 Lakhs rupees. So Kindly request my maturity amount which is already mature.

After the maturity the maturity amount has not been given by your bank and bank Manager and staff of sahara bank Mehnajpur (2511) are saying that they have not fund to give your maturity amount, they denied to give my amount. I approached several times to your bank from last 6 months but all was vein. at this time, I need the money to take care of my entire family.
So, looking in view of the matter, you are requested to please take this matter in your kind attention and solve the problem as soon as possible. I would be compelled to go to the court of law and SEBI to give resolution of this matter.

Hi i am uma kanchi, aged 67, I have deposited 25000 in sahara india and now am about to receive the maturity amount, i have visited the branch, no one responds i asked to give atleast the deposited amount and no one is responding asking me to come the next day every single time i visit what is this am not able to understand I am a senior citizen cant travel so many times... My only request is to give the deposited amount atleast

Sub: Complaint against the builder developer for non –compliance of order of the Adjudicating Officer RERA passed on[protected].

Dear Sir
I have filed a case against the Sahara Prime city Tonk Road Jaipur case No. RERA-C[protected] in 2018 for non-allotment of the Flat which I got transferred from Vibhuti Ghadoliyaand paid the entire amount of Rs. 2707000/- (Rs. Twenty Seven Lakhs and seven thousand) on various dates starting from[protected]. The flat was to be allotted in 2012. I therefore cleared all the payments and waiting for allotment but when he did not allotted me the flat I filed a complaint referred above in RERA Raj.
RERA transferred this case to the Adjudicationg Officer who gave its order on[protected] for refund of the whole amount paid by me with interest of 9.3% per annum from the date of payment of various instalments.
After receiving the order I send emails to whatever address was available on net but the Builder has not responded nor did they obey the order of the Tribunal.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful so I may get the refund with interest.
