विषय: एजेंट कोड संख्या[protected] तबरेज़ अंसारी के द्वारा जाली पासबुक बनाकर 8600 रुपया गबन करने के सम्बंध में

महाशय,
सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मैं मोहम्मद अरशद, पिता: मोहम्मद अलीम, पता:आज़ाद बस्ती हुसैन नगर का निवासी हूँ आपके शाखा गुमला में मेरा खाता संख्या- [protected] था जो कि 10/05/2018 को खोला गया था जिसकी परिपक्वता 31/05/2019 थी जो कि एक वर्षीय माइनर खाता था जिसकी राशि ब्रांच द्वारा परिपक्वता भुकतान कर दिया गया इसके अतिरिक्त 2018 में हीं 2 खाते और भी खोले गए थे जिसमे से दूसरा खाता संख्या - [protected] था खाता खोलने की तिथि 29/05/2018 थी तथा परिपक्वता 29/05/2021 खाता का प्रकार S Anokha M3 3 वर्षीय था दूसरे खाते का भी परिपक्वता भुकतान ब्रांच द्वारा किया गया तथा! तीसरा जाली पासबुक का विवरण खाता संख्या- [protected] था जो कि 29/05/2018 को खोला गया दर्शाया जिसकी परिपक्वता 29/05/2021 दर्शाया खाता के प्रकार S Anokha M3 3 वर्षीय पासबुक बनाया गया तबरेज़ अंसारी के द्वारा जबकि तीसरा खाता खोला हीं नही गया बल्कि पहला हीं खाता संख्या- [protected] जो कि एक वर्षीय खाता खोला गया था एक वर्षीय खाते के विवरण को तीसरे खाते में दिनांक व खाता संख्या अंकित कर के पासबुक S Anokha M3 3 वर्षीय में बदलकर खाता के विवरण को अंकित कर मुझे दिया गया चूंकि तबरेज़ अंसारी पर भरोसे के कारन मैंने खातों को कभी ठिक से जांचा नही खाते में गलत खाता विवरण अंकित की गई है इसकी जानकारी मुझे तब ज्ञात हुई जब मैं खाते में जाली खाता विवरण अंकित के अनुसार जो कि यह था खाता संख्या- [protected] खुलने की तारिख 29/05/2018 थी तथा परिपक्वता 29/05/2021 प्रकार एक वर्षीय की जगह S Anokha M3 3 वर्षीय पासबुक दिया गया था जब मैं खाते के परिपक्वता समय पूर्ण होने पर मैं तबरेज़ अंसारी के साथ ब्रांच गया और डिमांड फॉर्म भरकर तबरेज़ अंसारी ने जब जमा किया तो ब्राँच में बताया गया कि यह खाता संख्या- [protected] है जो कि 10/05/2018 को खोला गया था जिसकी परिपक्वता 31/05/2019 थी जो कि एक वर्षीय माइनर खाता था और जिसकी परिपक्वता राशि भुकतान हो चुकी है परन्तू तबरेज़ अंसारी ने 3 वर्षीय खाता बताकर 8600 रुपया ले चुका था ब्रांच में तबरेज़ अंसारी का झूठ व धोखा पकड़े जाने के बाद से तबरेज़ अंसारी पैसे देने से इनकार करने लगा और मेरे 8600 रुपया गबन कर गया

महोदय आपसे नर्मनिवेदन है कि आपके शाखा के एजेंट कोड[protected] तबरेज़ अंसारी से मेरे 8600 रुपया वापस करवाने की कृपा की जाए इस महान कार्य हेतु मैं सदा आपका आभारी बना रहूंगा

My payment of sahara super bb -control no- [protected] Member no[protected] fixed deposit matured on 19.09.21 but payment is not given, when i meet to branch manager mr. Sanjay Singh (Manager), Adityapur Br., jamshedpur Jharkhand (1813) they refusing to pay the amount they clearly say that no payment is done for fd (Fd ki payment nahi ho payegi) and i also contacted many times to my agents mr. Kapur Das, they also resfusing to pay the amount of my super bb fixed deposit, details of fd are as follows :

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that, I Shahid Akhtar, S/o Jonaid Akhtar, worked
with Sahara India Financial Corporation Ltd,
since Date: 29.12.2004 to 31.01.2017 (Sahara Appointment letter attached)
but as per PF office records my date of Joining 01.02.2004 and Relieving date: 31.01.2017 (Copy attached)
with UAN:[protected] and Member ID- UPLKO[protected]
and I am regularly following PF Office as well as Sahara Office for withdraw PF amount.

My PF withdrawal application rejected by PF office 3 times due to unknowing reasons and fourth time rejected due to
1. Dues and Deposits with Annual Return of Past Pension service & Contribution is not verified till date
2. Father's name Differ

I don't know what is the reason behind above remarks given by PF Office,
as on same details I got claim for my other Employer (SAHARAYN UNIVERSAL MULTIPURPOSE SOCIETY LIMITED).

Now please see the matter on urgent basis, as I am in great financial problem,
and not able to use my money which was deposited for survival when I don't have Job.

Since last Two Years, I am regularly following up and visited 4 times to Lucknow Sahara and PF Office
and I am harnessed by you, and now I am in position to die/ survive if I didn't get the money / amount in my account within 30 days.

Attaching all records as required to resolve the issue.
Please inform us for any other requirements (if any).

and please arrange my amount in my Account what so ever is as on date, without any implications.
Otherwise I have to go to Consumer court.

My father( Late Mundrika Pandey) has passed away on 28/9/2020. And he was a active customer of Sahara india pariwaar . He had made 2 investment in sahara in F64 scheme having certificate no[protected] and[protected] . But now the franchisee Guardian of sahara the details of which is attached with this mail has told that payment of this death claim is impossible, you can only reinvest in the name of nominee .

Kindly do the needful for making payment. i am attaching the details

I had invested Rs. 59, 550/- on 29/10/2012 but did not receive any maturity value till date after numerous requests. Please resolve as I am now in desperate need of money.

I have took a R.D plan from Sahara india agent for a period of five years, now after five years they didnot give my hard earned money, they told me every time to visit again for taking money, I visit alot of time but they didnot give my money nor the proper response.It has been already 9 months the period has completed. And as a poor family affected with covid had suffered a lot with medical bills and also lend so much money from outside for the treatment. Family lo 3 grown without a Father. My mother worked so much hard to earn this money. Even though expressed all our problems still not receiving Any response. Please take some action on this seriously.

But after eight month maturity amount not paid by branch manager dinesh kumar sinha after many chaching by agent & branch manager.

When and how will sahara pay my due amount?
Your agents are just faking about our hard earned money investment.

I reside in Sarojini Devi Ward No. 12 Rawatsganj District Sonbhadra, a fixed deposit membership number[protected] in Sahara India Pariwar was taken by me on[protected] for Rs 86000 which was completed on[protected] but Sahara Our maturity amount of ₹98642 was not paid even after repeated visits to India office. By doing this, the receipt of this fixed deposit was given and it was said that after one and a half year, when this is also completed, you will be paid in full, but this did not happen, at this time I am very financially troubled in view of Kovid-19. I am very much in need of money but money is not being paid by Sahara India due to which I am very mentally disturbed I am a 60 year old widow woman this is the amount of ₹ 100000 raised by our small savings so It is requested to sir that please get our payment done as soon as possible. I will always be grateful to you for
