My fd gold 24 is complete in14/09/2020.but my payment not released I needed kindly help me

I want to state the maturity date of my deposit was 28th Feb 2019 and it has been more than 18 months and I have not received the money yet, I have been going to the Local Sahara office regularly and got no reply as the management there ignores the request and tells us that there is no money.
During this difficult time we are finding it really difficult to survive and would request you to look into this matter and do the needful so that we can get our money. We would be really thankful if we get the money.

I had made three sahara eshine bond the started date of bond is 29 dec 2011 and maturity 29 dec2019. Now at time of maturity date manager is refused to give the amount. He is saying that we have no fund. It is almost seven months. I requested you to needful action against them.

Go there office but they allways misbehave with me and asked me to not to come there office daily. We are middle class people
We earn our harden money and invest in them on belief they were authorised by govt. I need money urgently for my daughters marriage.
