A/C no.[protected] 28 06.2012 को सहारा ई साईन स्कीम के तहत ₹15000 जमा किया गया था जिसकी भुगतान की तिथि 28.6 2020 को है लेकिन इसका भुगतान नहीं दिया जा रहा है

मेरे द्वारा 5 जुलाई 2012 को सहारा ई साइन स्कीम में 15000 की एफडी करवाई गई थी जो कि 8 साल के लिए निर्धारित थी 5 जुलाई 2020 को इस एफडी का समय पूर्ण हो चुका है वर्तमान में ढाई महीना गुजर जाने के बाद भी आज दिनांक तक इस खाते का भुगतान नहीं हुआ है कार्यालय पर जाने पर उनके द्वारा कहा जाता है कि कोर्ट केस चल रहा है और एंबार्गो जो कि एक प्रकार का प्रतिबंध है वह लगा हुआ है लेकिन हमारे द्वारा जो सूचना के अधिकार के तहत जानकारी मांगी गई तो आर टी अाई का जो जवाब आया वह यह था कि एंबार्गो का सहारा की किसी भी सोसाइटी से लेना देना नहीं है इससे प्रतीत होता है कि उक्त सोसाइटी वाले हमें लूटने का है हमारे साथ धोखाधड़ी करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि हमारे खाते का अति शीघ्र भुगतान करवाने का कष्ट करें इस खाते की अवधि का सर्टिफिकेट इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न है धन्यवाद

Is submitted that i am a pensioner. I invested my amount of pension in your company in eshine bonds in the year 2012 in my name and family members name. Now these fd bonds has bacome matured. I contacted your branch at malpura distt tonk rajasthan pin 304502 for getting the maturity payment but the concerned branch is not giving me my maturity value of these bonds.
Now a days my health is not good. I am suffering with many deseases like b p, diabetes, low back pain and serious heart problem. My doctor has been advised me for operation immediately. So at present i am in great need of money for better care of my and my family's health. Hence requested to do needful for making the immediate payment of my above bonds urgently.
If my maturity amount is not paid within 15 days i will lodge the complaint to the consumer forum and distt collector and with the registrar of societies at your risk and responsibilities. Copy of my above fd is also attached for your kind perusal and for quick action.
I hope that you will se the matter seriously and resolve my problem.

I would like to inform you that in spite of repeated visit to your Sambalpur Office they have not provided me the New Bond on the plea of ' link failure', 'data not showing ', ' come on another day ; etc.
Hence, please intimate the STATUS of my Investment and contact person to meet for receiving the Converted Bond or redemption amount.
