Plan H- Refund of investment amount

I had invested in Sahara Q shop - Plan H programme and under which I had invested through 6 different certificates of 20000 each i.e. an accumulated amount of ₹120000 on 28/07/2012 with certificate number[protected]/82/83/84/85/86 in the name Sarmila Jain. I have not received a single amount since then.

Would request you please help me in getting my money....
