Sir, I had invested money in sahar a shop scheme on 11/08/2012 and it has been matured on 11/08/2018, but till now they are not responding us.
I had also visited on your sector office but they are refusing to give the payment
So please help us we have patient in our family who require weekly dialysis because of having problem in kidney and it require lots of money which we dont have so kindly iam requesting u to pay the money.

I contact with bahilwara branch after maturity of fd. But manager deny payment of fd. He said that this fd transfer to other person name.

On maturity of my fd certificate no.[protected] your andul - howrah, westbengal branch neglect to accept for redemption they mentioned sahara india court case etc. Etc reason.
Now due to covid19 pendamic i am unable to contact your andul howrah branch

Please redem matured value of my fd with interest so soon.

I am ram prasad son of prabhawati dewi writing in behalf of my mother prabhwati devi.

We have an existing monthly plan with sahara and when that was matured the agent without even intimating and without authorization deposit the sum of rs 24500.
And when we asked for money he is giving us the receipt and said that i have deposited your money in sahara q shop plan and your money will be doubled in 6 year, we have no option but to wait and when the maturity date is arrived we asked for money he is saying its take time but after that we keep calling him but he never picked the call and also deny to meet with us.

Also its been years from date of maturity no amount or anything we have received from agent or from sahara q shop central.

I durgawati devi have invested 44000 money in sahara q shop central 0n 31/12/2013 via an agent (Virendra sharma code :[protected] in nagra
Belthera road ballia utter pradesh branch and my amount get matured in dec 2019 but that agent denied to surrender my policy and giving me the amount, even branch manger also didn't help me. That agent doing the same fraud with many more person in my area. Agent has cheated so many innocent people who invested their money by him he also redeposited customer's money by doing fake signatures. So i kindly request to pay attention and resolve my issue and want refund of matured amount of my policy.

I had purchased three q shop purchase global advance plan of ₹12600 each in oct 2012. The plan period as mentioned is 5-6 years. Our agent said we will get our money double after 6 year. And now still i am not getting any response from your company. Till date i haven't received any maturity amount. The agent is also not responding. Kindly inform me of my amount.

So this is complaint regarding the investment which i did under sahara q shop in the year 2012 of 2 lakhs for the duration of 6 years. The lock in period was 6 years and according to the scheme i should get double of the money invested under this scheme after 6 years. So ideally in 2018 sahara should have returned me my invested money which is 4 lakhs as per the scheme, but till date they have not. Everytime i go to the bank, they will just say, because of the court case going on, there has been delay in the return of the investments.

Its already been 2 years now, i am hearing the same.

Can you please help me in this regards and getting my hard earned money back. Also since there has been a delay of 2 years, i would like the sahara to pay me the interest for this duration.

Let me know how to take this further. Your assistance would be of great help.

I had purchased two q shop purchase global advance plan of ₹25, 000 each in 2013. The plan period as mentioned is 5-6 years. Till date i haven't received any maturity amount. The agent is also not responding. Kindly inform me of my amount.

Sir i have invested in sahara as fixed deposit but later an agent asked me to convert into sahara q shop. Its been 7 years since then and they are not returning money back
