Dear sir,
I had a sahara housing bond plan which was converted to sahara q shop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approached them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6 years. I am from nagarnausa (Bihar). Now they are again approaching me to convert that deposit into another scheme. Kindly help get my money refunded.

Maturity date complete not returning money on sahara q shop plan,
So i approach shara asked for withdraw.
They are telling 2 options

1. Asking to convert the bond to other plan and asking to extend.
2. Collect from sebi

I need my money i don't want to extend/ convert my plan.

Shara agent forcing to convert to other plan, so don't want to continue with shara i need to my money which they promised to give in maturity date

I have made an investment in sahara housing in 2008, but after agent approached us for shifting the money to sahara q shop plan h for 6 years, now when 6 yrs has completed, sahara officer is refusing to pay the maturity amount which is more than 5 lacs after maturity and saying that you have to re invest the amount in some other plan of sahara for next 3 years, now tell me how i get my refund back.

Sir i have invested in sahara e shine in dec 2011 on birth of my daughter for future requirement of daughter. After one year i got call from sahara agent that you convert your money in sahara q shop this scheme may get problems at the time of maturity. I agreed and tranfer rs 125200/- as value of original investment rs 111000/- on that day. Now when date of maturity came sahara office said maturity cannot be made as q shop investment payments have been stopped by sebi. You reinvest your money for three years again. I am in urgent need of money.

Sir sahara q shop ka time poora ho chuka hai aur company payment dene se mana kar rahi hai ki court main sahara ka case chal raha hai but 3 saal pahle company ne kaha tha ki aap is q shop ko convert karwa le dusre plan main aapka 3 saal hone ke baad payment ho jayga par aaj 3 saal hone ke baad bhi payment nahi mil raha hai ab phir kah rahe hai convert karwa lo plz help me sir

This is my question to government of india. As you are living in india only so please tell your citizen when will sahara india or your sebi return money to its investors
Its more than enough to keep patient now and yes we do not have any other option also, only thing i want a simple ans that when will this case will close and you will return our hard earned money

I have sahara q shop plan h bond which has been matured 3 year back but sahara agent did not proceed for payment, agent replied that they don't have permission from company to proceed it as it is locked and and force me to extend it for next 2 years and convert to another plan. My bond is being matured and agent is still not willing to refund. Kindly take necessary action and get my money refund. Sir please take an action . I want my mature money back.

I have invested rs. 20100 on 28/08/2012 scheme matured on 30/08/2018. When i visited office for maturity amount i have been told u cannot get maturity amount now u have to wait for 2 years.

We have submitted my mother 6 sahara q shop at saharsha (Bihar) on 13th of jan 2018 bound with the maturity amount of 240000/- in front of saharsa branch staff to the sahara officals they told me please handover the same to amar nath singh. My mother has handover the bound at branch place to mr. Amarth nath jha and they have taken atleast 25 signature of my mother.
Still we have not got bound paper, my mother is a high pressure pateient, if it will not resolved within 1-2 day then please suggest which kind of action we have taken against these officials as we have a huge faith in sahara india pariwar.

Requesting you to please release and handover the same to my mother parmila devi.

I am santosh kumar, from saharsa. I had submitted a new policy under the q-shop scheme in the year 2013. After 6 years as on 18/02/18 6 years has been complete and the maturity amount is 2.26 times of the submitted money.
When i went to collect the money at the branch office in saharsa, bm didn't allowed me to take the money instead he suggested me to reinvest the money again in some other scheme. Which, i don't want. I have been trying to collect the money have failed to do so. Even after my iterated attempts.

Very bad reply i got from your company manager if he is not able to provide my own money now that also of matured date how he will be providing after the renewal of policy this is very bad services we are getting from sahara india i'm am not getting my own money even i m your customer since 20 years so my sincere request to you is kindly look into the matter and process for my payment as i am a patient of hemo dialysis kidney twice/week i'm in need of money

I had invested some amount under sahara q shop scheme in 2012 for 6 years at maker, chhapra district, bihar. As the maturity period is over sahara should return my money, but the agent is forcing me to reinvest it for more 2 years, i further contact to branch manager of sahara group at maker chhapra dist. (Bihar) but coudn't get any solution. I further went to regional head office and had a meeting with regional head of sahara chhapra dist. (Bihar). Even they are not submitting my bond papers. I won't be writing anything as respected or anything for Sahara doesn't deserve it. I pulled in by this fraud Sahara's agent to invest in Sahara's Qshop and housing.i was naive back the to ever invest. Look the clear thing is my daughter suffered from cancer and we have huge LOAN to clear more over years have passed now we are facing financial troubles for my daughters' educational fees. I've ran miles but every time I go to Sahara's office they make something up to not to return the money. And what? the form says that I paid the money to buy the good.hell no! . it's definitely not what the agent told me. We belong to a lower middle class family and 2 lakhs means a lot, more in the situation we are right now.To be clear I just want my money back that I like an ### invested in Sahara Qshop. You might think I'm being rude right now, but believe me, stand in my shoes and you'll understand the way I fell . We are no property people.Its our hard earned money. We invested is as a sense of security. But Sahara gunned down all the security.PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK. It's a request.

Mera paisa mene advance for q shop goods (Exist) plan h me lagaya tha ab wo paisa maturity ke bad bhi nahi mil raha hai.
Sahara ke indore branch office par jane par mujhe nayi scheme me transfer hone ka form diya ja raha hai jo mai bharna nahi chahta hu.
Mujhe mera paisa vapas chahiye.
Kripya mujhe mera paisa vapas dilwane ki krupa kijiye.
