Sir my name is indubai shrikrushna jadhav i have sahara q shop bond.
I have sahara q shop plan h bond which has been matured but sahara agent is not proceeding it for payment and when i approach their office, they replied that they dont have permission from company to proceed it and force me to extend it for next 2 years. Kindly take necessary action and get my money refund. Sir please take an action. I want my mature money back.

My parents made deposit in sahara q shop plan 5 year ago and payment in matured now but they instead of making repayment forcing to making reinvest in sahara credit cooperative housing society
We need fund urgently but they are denying in making repayment
Please advice where and at which form we have to lodge complaint against them
Or is there any other way to recover are hard earned money
Or we should reinvest

This complaint is regarding non refund of my q shop bond[protected] from sahara and ill mannered, misbehaving officials of sahara parivar at sambhal city o[censored]p. Necessary details of this bond are mentioned below for kind reference please. After being harassed from the concerned sahara parivar sources, i have intended to bring my case to your kind notice for considerable action please.

For some unavoidable emergent conditions, i approached to sahara branch of sambhal city (Branch code 2180) for refunding the lumpsum accumulated amount of my q shop bond in the last week of september 2018. First of all there was no one in the office till 11.30 am to look into my case. Even the manager of branch arrived lately.in case of non availability of other officials at that particular time, i politely approached directly to the manager of branch and explained my case with a request to initiate necessary steps thereon so that all my accumulated amount may be credited to me asap.

After a long wait of approx 2 hours, i approached to the manager and on very first sight, he saw my bond and mumbled abusing. The manager seems to be a very ill mannered and irritated representative of sahara parivar responded negatively in a very cruel and disrespectful way that it can not be refunded at any rate. On more and more requests, he only informed that my q shop bond can only be refunded from mumbai and this will take a lot of time, say for two or three years. He further enlightened me to visit mumbai sahara office to get my bond refunded. These people at sambhal branch of sahara parivar do not know even how to deal with their customers. Such misconduct of official (S) may not be treated as a trivial issue to be neglected by the competent authorities.

Respected madam/sir, i have already mentioned all necessary details of my q shop bond plan h. I am going through some unavoidable emergent conditions viz. Ongoing heart treatment of my wife and daughter's marriage in november 2018. It may not be a big amount for you please, but in my situations i am accumulating even a rupee also of my hard earned money so that i would be able to go through my hard times now a days.

I therefore request your kind goodself to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials to ensure making necessary credit of my accumulated sahara q shop bond amount whatever it is, as soon as possible please.

I made an rd in sahara group earlier whose maturity was on 04/06/2012. Unfortunately when i went there for withdrawn they were converted my maturity in to sahara q shop scheme without my consent. When i dis-agreed with them they forced fully made that and suggested me to wait till 04/06/2018. As i had no option i was waiting for that time. Now that time period also gone they were again replied me to wait more time. Kindly solve my above issues as soon as possible. As i am a bpl category person it is a big amount for me.

I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 6 years and after finishing 6 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 3years. Iam from patancheru, hyderabad. Now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another sceme. Please sir help me i am student my has been deposit for future. महाशय,

सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मेरा सहारा इंडिया मीठापुर शाखा, पटना के Q-SHOP खाता संख्या[protected], अंकुश कुमार यादव के नाम से है जो माह 12 जून 2018 में ही परिपक्व हो गयी है लेकिन बीते 4 महीनों से सहारा इंडिया के प्रबन्धक व अभिकर्ता के द्वारा दौड़ाया जा रहा है और दबाव बनाया जा रहा है कि उक्त राशि को अगले 5-10 सालों के लिए इन्वेस्ट कराया जाए| अंततः मैंने दिनांक 04 अक्टूबर 2018 को सहारा इंडिया मीठापुर शाखा के प्रबन्धक को काफी नोक -झोक के बाद अपना परिपक्व राशि निकासी हेतु आवेदन रिसीभ कराया| लेकिन प्रबन्धक ने निकासी मे आगे 4 माह का समय और लगने को बताया वहीं निकासी तभी संभव हो पाएगी जब सहारा के मुख्यालय का आदेश होगा| तो क्या माननीय जिलाधिकारी महोदय के आदेश को सहारा इंडिया के प्रबन्धक एवं अभिकर्ता निरर्थक मानते हैं|

आपसे यही आग्रह है कि इस दिशा उचित कार्रवाई कर उक्त राशि का भुगतान कराने की कृपा करें|

Today i visited sahara, mango, jamshedpur office & meet mr tapas, he totally refuse for maturity claim & tell me, they will not give money. So i request you to pls do the needful for my maturity claim.

I have complain about sahara q shop. They are doing fraud the have collected money from us and at the time of maturity the are not giving my money whereas they are bounding us to reinvest the money. And also the manager of the branch is not responding regarding this. So i am complaining u to take quick action against them. So that i can get my money. Please help me to fix the problem. I am in need of money and my daughter marriage is scheduled in next 1 month. Hope to be favored by your perusal decision.

Sahara q shop amount rs 1lac invest on 22/9/2012 and maturity amount near about rs 2.26 lac not paying by sahara q shop at district faizabad sector code no 1727 and advised to convert in golden 24 plan for next 2 years

Certificates worth rs 88, 050 lying as advance for qshop goods were issued without my consent back in 2012. As of now, i am unable to realize it on its maturity. On talking to my agent, he is asking for all the papers, whose intentions are not clear to me. He might convert those certificates into any yet another scheme. So, all papers are in my possession. Please help me realize the value of certificates.

1) Rs. 46, 400/- on 01/09/2012 under Receipt No. [protected], Certificate No[protected] and Customer ID[protected],
2) Rs. 13, 850/- on 03/10/2012 under Receipt No. [protected], Certificate No[protected] and Customer ID[protected], AND
3) Rs. 13, 000/- on 03/10/2012 under Receipt No. [protected], Certificate No[protected] and Customer ID[protected].

Sir, all the payments have been made to SAHARA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED under "Q" Shop Plan "H" ["PLAN-H"]. but till date I have not received any payment from the company.

I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and oblige.

I had invested an amount of 22550 inr on 16/10/2012 under the q shop plan h for 6 years. Its maturity period is over and when i am asking for my refund, my agent is in no state to answer about the refund. This is complete negligence towards customer. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
