Sir my account no. Of sahara q shop is[protected]. Maturity date is complete but sahara q shop office in varanasi ardeli bazar not to refund money and agent also not co-operate, both are same told to me invest your money again for 2 or 3 year for new scheme but i am not want to invest again. So please refund the money or complaint againts the sahara q shop on sebi online.

We have visisted sahara india abids branch today to request the processing of a bond for which is matured in oct 2018 from 2012.
However they have rejected the request and asked us to covert the bond for more 2 years stating that they have deposited our amounts with sebi as per supreme court orders and we have to collect our amounts from sebi. But as their customers they will do this for us which take 2 years and when we said we will approach sebi and get the refund the they said it will take more 3 years to get the refund the amount from sebi.
They were giving multiple statement ls when we responded to their statements.
Below are few.
1. Our software has blocked and we cannot make the refunds for few years only for this scheme.
2. Sahara india is not liable to pay the refunds and sebi is liable because we have deposited the investment with sebi.
3. Sebi will verify and refund the amount but will take 3 years.
4. When we said we will go to sebi and request then they said deadlines is passed as per the newpaper shwed ny them and told we cannot go to sebi now and dint even told the procedure to reach sebi.
5. When we said the advertisement is about the sahara india real estate and not about sahara india q shop, they told all are same and hence cannot be refunded until 2 years.

Why should we wait for next two years when we have given our money on time.

Kindly help and resolve the issue.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother, she has made deposits under "q-shop plan - h" on 19/10/2012 which have been matured on 20/10/2018 since the plan period is for 6 years. The maturity amount to be received from the company is 2.34 times of amount deposited which has also been confirmed by their officials at regional office. But instead of making payment of same they said that "these amount are compelling me to convert these bonds into another plan under"humara india credit cooperative society limited"for another 24 months". Pfa the documents pics.

Kindly help to get my money back.

I rajani sinha customer id[protected] i had submitted 200rupees monthly then in 2012 my plan was converted in the 'q shop plan-h' where my global advance money is 4700 on the date 22/10/2012. Since the plan period was of 6 years it had matured in 22/10/2018. I was said the i will get 3times of money by the officials. But when i went for the benefit the official had said to again spend on another plan for 2years. But this is not possible for me so i request you all to please take actions in this concern. Please reply with an action. The complaint was copied to supreme court india and sebi india.

I have made two deposits of rs. 58350 and rs. 58000 under "q-shop plan - h" on 10/10/2012 which has been matured on 10/10/2018 since the plan period is for 6 years. The maturity amount to be received from the company is 2.34 times of amount deposited viz. Rs. 137639 and rs.136813 respectively which has also been confirmed by their officials at fatehpur regional office. But instead of making payment of aforesaid amount they are compelling me to convert these bonds into another plan under "humara india credit cooperative society limited" for another 24 months. Since i have a need of money therefore i don't want conversion rather i need the payment for it. I went multiple times to their sector office in fatehpur but
No action has been taken till date. They also showed unethical behaviour and used abusive language when i went to their office for redemption of maturity.

Kindly help me to recover the total maturity amount of rs. 274452 and take strict action against the agent - mr. Bharat rastogi and senior officer in charge mr. Ram patel.

I have deposited 3 lack rupees in sahara abode bond but in year 2012 sahara has converted my mony in q shop plan h. Now my money is above 6 lac rupees, sir i humble request to you please suggest me that where i can complain about this matter because sahara officers alwase torcher me to conver my money in other plan fir next 2year but i realy need this money now so please suggest me what can i do to get my money.

I have invested in sahara q shop a sum of rupee 300000 in september 2012 for 6 years at maker (Patratu ramgargh dist jharkhand) through agent. Now on maturity of policy agent is forcing me to fix this amount for further 2 years. Branch manager is saying sebi will payment my money. Sebi is saying q shop payment will be done by sahara!
I approached to regional manager of jharkhand not getting any answer from them! Help me regarding my faith over sahara.

I have a complain for sahara because my q shop bond has been completed but agent is saying to me for again convert to another scheme, i told to him that i need money. He told me to visit the local branch for the same.
I visited local office & submit a letter regarding the same on 31.08.2018 (Photo copy attached). But there is no information about the closing of bond. Please do the needful for closing the bond.

Sir my bond has been completed but agent is saying that we cant witlthdraw monet they are saying to transfer this bond to other sahara india credit co iperative society.2 years before my. Ond maturity has completed but they said renew for 2 years then i renewd for 2 years and now again after completing 2 years they are again saying that you cant withdraw your money.

Sir, i am sudhir kumar dalai, customer id :[protected]. I have invested rs.18, 500 in sahara q shop, plan - h at jagatpur office (Service center code-5794), cuttack, odisha on 23/02/2013..

As per the plan i can withdraw the money after 3 years with interest 28% …maximum period is 6 years i can keep. But now i want my money.

Today i. E on 13/11/18 about 3pm, i visited office that the branch service person told me that you can not withdrawn this money. You need to re-invest with other plan. Service center head mr. Sanjay kumar swain was not present at office, i talked with him over mobile. No : [protected]. He told me that you can not withdrawn now. You come after dt. 23/02/19 (After completion of 6 yrs).in the month of march-19, you give us demand, we will see..

Please help me to withdrawn my money as i need to meet my financial urgency.

I hv deposited rs 62500 and 50000 in sahara q shop which are getting matured on 22/09/18 and 22/10/18 but it was told that payment will not be made and convert in another scheme for another two years. now i need money i cannot wait for another two years .and there is no gaurantee for getting my amount back after two years again they would told the same .so kindly return my money.

I have FD in sahara q shop west, but the they have not refunded my money,
The money was given for fixed deposit for six years and money. the date of maturity was 06/01/2014 and i have deposited money in global advance SQSW scheme. the details of FD are given in below attached. i have all the documents related to this scheme. i can submit all of it.

Dear sir, my q shoppe bonds which were forcefully converted into q shoppe bonds in 2012 competed the maturity in october 2018. Now when i approached sahara to refund the amount they have bluntly denied the refund and said that the bonds maturity has been extended by another 2 years and i don't have any information ok. Hi, i think this is very generic issue for this product. People are not getting reimbursed after completion of deposit tenure of this product and getting forced to do fd again and again. My father did the mistake in depositing this some 6 years ago and not struggling to get the payment redeemed.. Can someone or any forum help on this as i see there are multiple complaint online without any response. Despite seeing so many complaint we keep seeing news that sahara has returned money to its 98% of consumers.. Does it mean forcing the consumer to re-deposit again and again.. Can we get some help from anywhere..

(1st) deposited 20000 rupees on 1/11/2012 and matured on 1/11/2018, it's receipt no. When i visited sahara center jamuyee to give 'request for refund' then they are not taking request for refund and manager is saying that "on this plan there is going on case and sahara company is not allowing us for refund on this plan" and denying for refund.

What is this going, can't we withdraw our own amount?
This kind of person company you guys are running.
