Sahara Q Shop Complaints & Reviews

I sreekanth, bought sahara "q shop plan-h" redeemable bond ref.[protected] on 11/08/2012 which was supposed to be redeemed on 11/08/2018 but no such intimation is given by the company for the redemption.

I don't want to convert my bond into any other scheme of sahara because at this point in time i don't trust the company.
I want a full refund of the money i invested with the interest amount as per the conditions.

I have invested in sahara q shop plan with amount of rs.46, 500 in 2012 for 6 years. Now when i went for claiming maturity amount. The concerned person refusing to repay the amount and advising to reinvest in another scheme for 3 years. I am no way interested to reinvest the amount. I would like to withdraw the amount. Please help me to whom to approach or contact..

This is to bring to ur kind notice that my mother prem kumari shukla purchased sahara q shop plan on 24 aug 12 now they r matured, after contacting in the office manager mr b k singh, told her savings to convert in golden 24 plan as the case is pending her agent mrs savita dubey turned out to be highly irresponsible and not cooperating any more. I want to know what is the guarantee that money invested will be recd. Firstly we want the money back kindly reply.

My parents have sahara q shop plan h bond which is matured now. I contacted my agent (Sahara) name mamber singh, he suggested me to re-invest the same in another scheme of sahara as there are no funds left with the company due to the reason that they have given all to sebi.

My parents approached their office, the senior manager over there tried to convince my parents that they don't have permission from company to give away the maturity value.in - turn he wants us to re-invest the same for 2 years (What i understood is : this would help them show in the court that they don't have any liability at the moment).

We are in urgent need of money as we have a marriage scheduled in the month of december. Kindly help us in getting our maturity amount from sahara.

I had done a saving in sahara q shop plan h in month of september 2012 and as per plan i should get maturity value by september 2018 but when i contacted sahara branch officer, they told that the scheme is closed and i have to convert it into other available scheme. I dont want to invest any more in sahara. Hence want my money back.
Hence request you to do needful and return my money back

I am sorry to state that during the year 2010 i have invested in sahara housing bond. Unfortunately these bond converted in 2012 in another scheme of sahara called q shop. The payment against q-shop was to be made in 2018. Now the manager of sahara, tezpur branch express inability for payment and asked to change the bond in another scheme of sahara. It is quite unfortunate that the law of the land so withered that a person under the nose of the govt. Deliberately and freely violating the law of the land and cheating to the innocent public. Is there any coalition between the official of the govt. And sahara. It is shameful that the pm of india who speak more and announce more and talk of his soul through radio (Man ki baat) do not speak a single word in this regard

My father had deposited of 23000 in sahara q shop by agent on 25.08.2012, as per term and condition 6 years over, now i want my money back but agent is telling to keep money on another scheme ("golden 24" under - sahara credit co-operative society limited). I need of my money, please help or suggest how to withdraw money from sahara q shop. I will be happy to get positive response from your side.

Initially we have invested into Sahara credit Cooperative society Limited but agent converted our invested into Sahara Q Shop in Year 2012 by saying that it is notification by court. Fixed investment period was for 6 years. Now Branch Manager & Agent are not releasing our matured valued and pressurizing us to invest the matured value in further some other plan. My entire savings in sahara housing/sahara debentures were converted into sahara q shop certificates in the name of my famiy members in the year 2012by the sahara officials. The reason explained to me for doing so was that, in view of the on going court case with sebi this procedure would facilitate payment at a later date (Ie after 6years in2018). Now after maturity i am being refused my money.

सहारा क्यू शॉप, मेरा रिफंड नही दे रही है। बल्कि हमारे इस पेसे को खुद की ही दूसरी कंपनी, "सहारा कारपोरेशन ऑफ़ सोसाइटी लिमिटिड "में वापस जमा करने का एकमात्र ऑप्शन दे रही है।
और उसमे भी वो सोसाइटी, मेरे क्यू शॉप के ब्याज को रूपये में नही लिख रही, बल्कि हमे जो पॉइंट्स देती ह उसमे डिपाजिट के तौर पे पॉइंट्स ही लिखती है। ताकि वो 2 साल बाद कम्पनी की कम ग्रोथ के हिसाब से, कम पॉइंट्स रेट पर, क्यू शॉप तथा सोसाइटी, दोनों का पेमेंट कर सके ।जिसका असली मकसद क्यू शॉप से मिले ब्याज को कम बनाना है ।और इस प्रकार सोसाइटी को भी इस ब्याज पर कम ब्याज देना होगा। सोसाइटी भी इन पॉइंटस का ब्याज, कुछ ज्यादा पॉइंट्स ही लिखी ह, मैचयोरिटी के तौर पर। और ये कुछ ज्यादा पोइन्स भी कंपनी ऑब्जेक्ट्स में पार्टिसिपेशन पर डिपेंड रहेंगे।
सोसाइटी, पॉइंटस की अबी की रेट 100रूपये /पॉइंट लिखी है।और जब वो जब इन पॉइंट्स को रूपये में बदलेगी, तो ये रेट कम भी हो सकती है, क्योकि ये रेट टाइम पर निर्भर करेगी ।और ऐसे कंपनी ही तय करेगी।लेकिन ग्राहक के लिए 100रूपये से ज्यादा नही होगी।
कंपनी जब इन पॉइंट्स कइ हमे रूपये देगी या अन्य कुछ, वह भी कंपनी ही तय करेगी।
जिसमे की मैं(इन्वेस्टर) को बहुत बड़ा नुकसान है।अतः मै सहारा क्यू शॉप के इस तरह के पेमेंट के विकल्प व सहारा कारपोरेशन ल्टड से नाखुश हु ।

कृपया मेरा जल्द से जल्द समाधान करवाये। मेरे क्यू शॉप के बांड 6 साल पूरा हो गया है।तथा मै, अपने दो बांड को सोसाइटी में कन्वर्ट भी करवाया हु । अभी, 11 बांड बाकि है।

मै चाहता हु की मुझे मेरा पेमेंट मिल जाये सोसाइटी, ये पॉइंट्स सिस्टम न रखते हुए या मैच्योरिटी के लिए पॉइंट्स की फिक्स रेट डिफाइन करते हुई मुझे( इन्वेस्टर) को रूपये ही दिए जाये। पेमेंट किसी अन्य फॉर्म में न होना डिफाइन करे।

I, awadh kishor yadav invested some amount to sahara india q-shop bond thru my nearest sahara india office. After maturity the branch manager dined the payment of same bond without any specific reason. The copy of certificate is attached here with for your reference. It is my humble request to initiate necessary action so that my hard earned my get back to me. After many times visiting to the office of the branch the manager did not giving any kinds of response. I make a f. D in sahara in q shop plan my bond is matured but when i went to sahara office to get my valuable money they saying that you can not get your money now and forcing me to take a plan for 2 year and then they will give my money after 2 year. This misbehaviour is going on in sahara office of madhepura, bihar, india pin-852113.

Please resolve it and take any legal action toward it.

I invested in Sahara q shop policy of RS. 12100. But after maturity at 28/5/18. I invested in Mahuva branch dist. Bhavnagar; Gujarat. The agent is refusing to pay the amount and telling me to transfer into another scheme. He says that this plan is in problem with SEBI and will not be able to pay the amount for next 3 to 5 years. So what to do if I urgently need money? Pls give me proper solution... I will be happy to get positive response from your side...

I have sahar q shoppolicy, my customer id of sahara is[protected], i have made a q shop sahara unique product range limited in[protected] and the same is due now for rfund (The agent has informed me that the same will take further 1 to 2 years, ineed help - agent name - yogesh sharma - i amnot able to get the refund. I bhavna harshad doshi have invested rs 22400/- in sahara q shop unique products range limited plan h since 2012 under receipt no [protected]. Its now matured but no amount have been refunded so far. Receipt of which i have enlosed herewith for the refrence.

I rellay want money back as per their promise but dont know how to get it back. Kindly help

But now at the time of getting the money back, the agent is asking to re-invest the same amount for another 2-3 years as they won't be providing money right now. This is totally unacceptable as it's our money and we have the full right to withdraw the money invested as and when required.. Kindly help us regarding the same..
