Dear Sir/Madam Date:1/11/13 IMEI No:[protected] Battery No:505157 I bought a SAMSUNG B552 model mobile, Invoice No:012328, POORVIKA showroom near chathram bus stand at trichy.i had a problem in that mobile display..it shows line..i had a problem nearly four months..Now i'm doing my Pg degree in coimbatore.so i went to samsung service centre both trichy and coimbatore.they didn't response properly..This service centre were located around 350km in my hometown..they asked money around 6000/- to rectify my problem..this mobile was presented my sister for her first salary for my birthday present..still my problem wasn't rectify..im totally hurted..please gave me a correct solution..i want replace my mobile as soon as possible.. quattroIam venkatesh, my no [protected], mobile grand quattro, my bill no [protected], my talking account no : [protected], im giving my mobile to rajahmundry service center name ultimate computer service center rajahmundry, they take my mobile on 25th october on display white dots problem, give on 17th november but problem not rectified and I check on same day and complaint to mr manoj manager rjy, but he not take my complaint he say company send this part what I do, please wait for one month, now he not ordering my part and not rectified my problem, samsung customer care not arranging any call back from superiors and dont say the part status, i am trouboubling please help me, i call to customer care day to day
