[Resolved] Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd — regarding LCD problem | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased my LCD model number LA32B350F1MXL In the year 2008/2009 but from the beginning I faced lot of troubles you can retrieve the data from your database through my mail ID [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@yahoo.com and my registered mobile number is [protected]. From last 2 months my LCD was not working at all and I am unable to see the pictures although the sound was coming. I have called your service engineer but even after a month nobody asked about the complaint status from the service center. Although your service engineer visited and he told me that its having the SMPS problem and it is to be replaced then I have give clearance to purchase the same. But after fixing the SMPS problem could not be solved then he told me that its mother board is also not working so you need to spend rs 22000/- for it. So, I got very much frustrated and I have decided not to repair the television also you can understand that 32000/- is a big amount for the middle class peoples. And I would like to say that I have purchased sony bravia and I suggest my all colleagues and counter parts not to purchased any of the Samsung product.
