[Resolved] Samsung — Fauty Product sold by Samsung without informing the customer | |||
I bought two two Samsung Smart TVs 55H7000 and 48H6400 but product is faulty and suited for India market and I feel cheated by Samsung . Non-HD(SD) channels performance is so pathetic that it strains eyes. I have two DTH providers (Videocon and Tatasky) and performance is horrible with both DTH connection. Samsung guys visited multiple times and showed me 3D pictures to convince it's not a product problem as HD performance is ok. It gives me an impression that Samsung has not understood or studied the Indian customers requirement as only 20+ channels are HD and rest are non-HD. and if you can't have a good view of non-hd channels it's sheer wastage of money. I had a samsung 32inch lcd tv and believe me it's non-hd performance was better than so called smart HD tvs. I have brought this problem to the notice of India CEOs office and awaiting a positive feedback. SO far calls received from CEOs office is of no use as they repeat only one sentence as parrots do "Non-HD channel is ok so there is no problem with TV". I am not sure how can LED TVs performance be worse than even LCD for SD channels and why LED TVs performance shouldn't be better than LCD.
