[Resolved] Samsung India — cell phone screen discolored within warranty | |||
The phone screen started going black slowly from left bottom side suddenly without any external damage/fall etc. It was suggested by the dealer to go to authorized workshop. When I contacted them they are insisting that it is not covered under warranty. My father has been working with Hyundai and Daewoo companies on a very senior position for a long time and insists on buying only Korean products due to expected good quality, but my experience has been really bad for Mobile phones.
