Hi, please read the below trial mail and guide me about this mail. Actualy i have already deposit rs.40500/-towards customs fees into the account of alauddin mian a/c no.[protected] and c. Pammy a/c no.[protected] the custom broker to his sbi account no. At new delhi. But how they are demanding rs.67500 for c. O. T. Code (Cast of transfer code) for complete my transfer money. Verified Support Oct 14, 2017 Samsung India Customer Care's response Dear Sir, This is in reference to your email / letter wherein you had enquired about the fake email / SMS received by your good selves in the name of Samsung. In this regard we would like to inform you that Samsung is not connected with such activities in any manner. Further any response to such communications where personal details are being sought could result in access and misuse of your personal identity/ information. In some instances they may try to convince and allure you to deposit cash (may be once and / or on repeated occasions) in certain specified bank(s). They may also call upon you to visit links and/or provide your communication address and/or contact details to release the non-existent prizes. We hereby inform and caution you, that you should not be acting upon such fraudulent and misleading communications, which are being solely sent with the intent to cheat and defraud you. You may kindly note that any person who deals with such fraudulent entities shall be doing so at his own risk and that Samsung shall not be responsible and liable for any loss or damages and/or consequences arising there from. | |||

My samsung mobile was stolen on 27/09/2017 at about 7 pm. the IMEI No. is 354474/08/060036/3*. I lodged a gd with the local ps. Kindly take necessary steps to block the phone.

We are sorry to hear the loss of your mobile phone. As an immediate step incase FIR for the same is not registered so far, we request you to kindly do the same at the earliest to avoid any misuse of the phone and data.
The feature of “FindMyMobile” which helps to find your device in case it is lost and also helps you to protect your data, the same needs to be activated by the customer on his/her own by login to Samsung account and enabling the required options on the mobile.
We would also like to state that all the basic features, interface etc. are explained at the point of sales.
As there has been no deficiency in the product/services we would not be able to consider any request for replacement/refund for this product.
