[Resolved] Samsung India — Expensive 55 inch led tv not getting fixed | |||
Hi - I had bought a very expensive LED TV 4K from the Samsung showroom (baner prashant link road, pune) and it was bought in July of this year. It has a problem with some of the HD channels since it moves fast the normal, the airtel tried to fix it but concluded it was the TV problem.. since then I have been following up with the service center and showroom folks and there is complete lack of support. Ideally the TV should get replaced immediately, but unlike the reputation of Samsung globally for some reason they ignore the importance of customer service in India. This is highly disappointing.
