[Resolved] Samsung India — faulty j7 prime phone — cheated by company | |||||
Hiii, I am aashish singh, by profession journalist in news 18 india, network -18, On 19th march 2017 i have bought samsung galaxy j7 prime from vijay sales... After few days my phone started showing problem on optional key so i went to samsung service center (J. B. Nagar branch) so they told me we have to keep it for observation then will tell you what a the problem, after keeping on observation they have told me that there has a hardware issue and they need few days to replace the hardware key... After one week i got my phone. Again after some days phones keys stopped working so again i rushed to the service center again they have kept it for the observation and i got another reason that optional key has some issue and will short it out soon... Again i have to wait one week for my phone... After few days again my phone stopped working and this time they have told me it's a charging point problem will keep it for observation. Their is a software problem in the phone you have to submit phone once it will get repair will call you also that charging cable is not proper that's why it's showing problem. They have again kept it for some days. And this time i didn't got call from the service center for collect the phone so i call on the customer care and asked them and i got surprised that they didn't got any kind of phone, so i rushed to the service center and told them everything so they said we had kept phone in our service center only that a why their was not any record of it... But they refuse to give any specific reason for my quiery After that on 16the july 2017, my phone got drained and when i kept it for charge phone was not charging so today i went to service center and again i got surprised with the answer that phone's inside liquid went that's why it's showing problem and we can't repair it in warranty period because it got liquid and you have to pay for service charges. But how come liquid will go inside i was at home only since last many days and also it was not raining in mumbai since last 2-3 weeks so how come?? Also if liquid went inside so phone was waiting when all the battery will low and it won't charge?? Many questions are coming but samsung people just blame on the customer and never accept fault that you have issued faulty piece to me. I don't know that i have bought new phone or second hand phone on actual price!! In 4 months 4 times my phone showed problem, this is very ridiculous, samsung is making customer fool and selling default pieces to the customer and they don't have replacement policy so customer have to suffer because of you stupid people. I am going consumer court to file complain against samsung that they just fooling people with default pieces of mobile and in the court expert will see that the phone is faulty or liquid went in the phone I am attaching all the details about the service center invoice numbers [protected] & [protected] and also about the phone... My phone went 4 times in the service center but they have record of two only including today visit... I want to know why???... And i will teach the lesson to them...
