I has purchased samsung galaxy s6 mobile from vijay sales – r3 mall – ahedabad.in the beginning the phone was working properly but after 2-3 months, the phone started getting automatic switched off & hanging frequently. Already went to service centre at shree krishna service sentre – galaxy mall - ahmedabad three times, every times they returns after servicing saying its been repaired, without any charges (as its in warranty period) but the problems persists the same. Problem facing now: Phone getting hang, getting off automatically while talking, touch screen not working properly while any incoming call comes, slow charging. I request to please replace this mobile phone, as i am very much harrassed & wasted so much of my time & energy, with this mobile.
