Sir i purchase samsung j7 2017 from db city bhopal my self shubham jain and my no. Is [protected] i paid amount of 16900 after payment the shopkeeper said that your 1500 rupees cashback will deposit to your bank account with in 7 days but till date there is not any deposition to bank account sir please help me when the cash back is credit to my bank account

Sir my self is sankalp jain i purchase mobile online by bank of baroda debit card and 5000 cash back will not deposit to bank account till date i contact cbi bank but bank is refused to give money sir please process my money as soon as possible i complain various online site but no response to amazon online site sir please process my money as soon as possible
