[Resolved]  Samsung India — refrigerator

Sir, our fridge suddenly stop cooling and one sevice person came and said compressor issue. We informed him to replace compressor as we are having 10 years warranty but the service person asking the amount to replace compressor. Please replace the compressor with warranty. Sir service person not agreed to replace the compressor and we are facing issue. Waste of our time to contact.

Sir, till now the company has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. Complaint ref no. 4281593482 and this was assigned to Mr. Ashok from head quarters we are not receiving any response from him. Daily i am following up with customer care people but the call was not been connected to Mr. Ashok. We lost patience and i will return the product and please refund my amount.
Samsung India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Sir, after several followup with customer service we are not receiving any response. Everytime i call they said they will arrange a call back. Even the senior techinician team also not responding.please help to replace the compressor based on warranty and i will not accept for paid service.

The service person who came just plugged out and done some welding at the back and walked out without saying anything.Then we went out and asked him about the issue. Is this the response that you people will give to the customer?

Really fed up with this kind of service.

Sir i have give my complaint ref no and my mail id aleady registered. Request you to take immediate action and replace the compressor.Even the customer service was totally not responding.Thats why i raised my complaint here for immediate resolution. So far am keep on updating my complaint but till now there is no response from your end.
Other companies are providing best service to the customer.Samsung really not at all worried about customer issue.

If the issue was not resolved tomorrow i will take it to the next higher level.

Please consider this case as top most priority and resolve the issue.

everytime i call customer care i have to briefly explain from the start to each person which is getting annoyed.

Hope i will get a possible solution tomorrow.

Sir, yesterday also i called customer service but no response till now. Either replace the compressor or we will return your product and refund the money so that we will buy another product.

Now the fridge is in unused condition and how long the customer will wait.

Hello without resolving any issue why are you creating consumer complaint site?. Just to fool the customers. I have updated my complaint many times what is the use. Even customer service and consumer complaint are making people fool.
Samsung is such a worst product. Godrej is giving best service and resolving issue within 2 days. For the past one week am following till now no response from your end.
I have raised my complaint in consumer forum. You will get a mail. Atleast please do response for that. Hereafter i will not wait either replace the compressor or take your product and refund the amount to buy best product. If i haven't received any response by tomorrow i will file a case in court to refund my amount and your brand name will get lost.
Again please do not ask for mail id, mobile no and complaint ref no. Already all details given. Please do not fool the customers.

Sir our complain refrigerator has been assigned to Mr. Ashok from headquarters till now we haven't received any response. How long the customer will wait.

For one product i[censored] people keep on delaying and not able to resolve the issue then what is the use. Already samsung has many complaints like service is very bad.

If i didn't get a call back, i will file a case and your brand will get lost in the market.

Daily we have to give a call back to the customer service.really wexed.

I have never seen such a worst service like samsung.

Customer has to keep on following with your team to resolve the issue. Your team people will not escalate and customer has to escalate this to high level and you people will not give discount then what is the use in servicing.if you people resolved the issue within short span of time i will not ask any discount. But you people took more than 12 days and mistake is from the company side and the company will not accept this and give discount.

Samsung is such a worst service.
