[Resolved]  Samsung India — samsung galaxy a5 2016

Dear madam/sir

I jeetendra gupta resident at ratu road ranchi jharkhand, i purchase samsung galaxy a5 2016 on 24.07.2016 from reliance digital (Sandhya tower purulia road ranchi.
Today dated 21.07.2017, this phone suddenly so heat and if i don't switch off this phone within 10 minutes than it will be blast, i am also attaching the images of phone and also attaching the bill copy and insurance certificate.

Kindly do the needful in urgent basis otherwise i will go for consumer forum or other medium.

Regarding above complain, i have receive call from Mr. Singh representative of Samsung Mobile, he asked with me he has unable to replace the phone or return the money. and company has handover the mobile after repairing on 1.8.2017.
But i have not sutisfy with company decision and i dont belive in this set because in my openion this is big issue but as per company this is little issue.
