[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung led tv | |||
I purchased a samsung led tv from reliance digital, allahabad with extended service period, since the picture displayed on the tv screen are hazy i complained about it to reliance digital service centre. Thereafter, customer care section confirmed it with my phone number ([protected]). After about two days, a technician came but he could not rectify the defect and left the place telling me that the problem is with the tata sky set top box and the signal. But before calling samsung i had called the tata sky technician who, after checking had told me that set-top box is alright and checked the signal which was found to be ok. The tats sky technician told me that problem is with tv. Thereafter i called the tv technician. I strongly feel that the problem is with the tv and therefore shall request that please send an experienced technician to rectify the defect. I look forward to an early response. ... Dr. S. B.
