[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung note 10 plus service problem | |||
I am a premium samsung customer using nearly all the note series (Except note 7 for reason every one knows)... I have purchased a note 10 plus on 23 of august 2019 and faced issue on 28th of august 2019. Now my phone got a little drenched in rain and suddenly stopped working. On going to the service center they are saying the the phone is water logged.. But the usp of the device is the ip68 rating which is water resistance...
