[Resolved] Samsung India — samsung pay/ samsung pay mini fraud | |||||
I have done a recharge from samsung pay mini but i have not received any kind of recharge nor refund is generated from their end. The Upi transaction id is[protected] on on 22 september 2018 at 10:05 am. I have called many times samsung pay customer care for registering a complaint and they says that our further team will contact you. They suggest me to call axis bank for the same. Because samsung pay mini is powered by axis bank. I have called axis, sbi & samsung customer care for solution. But till now no solution is provided by samsung till now.
