Hi samsung team, I am anil kumar. My email id gurralaanilkumar. [protected]@gmail.com. Your reference number is [protected]. My request. I have taken tv 2year back. On 6 months back i got panel issue. That means in 18 months, i got technical issue. Now your samsung team asking 11, 000 rupee for panel replacement. It is very high amount. I cannot effort that much amount. Current your team provided 50% discount. It came to 11, 000. My request is please help me for 75% discount. I am very small employee.
