S2sgnwagc05148 wich was purchased on 2 jun 2016 via amazon. in. its not working. Mene customer care par coplaint kari, care par meri bat mahendra ji se hui unhone unke sinior sachin ji se bat krai unhone mujhe aproal ka mail send karne ki kaha tha par abhi tak nahi mila mail. customer care ka koi response nahi mila. Can you see the drive in disk management? If yes, try to format the drive with following instructions.
Before you do that, make sure you have the backup of the important data.
You have to format this drive.
Click start, run diskmgmt.msc (Disk Management). Locate your drive (unallocated space) right click, choose format. Format it with NTFS, assign drive letter. Done.
Hope it helps, keep me posted.
