[Resolved] Samsung India — tv service center wrong commitment | |||
Samsung service center given me wrong commitment and till now from the past 1 month there is no proper responds. I gave my led tv for service. They said main board problem to proceed further they need advance payment for the part. I gave advance rs.4000. Then again they sai plasma prblm again rs.3000 part have to change. I declined the service and asked for my advance back. At the same time i made a offer to take the tv without servicing at the cost what the decide. They said the tv is worth only rs.2000. I agreeed that price. They promised me to give back my advance amount rs.4000 and tv price rs.2000 total rs.6000 in two days. But for the past one month there is no proper responds from them. The excutive always telling have to ask to manager. 2 days back i received advance amount 4000 only. Still they keep my tv and not paid for my amount rs.2000. My mobile number [protected].
