[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile — mobile phone mr shaun hillam[protected]

I have had a Samsung galaxy ace through virgin mobile for the past 12mnths on a 2year contract with insurance included, I have had nothing but trouble with from the beginning, starting of it would not let me set up a email account, then over the year it started deleting photos n important notes and text messages n then started freezing up and the sound on the keyboards and all other sounds all stated going off, to get my phone working again I had to turn the phone off n remove the battery n put it back in to get it working again theses problems with the sound n freezing and deleting stuff don't happen all the time maybe 2_3 Times a month on and off I have been in contact with virgin at least 20_25 Times over the last year to tryn solve the problems to no avail, over the last 4month my phone has been sent to virgin technical department twice supposedly to be fixed the 1st time they sent it back saying it was fixed as it was covered by the warranty, the problems still existed and a new problem has arisen since I got it back which I did not have until I got it back of them it would not hold the charge the battery started dying after about 2days, I sent the phone back to them, at witch I then got my phone back for a second time to which they then told me that because of the battery problem they r saying the warranty does not cover this even tho when I spoke to them to arrange sending the phone back the second time they told me it was still under warranty and the manager whom I spoke to admitted to me the phone was not fixed at all the 1st or 2nd time, and that they know there is problems with all samsung phones b4 they even send them out to customers, and now they r saying that because of the battery problems the warranty is out so with the insurance I have to pay a sum of money to fix it I went thro different people there trying get a resolution and I got told 3different prices of 3diffrent people I would have to pay £35 then onother person said £70 and the last person said £50, I had no problems with the battery until the phone came back to me after the 1st time it was supposed to have been fixed n I believe this problem has happened in there care as a way to make me pay a sum of money whether it was done by accident or on purpose I did not have any battery problems b4 had the phone all I want is what I am paying for is a mobile phone that works proper I have been very ill over the last six month n have been housbound n I explained this to them that my phone is my lifeline and I don't have the money they r trying to con out of me to fix it, all this stress is making me I'll all I want is what I am paying for a Mobil phone that's works proper, I have another 12mnths left on this contract n they want me to pay £140 to buy myself out of it knowing fully that there is no way I can afford to do that, I was informed by one of there workers all phone conversations r recorded so i[censored] wish to verify what I and them have said they should be able to assist you with that information, I have had numerous samsung products ie tvs and phones in the past n I have always been very happy and satisfied with them n I think it's a crying shame that you could end up with a bad name because of the incompetence of a few of virgin mobile s workers and managers, I am hoping u may be able to assist me in getting a mobile phone that works proper for the rest of my contact n am looking forward to hearing from you with a solution to this problem thank you very much Mr Shaun Hillam 276stand lane radcliffe m26 1je [protected] [protected]@gmail.com
